I took my 2014 Chevrolet volt in for window regulator repair today the owner is very very honest and very very protective of your car my window stopped working sounded like broken glass ended up being the regulator I recommend buying the parts from the dealer or through the shop do not order anything from eBay or Amazon do not attempt to repair the price was very reasonable under $300 for the installation and the parts will definitely be back since I need to do the driver window next very pleased!!!! read more

Highly satisfied with the work we had done here. All four of our car windows had issues, the back two would not open, the front driver side would open but close and roll back down, and the passenger side's rubber was coming off. Alfonzo was very helpful and laid out all the possible reasons for the issues and the potential solutions. He gave us the options of new and used parts and he also gave us tentative price points for each of those options. We paid him for his work and thought all was done. HOWEVER, we still had window trouble, worse than before taking the car to him. The back two windows continued to not work, and he continually demanded more money for a job he never fully completed in the first place. He began to dodge our calls and quote higher and higher prices. We finally got the windows fixed, but he jacked up the electrical system in the car. If he didn't know how to fix it, he shouldn't have taken the job in the first place. read more

Excellent customer service. I recently got an oil change done and the employee who did it forgot to put the cap back on the tank and after a few days my vehicle had a strong smell of oil then I finally realized what had happened and called the owner Alfonso to explain the situation. Alfonso apologized and took me in the next morning. He inspected the vehicle, washed the engine and changed the cabin filter all free of charge because it had been their mistake. He was very apologetic and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. Before this incident I had never had an issue at this shop and their performance and customer service have always been great. My daughter has her 68 mustang at the shop for complete door/regulators overhaul. Rock Auto screwed up our order, ordered correct part which were lost in shipping. Replacement parts ordered but her car has tied up a bay for a week waiting. Alfonso was like, " no problem Mike, not your fault" he is losing revenue having her car taking up a bay. Felt the need to write a review because I felt completely taken advantage by Alfonso and was very dissatisfied with his "work". This place is located close to both my job and my home so I decided to give it a try. A couple of lights had turned on my dashboard and took my car in to see what was the problem. Alfonso took over the repair and said it was the alternator, so I went ahead and agreed to the repair. The lights on the dashboard were no longer on and my car was driving fine. He charged me accordingly and gave my receipt which said "NEW alternator". I went about my business and a few weeks later the same lights that had turned on on my dashboard before turned on again. and I said that's weird. So during my lunch break I go back to the place to find out what's the deal. Alfonso wasn't there but his assistant, a young man was there. I tell him the situation and he brings out this device and tests the alternator and tells me, yeah you're alternator is bad, and I told him I just go it done, he looked puzzled and asks if I have a receipt, I showed to him and he looks completely perplexed and says, "yeah you just got it done 3 months a go", but says to leave my car and will let Alfonso know about it. Alfonso called and apologized and said he will take care of it but to me I found that situation to be extremely shady and not only that I drove out of there and about 5 mins later the FREAKING CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes on! I didn't have any issues with the service engine light before!. So in the time between before my "NEW" alternator broke down I took in my car again, because I was having a wheel bearing problem (Like I said, this place is so close so I really wanted it to make it a trust worthy place I can take my car to) Alfosnso inspected the wheel and said it's a problem with a "rivet" I said OK, but didn't sound very convincing to me. I leave my car there he was very adamant that I don't have to wait there, and suggests I go to starbucks or the 99 cent store. and me, like an idiot leaves. came back says its fixed and give me a receipt that reads "NEW top left wheel bearing" $245 dollars, RIGHT? I thought he said it was a "rivet" ??? so i'm like OK, I drove out of there and the wheel seems to be turning fine, except I get on the freeway and there goes the Wheel bearing noise again! I smarten up and took my care to another shop which is where I used to go to before I moved from Chula Vista to La Mesa and those guys are REAL PROFESSIONALS (shout out to Meineke Econo Lube & tube on Dennery road) that not only fixed my service engine light but also fixed my wheel bearing problem, just like I suspected, Alfonso did not fix my wheel bearing but HE SURE CHARGED ME FOR IT. My car now drives like new with absolutely no strange noises. needless, to say I will never go back nor can I recommend this place. read more

I brought my '68 mustang in to have the window regulators replaced for the front and back windows. I had provided all the parts but I had unintentionally ordered the wrong regulators for the front windows. They were very understanding to my situation when I overnight-ed the correct parts and then the parts went missing in the mail.
