Bought a 2016 Hellcat from them this year in june and motor blew on me in september this year, had the car checked and it was built car that i didn't know about and neither did they. They had been putting the wrong gas in the car and so have I going on what they said. Wish I had read reviews here before buying from Precise Auto (and can't believe I didn't). I've had my new vehicle from them for less than 3 weeks. It no longer starts. We tried to jump it and now the hood does not close. The windshield has a chip in it that was hidden by signs on the windshield when I was looking at it. I was obviously naive to trust the inspection report given by the dealership. As I cannot drive my car to a shop right now, I'll ask the place it is towed to to do a full inspection so I can monetarily quantify my lack of research. Additionally, they didn't do an oil change, any sort of car wash/vacuum, or even fill up the gas tank. Those are minor things, but when you add it to the more egregious issues, it's just careless. read more

Buyers beware! Take your potential purchase to a mechanic and have them check it out! I purchased from out of state and was told everything was fine with the vehicle. Got there and crappy body work done, didn't find out about the "severe accident" on car fax until paperwork was signed. First time using 4wd, truck locked up. Mechanic looked at it and the whole front diff was blown up from no fluid in it!!! read more

We bought a car from them on July 23. We drove it 3 days before it started having issues. Engine malfunction lights came on. We towed it to our mechanic thinking it was a valve cover problem but have now been told it is un-repairable. We called and talked to precise auto about the issue but all they wanted to do was sell us an extended warranty. I could go on about several other issues they lied to us about but that's pennies compared to the heap of junk we paid $11,000 for and now have to haul it to the salvage yard. They are crooks and I would be very weary of ever dealing with them. read more

i bought a truck from them. had it shipped to florida. when it arrived it had a chipped windshield. the shipping company gave me a bol showing it was cracked before it was shipped. precise hid this from me. do not buy from them poor customer service and a even worse attitude! read more

I had my inspection done here, it was fast and easy. Great service and you get to watch the car the whole time. so no funny monkey business and being a girl i didn't feel they wanted to sell me stuff i don't need. The opposite was true. I never took delivery of the vehicle Left deposit, to complete sale when I picked up the car (needed a part - wasn't ready when promised) He did not fully refund my deposit, claiming a restocking fee ($750). He had already promised there would be no restocking fee because he had already left me hanging several times with no call backs and no shows when we were supposed to meet. I bought a 1996 4Runner from them a couple of months ago..Since then , the Ac has gone out , rear main seals are leaking causing my rear brakes to cease up , major leak coming from on top of the motor somewhere All 4 Shocks need to be replaced. Promised to pay for a tire that had a gash in the side.. Never called me back on it ..I finally found a tire , and he only wanted to pay for half of it.. You go to repair shops other than the dealerships to save a dollar and sometimes you are just better off at the dealership to begin with, I went in for an alignment, go back a week later because my steering wheel started shaking, and now the balance is off so there's an additional service cost because the $65 wasn't enough. What a joke, worst customer service ever by the owner himself. We were interested in a car he had for sale. They show cars by appointment only, so we called and made an appointment for the next day. He told us they he would inform us if the car sold. We drove 4 hours arriving at the set time of 2 pm, and there was no one around when we got there. We called the guy on the phone asking if someone could come show us the car. He asked "You're there already?", followed by "That car sold this morning." Okay, but he had another one that we were interested in looking at, so he told us to go inside the Auto Shop and ask for a certain named guy. We eventually found a man inside the Auto Shop, and when we explained that we were looking at a car and told to ask for a certain guy, the man replied "he's not here today, he'll be here tomorrow" , and he turned around and quit talking to us. It was a total waste of our time, the people were rude and unhelpful, and their setup is disorganized. We will never go back. read more

Absolutely Do Not Buy From This Company for 2 reasons! #1) Deceitful advertising. They advertised a used BMW with a new clutch that failed in 6 days with routine driving from an experienced driver. Also the repair shop found they didn't even correctly hook up the power steering so it bleed dry in that time. I possibly could get this - mistakes happen but read on #2) What makes things worse is the horrible customer service after the sale. Wes, the salesman, who was quick to answer presale suddenly began to avoid my calls or misdirect me. He would state he would talk with his sales manager and call me right back. Days later no call. I would call back and be placed on hold then a few minutes later the line went dead. When I called back he would ask if this was my cell, same routine hold then line went dead. From that time on he wouldn't answer that cell only to answer when I called from a different line (further proving he was purposely avoiding my calls). When I got ahold of him again, I mentioned I was going to come up and discuss this with them the next day. Then after a 1.5 hour drive reaching the store 45min before the website advertised closing which also happened to be when I met him to buy the car, come to find out they changed the store hours and closed 15min before. I guess I should be honored that they would change the store hours knowing I was coming. Bottom line if you want a car don't come here. Caveat Emptor! read more

