I just discovered this nail salon, and I have to admit, I am never going back to my old one. The salon has a chic feel, and made me feel relaxed just walking in. I was impressed with the staff - courteous AND attentive! I had a full set of gel nails and they looked AMAZING when I was done. No cut cuticles, no uneven lines, and they weren't hideously thick. So, I've been here twice. The first time I got a full set $45. Started chipping after a week . three weeks later I came back for a fill and the technician whose name I will not mention, refused to do anything the way I had asked. I didn't want length off, and i wanted them squared . Well she filed them down and rounded them a tad because "she liked the more natural look" oh and did I mention my nails are all crooked almost as if she doesn't know how to file nails ? Anyway , I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could absolutely do that because she's been doing nails for 17 years . yea seems it. So I wanted faded glitter over black she kept pushing gel nailpolish on me so I just said okay. She put the glitter under the black nail polish and when I questioned her strange critique , she once again told me how professional she is and that the glitter underneath will keep the gel on longer. After she put the black on top of the glitter she told me she couldn't do the design I had wanted . so I just said "do whatever design you want its okay" trying to keep my patience as I was about to be paying 35$ plus tip for a fill and color I didn't even get the way I wanted . after I had left I was so embarrassed my nails were bumpy, you can literally see the glitter texture under the black . did I mention this woman kept pushing her business card on me and told me I had to ask for her nextvtime cause she is here 7 days a week and does so good ? Okay sure that's why im writing this . my last words are that clearly glitter under gel polish doesn't make it last longer because my nails are already peeling so that was a huge waste of 43$ read more

My regular salon is closed on Mondays and I needed to get in ASAP. I called, based on reviews, and was given an appointment within the hour. The salon is beautiful, clean, and well staffed. The owner did my full set of acrylics and they are gorgeous!!! Couldn't be happier. She also impressed me with her dedication to her business. She was doing my nails, managing the phone and the front desk and even called an employee who was on call when things started getting busy. Never once, throughout all this, did I feel another but her first priority. Excellent experience overall and highly recommend. This is now my new salon! read more

Got a little lost on my way there, but found the place within a few minutes. They take walk-ins, there was no wait. The place was nice and clean, it didn't smell like Acetone like many nail salons do which was a plus. I got a standard manicure, the man who did it was very kind, friendly. He did not use a drill but I think that if he had and I objected he would not have without question or issue. Reasonable rates. Many colors to choose from. My only concern was there was a tween girl there getting her nails done and in the background there was a movie with pretty inappropriate language in it that I wouldn't want my daughter listening to at that age. Horrible place. The man doing my nails was so pre occupied with the phone and greeting people he cut my pinky I was bleeding the whole time I was there and the nail shape is so uneven and the paint job looks like a 2 year old got ahold of nail polish. He even charged me after making me bleed and he continued to use this rough hard file on my nails and tossed it in the trash after doing it on himself and seeing how rough and painful it was. My gel polishes I have gotten (2) have both peeled off within a week - staff don't seem to realize that you do a dry manicure with gel polish and should not get the nails wet at all. A little bit of research by the staff and they can vastly improve this service. Pedicures are great and I like the hot stone massage. Massage chairs are good. Once it got to the manicure it all went down hill from there. The finished product just looks so amateur. Bubbles are in the shellac, the polish doesn't look like a smooth coat, and after paying $85 I would definitely expect a lot better. read more

This is your run of the mill nail salon. There really isn't much special about this place other than the copious amounts of space and it's super, super clean. I came here for a pedicure and a manicure on a Friday night after calling 10 minute prior. They took me in right away and had me soak in a pedicure chair. The water was cold! I don't know if it was this particular chair but the woman put her wrist under the water and felt it as it filled up so she knew the temperature. I told her it was a bit cold and she didn't seem to speak English at all because she ignored me. She did a pretty ok pedicure, scrubbed my feet well and it didn't feel rushed. She took a few phone calls while she did my pedicure and manicure, which I thought was unprofessional. They used nice hot towels to wrap my legs. All the tools were wrapped for one time use, which was great and the pedicure bowl had a removable plastic insert which was awesome! The manicure was just ok. I had asked if she could shape them more square but she rounded them. After a day, they started chipping. It ended up coming to $45 total. read more

