Please be careful with this company and do not select them for your home inspection... I had them do a home inspection and they would not give me the four point inspection and mitigation reports I needed for the insurance.. their price was reasonable but what happens is later the inspector indicated he did all sorts of work.. from plumbing to electric, etc.. and he didn't feel comfortable passing the inspection report if he was not the one doing the work. What? First their job is to provide a report period. All the houses in Miami will need something... and then, they shouldn't be the ones doing any work or basically attempting to gain additional work by not giving the customers the report. I went and hired another company to do a new inspection (but had to spend on two inspections). Luckily this one only did what they were hired to do. read more

This is the worst experience I had in my whole life. The house has few important& easy-to-find issues that the inspector could not find (including termites which were all over the roof). After I purchased the house, I hired few people to inspect pipes, electricity, roof, & termite among many other things (cause I am a perfectionist and want everything to be perfect before I move). It took the termite inspector 1 minute to find the signs of the colony of termite. The termite inspector was shocked when I told him that the guy from Precise Home Inspection Services did not see this and did not report this. But, this is not all the story, I know mistakes happen.... When I called in to check why such mistake happened and how they are going to fix this, the lady over the phone told me that "this is what it is" and "our inspector did not see anything when he was there". She simply answered without even checking with someone or even checking my report. She then told me that "termites fly and maybe they reached your house 2 days ago". She then told me that I am not a nice person because I was complaining a lot about their service. She then called me rude among other things and simply told me to go ahead & sue them. " I don't know what you do for a living, but you are so rude", she said. She did not even tell me who the owner was and acted as she was the owner ( I don't know if she was a secretary or the owner). The inspector himself was a nice guy but maybe did not have enough experience or maybe he really forgot to report it. My problem is with their customer service and the quality of the service. If you want to buy a house to live there, do not hire this company (unless you have 20K more to spend afterwards). They are so irresponsible and rude. You cannot trust them at all. It is so unfortunate that this company is even listed in redfin. BTW, many other customers may be happy with their service, simply because they trust their report and do not check anything after closing. But, I checked many things after closing and that is how I found how terrible they did the inspection for the house. read more
