Went yesterday (friday july 30th) and my brows were done by whomever had on the pink shirt in the middle chair around 11am. I LOVED this place!! First off, the shop was a little difficult to find - admittedly, I am not the most observant person, and once I got out of my car I found it immediately. The women in the shop were super helpful too, as I called multiple times to ask about tinting services, cost, and location. Once in the shop, I was greeted by the two sweetest women on earth (I'm sorry I forgot your names ). They didn't mind my foul mouth and half-joking frustration on finding the spot. They actually listened to me on the color I wanted for my brows, which is HUGE for me - since my eyebrows are basically clear, thanks to being blonde, usually technicians will try to talk me out of requesting a medium brown color. They did as I requested, and came out the perfect color! I let my eyebrows grow out, so they needed some serious threading. They did exactly as I asked - clean up the edges and keep them full - and gave them a simple trim. They took their time and had amazing attention to detail. At the end they wiped my brows down with some amazing rose water and actually asked me if I wanted lotion to calm my skin instead of just slathering it on - I really appreciated this, as my skin breaks out with any new product, and it gave me the opportunity to tell them "no thanks!" These lovely ladies chatted with me the whole time, offered me water, and were just genuinely nice! The shop was clean and the pricing was excellent ($10 for threading, $15 for tinting). After a few days of letting the skin around my brows calm down and the excess color wash out, my brows are bangin'! I will most DEFINITELY be returning and will be telling my friends to hit them up. Tidbit: if you ever wish to go to this place only deal with Michelle, she seems to be the only competent person who works there. Background: I have been to this place a few times. I found it on yelp and read the reviews. The first time I went Michelle did my eyebrows and it was perfect. I loved how patient she was. I was sold, I knew she would be my go to person from here on out. On another occasion I went to the place, but Michelle was off that day. I had someone else do my eyebrows. I was very hesitant but decided to trust this person and hope she knows what she is doing. I should have left when I knew Michelle was not there because she was awful, she ruined my eyebrows. This happened to me again. I decided to get my eyebrows done today, but Michelle was off. I decided the lady who ruined my eyebrows was from a year ago or so and I need to clean my eyebrows ASAP. So I decided to try another lady and see what happens. AGAIN, my eyebrows were ruined by her and I am not pleased. Moral of the story, if you ever wish to go to this place only deal with Michelle. Michelle seems to be the only competent person who works there. So if you want to trust someone with your eyebrows, I'd definitely go to Michelle. I recently moved to the area and have been trying to find my new go to place and I think this is it! Most recently, I came in around 5pm, and had about a 20 min wait. The lady spent 15 min on my brows, and took her time and did not make me feel rushed or that she was going too quick, even towards the end of the day. She asked for my feedback on the style if I was happy with the one brow before moving on to the next. The brows looked great! Cost was $10 for brow threading / clean up pre tip. She suggested that she even them out, which I was okay with. Even though my left brow was thinner than my right they were both pretty full. I'm sorry. I used to LOVE this place and the girls here. My issue isn't with the service but it's with how they handle business hours. I moved to Encino and still made the drive clear across the valley to come here, because again, the actual service is great. But the advertised hours are closing at 7pm. I bust my a** to get here by 6:45 as they request, and still have to beg and plead to be let in. It's really frustrating and a slap in the face. Today was the last straw for me. I got there at 6:45 and the back door is locked again. I knock and ring and they ignored me. I come around to the front and I tap on the door. The receptionist looks at me and runs her hand across her throat to indicate they're closed. At this point it's 6:50. I point to my phone to show the time and it doesn't matter. They close as they see fit and it's just not the proper way to run business hours especially for those of us who go out of our way to come here. So basically I drove across the valley and got here 15 min before closing to be turned away like a stranger.... And there was only one person in the lobby at the time. Ok.... read more

I recently moved to the valley and in desperate need to find a place that I both liked and where they did not mess with my eyebrow shape. As anyone knows, once you find an eyebrow person it is very difficult to steer away. I had tried 2 or 3 other places in the valley that were either over-priced or just did not do a good job. I am glad I found this place. Kanika was the person that helped me and I will be returning to her. I am trying to grow my eyebrows out and she respected that and assured me that she left a few hairs in the eyebrows for thickness and we will be working on my goal in my future visits. The rose water and aloe vera at the end was a huge plus! They also have a stamp card! Those are highly needed considering the amount of times one frequents an eyebrow threading place. Jessica threaded and tinted my brows a couple of weeks ago and I LOVED it. I've never gotten my brows tinted before and I had a great experience. I have dark brows, but I used the brown tint rather than the black - it worked perfectly. I just wished it lasted a bit longer.
