They returned by called immediately, squeezed me and, and cost was reasonable. The work/parts have held up well. More recently, they replaced nearly all the internal working parts for Kohler toilet -- not a simple job since the model was approximately 35 years old and finding current parts to fit old design was a challenge. I've seen several neighbors in development putting there original toilets by the curb -- maybe because their plumbers couldn't be bothered. It wasn't inexpensive or a quick fix -- but it was less than 1/3 of cost if I had to totally remove, replace, and install a brand new toilet. Frank, the technician for both events, arrived on time and took time to find to ensure that the fix would work and everything would function properly. He was clean, courteous, and genuinely friendly. I hope I don't have more plumbing problems, but would call them again!

So, my husband and I have been taking very quick showers because the water was so hot. I have an American Standard single arm shower (no faucet). I purchased two pressure balances and two cartridges. I am so glad I did. After installing the first set, there was not water come out of my shower head.
