I am sharing my personal experience with this dental practice. I received dental treatment that ultimately required additional treatment and resulted in significant concerns regarding the outcome. I attempted to resolve the matter directly, initially requesting that the work be addressed before additional issues developed, and later seeking a refund, but my concerns were not resolved. The matter ultimately proceeded to small claims court. During the hearing, it was represented to the court that a refund had been provided. However, the payment provided to me could not be successfully processed, and despite my subsequent requests for resolution, no payment has been received. My recommendation is that patients carefully ask questions, keep detailed records, and obtain clear written explanations of treatment plans, costs, and any proposed resolutions before proceeding. read more

I've never written a review before, and honestly, I wasn't going to... until I spoke with Ray and now I have the time. I've been coming here for 5 years. I've had all my cleanings done here, got my Invisalign here, and even brought in my boyfriend and my mom for theirs. Today, I couldn't make my appointment because I'm swamped with work and asked to reschedule. They said no -and that I'd be charged a $65 rescheduling fee. I asked if it could be waived, and they refused, saying it had already been waived once... back in 2021 (over four years ago!). I asked if I could speak to someone else about it, thinking that after 5 years of loyalty, thousands of dollars spent, and multiple referrals I brought in, they might show some understanding. But no -- Ray doubled down and even told me I was "bad for business." And that's why is the primary reason why this review exists. Very very unfortunate because I really liked going there which is why my family and I went there. However, this is how they treat long-term patients. If you want a dentist's office that values loyalty, empathy, and basic respect- look elsewhere! After five years of commitment to this dentist office, they lost me and my family over a $65 rescheduling fee. That says everything. Do yourself a favor and find a new dentist office, at least one that gives a crap. My goodness! read more

Dentist does a decent enough job, but the office staff is beyond awful. Don't believe them when they tell you they have confirmed information with your insurance and then give you a suprise bill a month later. Came in for a follow up cleaning and wanted to update that this office never ceases to go above and beyond my hopes in a dental office. Literally got me in within the week. My cleaning was painless, thorough, and relaxing. I don't have any treatment that is needed, but I get the impression that the staff here would never push or pressure, but inform and assist with a plan of action. The office is incredibly clean and modern. The location is quiet with plenty of parking. I had zero billing issues after my last cleaning - was smooth as butter. Front office updated my insurance today with ease. If you're not coming here, you're missing out. I've been seeing Dr. Reddy for years, but I was sending my daughter to a pediatric dentist because I thought I was supposed to. That all ended this month when the pediatric dentist told me it would cost us $1000 above insurance to do 3 fillings. Dr. Reddy is the best dentist I've been to since living in San Diego. I've seen plenty of dentists due to changing jobs/insurance and when Dr. Reddy wasn't able to take my insurance at my previous job, I've seen some pretty terrible dentists (Fifth Ave Dental Arts). The other dentists told me that I needed two cavities and a crown and with insurance, I would still have to pay $2,000 out of pocket. This blew my mind because I have always been on top of my dental health. I waited over a year until I was able to upgrade my insurance and was ecstatic to find out that Dr. Reddy was covered under it. At a recent visit, she told me that I did not need any fillings nor a crown and was surprised that a dentist would recommend a crown for me. I appreciate her honesty and professionalism as she will never try to upsell you anything, She will give you all the options that will work within your budget. Her staff are also friendly and personable and I have never experienced any pain during any of my dental work here. The majority of times I have gone there, I have received excellent service. However, this last time I went I was anything but pleased. While the doctor was somewhat thorough, it seemed like the hygienist was trying to set a record with how fast she cleaned my teeth. It was maybe five minutes, she did an extremely poor job, and rushed me out. She was quite rude. I can't remember if her name was Maria or something similar but she was of Mexican descent. I was also a bit concerned when the doctors son who was maybe 8 years old was helping with typing in the information for my teeth. This is really embarassing but my FIRST dentist visit was to Dr. Reddy at the age of 26. You can IMAGINE how freaked out I was. It ended up being great and I'm so excited for the free cleanings I get from my spiffy new dental insurance! The receptionist here was sweet and bubbly and instantly put me at ease. Dr. Reddy herself was very kind and made me feel comfortable. She explained what we would be doing and best of all- didn't make me feel embarassed that this was my first time. During the cleaning, her and her hygienist (I think) were chatting with each other about dental-related stuff and checking in with me every few minutes to make sure I was still doing okay. It seemed like they really cared about both what they were doing and about me as a patient. I was told I have a couple of small cavities but since I am planning on getting my wisdom teeth out soon, should do that before getting them filled. Also, I asked about options for straightening my teeth and she was refreshingly honest while talking about the pros and cons of different options. At no point did I feel like she saw me as a dollar sign or a weirdo who'd never been to the dentist. The best dentist in the world, with great team members to support. The service is A-1 I started going to Dr. Reddy in 2015 when I lived in San Diego. I took a gamble on a dentist that fit my insurance policy and ended up pleasantly surprised. I had been out of the country traveling, and it had been about two years since my last dental cleaning. I had a filling crack and fall out from my molar, and Dr. Reddy fit me in for a same-day appointment. While I don't have dentist phobia, I am always sheepish about going to dentists because of my abysmal teeth. Dr. Reddy was terrific and put me at ease: she quickly assessed the damage, figured out the best course of treatment after listening to my concerns, and then fixed the tooth (all in under an hour). She seems conservative in her treatment approach as well, which I appreciate, since lots of prior dentists appear to have an upsell mentality. I appreciated that she explained her treatments along the way and that she is just a gentle, kind, competent dentist overall. I have been so fortunate to have had great dentists to work on my teeth - and I have had a lot of work done over the years. From minor fillings to root canals, to a baby tooth pulled out and an implant - I've experienced a lot. And with all of that action came anesthetics. Dr. Reddy has been the most gentle - I felt NO pain at all.
