Our tire went flat on a major highway due to a nail. I first called the roadside assistance for my…read moreinsurance company but after almost 30 minutes they texted me stating they could not find a towing provider for me. The first towing company I called stated they did not change tires. I then called Perez Towing. It was already 8:30PM on a cold, rainy and snowy Sunday night and the lady who answered the phone was so nice and said they would be there in 20 minutes. As promised Hector arrived in 20 minutes. He could not change my tire because I had no idea where the wheel lock was. Hector was kind enough to tow our car to a local service station his friend owns and they were able to get the wheel lock off and put on the spare tire. I am so grateful for the amazing and friendly service we received and cannot say enough good things about Mr. Perez. A+++ service!

I had one tire and needed assistance to put on a spare (I already had a spare on me) and the location was in the same city so it wasn't far for the employee to come to my house. I paid $132 for the service. In my opinion is extremely EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE just to put on a spare tire. But due to my limited options I had no other choice.I feel like I was taken advantage of. The service was okay but I would suggest shop around first.
