We couldn't have been happier. We contacted Nat and he gave us an estimate which was very reasonable. We quickly set up an appointment. He got to our house exactly on time and went right to work. He is very considerate of your home and surroundings. He put his booties on over his shoes. The solution that he uses does not smell. After he finished the first room he puts down his fans that quickly dry the carpet. My carpets were basically dry when he was finished. He also put plastic squares under the legs of the furniture so not to ruin the carpet. I was so impressed by him. I will highly recommend him. Next I'm having him clean my tile floors.
