It took them a long time to copy my design who I gave to Mark. We had already purchased the travertine and everything else that was needed except for the earthen materials. Diamond Cut started the project 24 Nov 2025 and finished 18 Dec 2025. The contract says 5 to 6 business days to complete the project. This was grossly longer, and I feel they should change the timeline on their contract. People are going to be disappointed when the project isn't completed in that time frame. This is why I removed a star. The second problem was with a water line that needed to be capped off. We had to turn the water off that day which happen to be the day before Thanksgiving! We had no water from 10:30am till 3:00pm. This really was a huge inconvenience. So, I removed a star for this as well. When the water pipe was leaking there was no way to communicate with the workers, only one spoke English. We did call Daniel the GC and he did finally fix it by 3pm. Just realize the 5 to 6 business days isn't going to happen. We are happy with the finished results but the time to complete the project and the water line problem were our 2 negatives.

As expected we had to wait a number of weeks before my scheduled start of construction but once scheduled they were here the day of nice and early. Construction continued for 2 full weeks with a variety of crew members, equipment, and vehicles to get the job done right. They worked every day from 730/8AM to 5/6. This is a big difference in expirence with landscapers I have dealt with in the past. I really appreciate the attention to detail paid at every step of the process.

We had hired him to trim the tree later in the week, but after the windstorm he re-arranged his schedule to pull us forward earlier in the week. We really appreciated this because the tree was dangerous to our home and our neighbors. They did an amazing job on our tree, and I'm sorry I don't have any pictures of that project. In 2020, we were written up by our HOA for overgrown aloe plants. I called several companies for quotes, and I decided to go with Landscape Guy when his quote was competitive with the other offers. He did us a solid favor the year earlier with the tree, and I trusted his work. We agreed on a day for the plant removal, and his team arrived in the morning. They were courteous and very thorough. In addition to removing the aloe plants, they also blew the front yard and carted off all the debris in our yard beyond the plants that they removed. They exceeded our expectations because we weren't expecting them to clean the seed, leaves and pods that had dropped from our neighbors tree onto our property. Regardless, once again they exceeded our expectations, and we'll be reaching out to them for a third possible project.
