This is an excellent course, and about once a month I will drive up from San Diego to get in a…read moreround. I recently lost my wallet at this course, and when it was located they shipped it down to me, along with a disc! Such a cool gesture, and just reinforces why I keep coming back up there.

Dogs! Unleashed dogs!…read more My complaint is not about the disk golfers. They are great! They are alway polite to a fault. If you need to walk by where they are playing? They actually stop and wait for you to pass. I've had that happen many times. My complaint is about people with their dogs. I had another incident with someone who didn't honor the leash law. Small, but a reminder that I can't go to this park with my small dog. It's just not safe for him and it might not be for me either. I don't know these dogs who are loose. Well, at least I wasn't jumped on by a large dog, like last time. That was pretty bad and the dog did hurt me. What if that had been a small child? So, my second incident... I actually saw a woman walk out of the park, leaving her dog inside the park, to choose whether to follow her or come towards me and my 10 pound dog. There's a walkway, back into the adjoining neighborhood. This was not through the parking lot. The medium sized dog, maybe 40-45 pounds, was anxious as to which way to choose. He/she started to come towards us. I mean... honestly! She would no doubt defend her actions by saying her dog is friendly... ...yadda, yadda. Point is, THERE IS A LEASH LAW THAT IS ***NOT HONORED!*** People who don't leash their dogs here are growing in this park. No one does! And because no one does, everyone seems to think it's ok. It isn't! It's not ok. While a large dog might be friendly, they can pounce on a small dog and injure it. Or a small child! If your dog is unleashed, it's out of your control and that's the point. The whole thing makes it near impossible to use this park. It's in my neighborhood so that just should not be. I'm still giving this 4 stars though because of the gold disk guys... they are mostly guys. They're great. ...

Great 18 hole course. Everything is marked well. You can always reference U-Disc for the course…read morelayout. Nothing too difficult. Lots of back and forth in certain parts of the course so be mindful of your fellow players. Keep up the etiquette as well to offer others to pass through who have less in your group that play faster. this was my first time trying disc golf but i had so much fun! with an ultimate frisbee background,…read moreit was an adjustment since the discs are smaller and thrown at a diff angle than with the big discs. the guy up front was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping my friend and i choose discs. it was only $3 to play on weekdays for an 18-hole course !!! such a steal. most holes were par 3 and we did par 4 on most so don't be intimidated if you're a beginner like me in disc golf. it's a nice stroll in the park with a frisbee twist, scenery is beautiful (esp the lake) and locals are so encouraging! i would definitely come back 10/10 experience all around
