John talks to you and gets to know your thoughts, goals and concerns. He is focused on your health and making you the best that you can be. Sometimes this means being totally supportive and sometimes this means challenging you to get the best out of you (which I consider to be totally supportive too). John is never the same tired routine. Each time I go into 302 fitness, he is ready with a workout designed for me. If you have never tried a trainer, I would encourage you to stop by 302 fitness and/or give John a call, I don't know why it took me this long to consider a trainer. I called again to get it resolved and more messages were left for Lauren, who never contacted me until I got her email from her employees and I contacted her via that method. Here's a direct quote from Lauren: "they did not understand that you were wanting a return phone call regarding your July cancellation request, which explains why I didn't receive your messages." This tells me she never received my messages in the first place. No one took responsibility for anything. Just half-hearted apologies with no solution to the issue of charging me after I believed my membership was canceled.
