Because they use fast-drying urethane, I was told I could drive my car away just 30 minutes after the repair. 3 weeks ago I purchased a windshield from A & G Auto Glass was installed same day. Today a small debris hit my windshield chipped and immediately cracked like if the windshield was made of rice paper. Called Guido said he would let Chris know. Chris calls and says that the warranty only cover cracks without anything hitting it, air leakage, or water leakage. First of all I would have not agreed to a replacement under those terms never! I'm 100% Chris lied to me to make a sale, I know times are rough but really lying to gain a sale. Also, no compromise no fix it offer or discount towards a new windshield but lesson learned if you go cheap you get cheap things! Go somewhere else and pay those extra $50 or 100 its better than dealing with Chris! If I could I would give it zero stars!!! read more

Guido is excellent at his craft. After having wasted time driving to another location after being told they could complete my request to fix a windshield chip, I was to say the least irritated.
