No stars if I could. Called to get a battery jump on a Saturday afternoon. Guy who answered the phone was rude and I had to repeat my information several times because he wasn't paying attention. Said the driver would call me, so I waited for over an hour and never heard from them. Called back, and the same guy answered the phone and just said, "oh my bad, I'll have him call you right now, I didn't send him your information." Horrible customer service! Nasty and rude. If you can't rely on them to speak with you and provide great customer service and information, how can you rely on them to tow and provide and further service that would be more than answering simple questions. They have a contract with the Police Dept so they feel they don't need to work for any other business; but they do because they won't be getting mine. On the down side, my car died. Couldn't make it up the hill. On the up side, at the bottom of the hill was DC Towing & Recovery and within seconds I had Rich in his pickup truck behind me. He didn't even immediately know if my insurance would cover his service or if I'd need to wait for another company, but he waited with me and called the cops for flares to make sure my baby (who was in the car with me) and I were safe on the side of a busy road on a rainy day. Turned out Geico would reimburse me for DC Towing & Recovery so Rich drove us to the mechanic of my choosing (which turned out to be of his choosing too) and he was a total sweetheart to the two of us. One of the worst and shadiest towing companies that I have ever dealt with. I got into an accident in September 2020, called this company to tow my car, and they ended up damaging the rear passenger side quarter panel of my car in the process and put me through a series of exhausting hoops to get them to claim responsibility. Initially when I tried to get ahold of a manager to discuss the issue, it was too difficult. The phone of this business usually goes to a tow truck driver and never an actual call center or receptionist to handle business in an official manner, so if you try and elevate yourself to a manager, it almost never happens. Eventually, after at least two dozen calls, I finally get ahold of the owner. I tell him my issue and he tries to aggressively counter my claim that they damaged my car with one of the worst attitudes I've ever witnessed. He had no choice but to concede after I said that I had photo evidence of them damaging it, but they made the process so frustrating and exhausting that I decided that it wasn't worth the time pursuing it so I ultimately gave up. It just goes to show you how horrible of a business this is. They have nasty attitudes, horrible systems, and no accountability. I implore you to stay clear. read more

I have had the worst experience ever with ADC Towing. During their short time handling my car, they managed to damage my car, costing me hundreds of dollars, and one of their employees stealing my credit card information. When addressing these issues with their manager, I was rudely talked to and had also admitted that they have had issues with a particular employee there about stealing credit card information - though this manager made no attempt at getting my name, number, or even the make and model of my car. I am in the process of getting the Better Business Bureau involved. I would suggest not using ADC Towing by any means. read more

They are not professional and rude. The owners are rude and nasty. Please everyone don't call them at all. D.C needs to change towing company. They charges are unnecessary. Had my car towed because of a head on collision got my car back and about 500 bucks worth of stuff was missing from my car. These guys will steal your stuff and to make it so bad it was mostly stuff in the trunk. Use these guys with caution! read more
