Anyways, a little while ago Bear Quartz dropped a new trio 2.0 in sunset/orange color that matches my Puffco. By the time I decided to get it, completely sold out on best quartz official site. Today I made up my mind I'd get the bear quartz hot tool instead of the Puffco one, I have called I kid you not I called about 20 smoke shops in Orange County hunting down a trio 3.0, majority of them didn't even carry the trio 3.0 to begin with, some didn't even carry bear quartz at all. The ones that DID carry it stated they've been waiting for a shipment for a while now and have been sold out for over a month. I even went through bear quartz smoke shop map & NOTHING! I finally decided to call this smoke shop even tho they weren't included in the BQ map, but I've had good experiences here so far so I decided why not, I was willing to go to South OC to TRY to find one. Josh picked up the phone and answered my prayers, he made me the world's happiest little dabber. Great attitude/personality, friendly and happy to make a sale, had the EXACT trio 2.0 I was looking for and had plenty in stock. Thanks again Josh! When my friend and I walked in to the store, there was no greeting not even a hello. We looked at a few things while the employee at the time he told us his name was MK, stood in the corner and watched us. This was extremely uncomfortable which I think was the point of him doing it. My bestie has major ADD so she can be picky or all over the place sometimes which really irritated MK. We had all are items up there and went to pay for them when my friends card was declined so we went outside to fix it. When we came back in he actually said "I can only do this 1 more time" UMMMM.. like we were doing it on purpose. After we finally paid for everything (this was after MK allowed 3 other customers to go before us. ) we went outside and opened up a product we had purchased. After 1 use we noticed it was cracked in 2 places. My friend went to go back inside but there was a note on the door saying "TAKING A BREAK BE BACK SOON" LOLOLOLOLOL ohhhhh man. She was able to get a new one after 1 hr and 48mons. Prices are cheap! Customer service is cheaper!!!

When he rang me up, I paid without thinking much until I got the notification on my phone that he had charged me $110. I immediately asked him why, since I had bought the same thing earlier for $73. His response was that his coworker "didn't know the prices." I asked for a refund, and he told me no, claiming his "machine" couldn't do that. I told him that at the very least, he needs to let customers know the total before charging them. His excuse? "Sorry, I thought you were a regular." I told him this was literally my first day there.
