Everyone here has been wonderful. The nurses are kind, compassionate, and professional. I also want to give a special shout-out to the X-ray technician who works with Dr. Myers in the procedure room. He is the sweetest! Whenever he notices that I'm uncomfortable, he checks in on me and starts a conversation to help distract me and make the procedure a little easier. From the initial improvement I experienced I signed up to their package deal where I get both ShockWave and EMTT regenative therapy. He's excellent and I would not hesitate to refer him to any friends and family. As far as the office staff, I have always found them to be very friendly and helpful. I've never had a problem. Yes, sometimes when you call they're busy and you're placed on hold (which is true in almost any doctor's office), but if you leave your name and number they will return your call.

We sat down in the lobby. The lobby had a large number of comfortable places to sit. After a short wait, we were called by a staff member, and led to the examination room. There is a large staff and all were friendly, helpful and attentive. Questions we had were all answered. The appointment with Dr Billings was very successful. I have no qualms about returning to this doctor and/or group. The parking area is monitored by a parking attendant, there is a fee for parking. Depending upon the time of day this lot can become very busy. This area is conveniently located a block off of Lake Avenue and a couple blocks north of Colorado Boulevard.

They Lost my bag of :antibiotics, a new muscle relaxer, & hydrocodone pain meds. I only lasted 4& half days. I Was refused a shower!!! Had only 2 showers while there. The Friday that I checked out I demanded my bag of new medicine & it took several Staff members an hour & half to finally locate the meds before I was discharged. I reported numerous Issues to the Nursing director while I was there (wheeled myself thru hall). Also Alerted the Administrators. I Was so happy to leave. .
