I had a 3.5 star experience overall, but once we were on the same page the guys I worked with ultimately were understanding, trusting, and made sure they were able to provide me with the quality level I was looking for. I can see why people reference customer service. To be honest, I was a bit put off at first since I placed what I felt was a straight forward order with a clear explanation in the notes field. So I'd definitely recommend the staff pay better attention to that, and pick up the phone to call the person who placed the order before declining it. But they were just trying to protect someone from a potential fraud purchase. A quick phone call with me taking an understanding approach and simply saying, "Please? There are multiple names on the order because I'm ordering for a gift my boss is sending to a colleague and using her credit card. And it would really make my job easier if you guys can help me," made for a solid experience with a great end result. If I need to source gifting options in the area again, I'll go to Lincoln Liquors first. If you're placing an online order where the name for pick up is different than your name, you should be golden if you call them before you send the order through.
