Been going there for a couple years now and absolutely love this store and the employees. Khemarith and his employees always take the time to answer any questions and he is also very informative on their store barrel picks which I have tried several of and they have all been fantastic! The raffle system is a great way to generate interest in the barrel pick program. He also was able to order a special liqueur that is only available on the West Coast (Damiana liqueur). I had asked Khemarith if he could get it.... They called me the next week to let me know they had the bottle that I had inquired about! Excellent customer service. I look forward to continue shopping there and hope to attend one of the tastings / seminars sometime.

Next time, it was just my bad eye sight, wasn't exactly the type I was looking for but when I clarified - he asked someone and in less than 3 minutes I had exactly what I was looking for (as well as a new one to try) - great customer service = good up-sell as well.