I used to be a repeat customer and was always satisfied with my nails. Then one day the lady who usually does body waxing and eye brows did a filling on my nails she was rude she also refused to paint my nails black and made my nails bleed all my nails were uneven and once I got home they all broke off within several days. I returned and politely told them my problem and asked for someone else to do my nails. Apparently they didn't like that I complained and were down right rude to me making sarcastic comments about me. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time sitting there while they mocked and made fun of me they also made fun of my hair. I only gave 3 stars because I received a very basic mani and pedi, I don't feel that the service I received was worth the $45. This salon is a gem! Super clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly and professional. Emily and Lien are sweethearts! I am very particular when it comes to my nails, and they always do a fantastic job.. thoroughly listening to my requests without making me feel bothersome (which I've dealt with at many other salons). My boyfriend loves it here as well when I bring him for a pedicure. We work on our feet a lot, and always leave the place feeling brand new. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. LOVE LOVE LOVE! We moved to Londonderry area last Fall and I was dreading finding a new nail place. I wish I went here before we moved! Best Shellac manicure I've every had. They are so friendly and take their time! I love that they play movies, too. They have 6 or so large flat screens you can watch no matter where you are in the room and it makes the time pass. I am from out of town and I desperately needed to get 2 acrylic nails fixed. I read a couple of reviews and settled on going to Precious Nails & Spa because it was 15 minutes from my hotel. Great service! I walked in and was attended to almost immediately. My nail tech was super sweet and fixed my nails, did a refill and changed my Shellac color for $35! And the best part was they also offer eyebrow threading. It's a little pricey but it's affordable for this part of the country. The salon was nice and clean. When Princess Nails in Concord opened its second location, Precious Nails, my favorite technician went there to manage the location. I had been driving an hour to Concord every 2-3 weeks for years and although I will still go Concord when pressed for time, I love when I have the time or my schedule takes me to Manchester area so I can visit Precious Nails. Although I have a favorite technician, I always receive great service even when she is unavailable. My favorite pedicure is the premium with a hot stone massage. Maybe you don't want to pay for this every visit, but definitely splurge once in a while. read more

I have never left this nail salon satisfied. I have given it numerous tries because of other people's compliments but I cannot give my money to these people any longer! They do not pay attention to detail and they rush, they smudge my paint every time and dig their nails into my nail beds to push them back. I also came in for a fill and asked for regular paint instead because it was cheaper and I could not afford a 35$ acrylic fill with gel and they said "20 dollars for regular paint acrylic fill" then the lady came back to ask what I already had on my nails and I had gel and she tells me they charge 5$ extra to switch from gel to regular, that makes no sense to me!!!! She also put way too much clear coat on and my nails dried cracked, wiggled and bubbly. Time to find a new nail spa. read more

I never write reviews but after this horrendous experience I just couldn't let this go. I went in asking for a gel manicure and a pedi. I was told to choose the colors and I had a technician over my shoulder the whole time kinda rushing me into it. The color I chose for my toes, I have had in the past, but once she painted it on it did not look like the same color. Although, I felt bad and just let her continue on with my manicure. Not once did my technician ask me what shape I wanted for my nails and she just chose the shape herself. By the end and it was time to pay I was beside myself when she told me how much it was. I get gel- manicure and pedicures all the time and never have I once paid that much money. I was so furious and just left after I paid. By the time I got half way home I called them and told them how unhappy I was with my experience. My nails looked like they had been done by a 3 year old, it was very sloppy and my nails were uneven. I told them I did not have time to have them re-do my whole entire nails and toes nor did I want their services any longer. I requested that all I wanted was my money back. So I headed back to the salon and talked to the manager again and she tried to escort me over to a chair, and I told her "no, I told you I do not have time to get them re-done, all I want is my money back" after going back and forth with this woman of her trying to get me to let her fix my nails and me telling her no that's not what I wanted, she tells me that it is against her company policy to give my money back. She pulls out and sign and shows me the policy. It was hidden by a plant where it was it of site. I requested to talk to the owner and she said that he will not be in for A MONTH! There was no number that I could call and was told to come back in a month to discuss the matter. Moral of the story I will NEVER give them My business again. read more

