We called BatterBee, and a young man came out, knew exactly what was causing the leak, and got right to fixing it. Never had another problem. This year, 2025, we decided because the house was aging and it was now after Hurricane season, we decided to replace our roof. Anthony Bax came out, explained what the project would involve, and the cost. We signed right away, knowing we had the Right company for the replacement of our roof. They took all the precautions to safeguard our shrubs, flowerbeds, and windows, covering them with netting. They even laid a tarp down in the driveway before bringing in their dumpster to collect the old roofing shingles. In two days, we had a new roof. The first thing I noticed was how quiet the house had become. We live 2-3 blocks from the four railroad crossings where the train horn alerts each and every time at each crossing. We can no longer hear the trains. We had our house painted last year ( 2024 ) in a light gray. We chose " Pacific Ocean Shingle in a two-tone gray color in Owens Corning shingles and couldn't be more pleased with the results of the new roof. We also got a lifetime warranty against Leaks, with all materials and labor covered. Our Warranty is Transferable, which is a great selling point when we are ready to sell.

Unfortunately the installers rushed through the install and paid no attention to sloping the gutters. They blamed the roof edge and drip edge (which are straight/level) for the unlevel look. I got out a 4' level and in a couple sections the gutter was out of level by 1/2" over 4' the wrong way and other areas nearly as bad. I pointed out all the areas I was not happy with and they redid those areas somewhat and ended up with very slightly sloped or level gutters. I would not recommend this company - the homeowner should not have to be the inspector/manager/quality-control for this type of work.

They said "yep, you're on the schedule for today" so I hung up. A few minutes later, we got a call saying "we won't be able to make it today." My husband insisted on speaking with the owner and the scheduler said Sure, and meanwhile can we get you scheduled for Weds (two days later)? We said Sure. There were a few messages left and back fort but come that Wednesday morning, my husband called in and got through to the owner only come to find out yet another scheduling error had happened-- despite the scheduler saying they'd be there, the owner thought we didn't want to be scheduled until we got in touch with them personally (not what we had said or what was told to us; we were told we're on the schedule for Weds). Owner apologized, but it was odd how poor the communication appeared to be between the scheduler and the owner and back again. we had to reschedule once again; which we did. Rufus and someone else (I believe his name was Kevin) were out here working to make sure our gutters were in tip-top shape. They were both personable and knowledgeable. The estimator recommended one thing; but Rufus indicated that removing the existing screening wasn't needed and they had cleaned it thoroughly and also added a splash guard so our super gutters wouldn't have the rain spillover. Because it hasn't rained heavily since, the result remains to be seen, but they indicated if we aren't happy with everything that they'd come out again and fix whatever was wrong.

We got a sales call from this company right when we were at our limit of dealing with a leak we had…read moretried to fix several times. We needed a new roof but had to wait to have the money to go ahead with it. They gave us a quote that was great (we ended up having three companies come out). We ended up going with them. The price they quoted us stayed true to what we ended up being charged. Which is amazing! That doesn't happen often. The sales team was very quick to call us back and answer any question we might have. The contractor that oversaw the job gave us his cell phone number and checked in with us any time there was something that popped up that was unexpected. He also was available to us 24/7! Even after the job was done, one of the air thingy's on the roof wasn't sealed and was leaking a little. They sent someone out that day (the first day of the last hurricane!) Fixed it right away. The best part was that we had to just have a wind mitigation done for our insurance company, and it had to be through another company. The guy who inspected our roof said that they did an awesome job. He said where normal roofers cut corners, they went above the requirements from the state. He said that our roof passed inspection with flying colors. I wanted to wait for a few months to post a review, just to make sure that nothing popped up and didn't go right, but after the inspection today, my husband and I are so pleased. I believed the estimate to be insanely high for our roof. Had several other companies with good reviews come out. All the other companies were within $100 of each other. Eustis roofing was trying to charge us double what everyone else was. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I get that you think you're the best but you're definitely not worth double. I will be giving the job to someone else and not recommending you in the future.