Precise Auto Sales offered a slightly below market price on a 2010 Mini Cooper with 57K miles. When we test drove the car, it was clean and appeared to run well with the exception of a malfunctioning driver's seat belt sensor, which they agreed to fix before we took delivery of the car. When we did take delivery a week later, Precise Auto Sales provided us with a passing inspection report that their shop had performed. We drove the car back to Plano and brought it to the local Mini dealership to have them perform a complete inspection. The dealership gave me a report of the things that needed to be fixed totaling over $5,000, including a replacement of the FRM module, a key component to the car's central computer, and most of the bulbs on the car including blinker and tail light bulbs! Repeated calls to Precise Auto now go unanswered. Go figure. I understand that TX law states that used automobiles are purchased "as is" and that it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that they understand exactly what they are buying, but the clean inspection report they provided is cause for suspicion that things were not on the up- and-up. I fail to understand how the car could have passed the state inspection if the blinker bulbs did not work. We will end up having to spend about 50% more for the car then anticipated. Not happy. If you decide to purchase from these guys because they offer an attractively low price, be sure to have the vehicle completely inspected by a mechanic of your choosing prior to completing the transaction. read more

I have a 2009 Chevy Impala that was dying on me and would shake. I called a few places and was told many different things. When I called precise right away Eric answered all my questions and made me at ease. So I took my vehicle in and they ran a diagnostic and found out it I had random misfires and my 02 sensor was not any good. He gave me a quote that I was very happy with and told them to go ahead and do the work. They even washed my car for me. Always a plus. Bottom line I was very happy with the work and I would recommend this shop to family and friends. read more

stay away from these people! i bought a car there they sent me home without an inspection being perfomed so i couldnt drive the car for the weekend , i called them they said that the inspection wasnt included anymore because i didnt pay cash for the car because i loaned and they did not inform me about this change and i even had already payed for it it was included in the price! the car breakes down a couple hourse after the inspection it wont turn on so i call the owner robert and he said he would send a tow truck, so i assumed he would fix it , i go there today he told me 500$ to fix it and wanted to charge me for the tow truck , i didnt pay for anything my isnsurance covers road side assistance and i towed the car to another mechanic and got it fix , i wouldnt reccomend these people to anyone , i dont want anyone to have my same expierience, and let me add i found out that a mailbox key can open my car, i bought the car june 28 it is today july 7 and i still dont have a car. and because i bought as is i cant do anything about it other then making people aware of what these assholes do. read more

This is just the worst Mechanic I have ever had to deal with. Mike is the name of the boss mechanic at the shop and he is just a fraud. I took my car to him and he gave me a quote for the part, he said it will cost about $2600 and I went and bought the part myself at Toyota for #1200. Then because I has already paid him for the labor, he refused to fix the car because he did not get to buy the part. Then he claims that he has fixed the car and asked me to take it to Toyota for Toyota to fix the codes because he couldn't do it. Got to Toyota and they said he ordered just one of the parts and that they needed to redo everything from scratch. More so the brand new part that he put might be ruined because he was not supposed to put it without the other part. I called Mike to tell him about this and he avoids my calls, when he finally gets on the phone he tells me that, he is out of the country. I did recognize his voice and accent but he thought he was fooling me. PRECISE AUTO REPAIR IS A NIGHTMARE, A REALLY BAD NIGHTMARE. read more

Horrible service! I bought a used car from the guys next door and the vehicle did not have a spare wheel so the salesmen got me a wheel and sent it here to get a tire mounted to it. Well right off the bat Mike was an ass. He got mad that I didn't bring the vehicle to match the tires when I was told it was ready 2 days prior. So when I asked why he didn't call me instead of leaving me waiting for 2 days to say he needed a tire size, he told me to get the F*%k out of his shop and wasn't dealing with me. So trying to make the best of a situation, I got my wife on the phone and had her check tire size. Then Mike digs through his used tire and finds an old dry rotted tire with no tread left and mounts with out a balance. At this point I told him it's unsafe, there is no tread and will be a problem with vibration because he won't balance it. I was then told to F*%k off and get the F*%k out of his shop because it's just a spare and he doesn't know me so he doesn't give a F*%k. Not exaggerating, this guy was cussing, rude, and very short tempered. Lucky all I needed was a spare wheel and can get a tire done right somewhere else, you probably won't be so lucky if ANY problems arise when doing business with this man. Stay away! read more