Went to get my eye lash extension filled. The lady took forever and when she was finally done, my eyes were glued together. I couldn't even open them. She panicked and plucked almost all of my eye lashes out. I let the manager know and he didn't do anything about it. I will never go there again!!!!!! Love that there is now a Derry location (am also a customer of their Concord salon, Princess Nails, in the summer months) Two children pedicure chairs make it a fun mother-daughter outing. Finally convinced my husband to go for a pedicure and he's hooked on the deluxe. Offering the "grand opening" discount made it easy to sell friends on trying a new place, I'm sure they'll have repeat customers. Great memory too -second time I went and my nail tech (Lien? Tried this place once for mani-pedis for me and my daughter. We won't return. While the shop is new and appears clean, the service was abrupt and anything but relaxing. The lady who did my manicure absolutely butchered my cuticles, and one bled for the entire day. Two weeks later, I am still nursing my nails and cuticles back to health. My daughter's nails were painted with a color that was different than the one she chose, and she was too intimidated to say anything at the time. Since the gel manicure chipped off within two days, she didn't have to live with the gaudy color for long. My gel manicure also chipped badly within a couple days. I have had such horrible experiences here and vowed to never go back. This was 1-2 years ago. I have gone in with designs, and the finished product looked nothing even close to what the picture was, and left me completely horrified. And to add to it, the owner walks by, looks at all the designs on my fingers and proceeds to say "we charge a lot more for that- you know we charge more!" I was mortified. You can charge more if it looks professional, not like a baby painted on your nails. I vowed never, ever to go back. The people are rude, keep walking away in the middle of your service and do horrible work. I made the colossal mistake of popping in last Sunday as it was my only free time slot for weeks, and boy do I regret it. I had lovely long fingernails that are all completely broken now after 6 days, and the toes look like crap. Painted horrible. I get powder dip all the time, and nothing breaks, and it lasts for 3+ weeks. I'm on day 6 and every nail is broken down low, and the dip is lifting on all nails. What the hell??? Any nail establishment can do a proper dip manicure - and I salon hop all over. Never, EVER have I had one like this. And it was the most expensive of all. I honestly don't think this place should stay in business. They are unprofessional and lack expertise to care for people's nails. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! If there was a way to give zero stars I would. First time visiting because my nail salon changed their hours and I really needed a fill. The lady doing my nails was so rude and spent her entire time talking to her coworkers, or talking on her cell or texting! At one point she was drilling on my nail while she was turned away talking to the girl behind her!! ALL of my nails are crooked, the lengths are all uneven and mishapened. Some of the nails she put an extremely thick layer on and then didn't file them down enough. The paint job she did is aweful and bumpy. My nails look like blobs of uneven color. She blamed wherever I went before. My nails were straight when I walked in! She removed a nail completely even though It could have just been repaired, put a new tip on and the way she filled and shaped it...it's the worst nail of them all!! Proving to me that she herself is the reason I have the ugliest nails I have ever seen! Worst part is, I only needed a fill and I was there for an hour and a half! I have never had a worse experience then I did tonight. I am going out of town this week and now i will have to go elsewhere and have them redone. What a waste of time and money. No matter how desperate you are do not go here...I always wondered why there was never a wait and now I know. Though I have been here twice already and hated it both times, I decided to give it one more shot. Shame on me. Per usual, the pedicure was average at best and the service at the front was awful. I asked for a gel manicure and it was not well done. The nail tech complained twice about how white is "such a hard color" and that he hated doing it. After he was done it was almost like he could tell how displeased I was with the work because he asked me three times if I liked them. I probably should have said something but I was just so aggravated with myself for giving this LOW QUALITY nail salon another shot. No matter how desperate you are for a fill, gel manicure, tips, etc save your money. It's almost like they do not want business anyways because when you enter the salon everyone sighs. Went in yesterday afternoon for a last minute pedicure with a friend and can honestly say it is the worst pedi I have ever gotten. As soon as I sat down they started up selling me from the regular pedicure by making me feel insecure about my feet saying I needed their deluxe pedi, so reluctantly I agreed. Once the pedi was finished I was shocked to look down and find that a glitter top coat had been added when I was never ask if I wanted it (I definitely did not!) and told not to worry because it didn't cost extra. Besides the glitter my toe nails were not cut straight and there is polish all over the cuticles. I could have done a better job myself and am feeling so bummed I paid this salon $50. I'll stick with Gelous nails down the street from now on and won't use this salon even as a last resort read more
