I called and inquired about purchasing an iron front door, they said they had one door in stock - - not special order, mind you. I ordered the door and had to give them a deposit. I was told I would receive the door in March. That was in February. Seven months later, no door and we have not heard anything from these people. Every time I called to ask when my door would be delivered, they gave me the run around and pushed the date out even further. Then they just stopped returning calls all together. They are crooks and literally robbed me of $2,200. My advice. Don't walk away, RUN....as fast as you can!!! February 6, 2025 I ordered replacement iron doors after ours were crowbarred open during a burglary while the Eaton Fire was burning. I placed a $2400 deposit. The company knew we were fire victims, that our home was left unsecured and we needed doors urgently. From February through August, they kept saying the doors would arrive "by the end of the month." Nothing was ever produced, and I don't believe they ever intended to deliver. I cancelled the order at the end of August followed by endless holds, no answers, and no refund. Since then, they've repeatedly promised my refund "that day" via Zelle -- still nothing as of October 22. Unfortunately, the saga continues with broken promises to provide our refund of our almost 4 year ordeal this September. We ordered an iron door in 2023 and did not realize the door was missing the seal until water damage to a floor in a guest house revealed this. We requested a seal for the door. After multiple attempts, we did not receive the seal. Even if we had, we would have had to hire someone to remove each door (300 lbs each) to install it. I was told they would send one once it came in. I spoke with a lady on the phone who said the parts come from China and she didn't know if anything would come in at all. I then tried to text the owner, which I'd done previously. I nearly begged for him to send a seal so that we wouldn't have to invest in a brand new door. For the last 6 months (end of 2025 to 2026), I received no response from him. We now have had to purchase a new iron door. There definitely is a supply chain issue or other issue with this company. Don't know how anyone can run a business like this. I purchased a custom door from this company in Dec 2023 invoice number 14027. Made the mistake of trusting the manager or the owner "Haik" responsiveness at the time and made the payment in full. My delivery date was estimated to be March 2024, March became April and April became June , June became November and November became Feb 2025 and now I'm being told a different date. Submitted their refund form for a full refund in December was told 30 days. No confirmation from their accounting team. I must have made close to 30 phone calls and over 10 emails to reach someone to get my refund. Update: I had my iron garage doors installed in 2018. Loved the looks as had matching entrance doors. Installation was a nightmare but at the end it worked ok for 5 years. The door wouldn't close sometimes. Unable to contact initial installers. One company came and changed the springs for bigger custom made ones and spent $3000. Now having issues again that doors randomly wouldn't close. The companies that I called they all agree that it was a mistake to install such a heavy door with commercial door opener. Now they want me to change a more powerful door opener and spend another $6300! Between all the call visits will spend $10,000!!! Called Haik from Precise Iron doors several times to ask for advice and doesn't return my phone calls and through secretary says he doesn't know any installer? He is the one that sold me the garage doors and doesn't recommend any reputable garage door installer that can help me? Please don't buy iron garage doors! The only correspondence I received after that call was an email from Haik on May 15th, 2025, which read: "Hello Cody, the carrier is picking up tomorrow." Today is June 9, 2025, and we have not received our door or any further communication. As a veteran family who served over 10 years in the U.S. Army and used a VA loan to build our home, we are deeply disheartened by the way this business has treated us. Cheap products and worst customer service. My doors were installed on February 21, 2024. By April 16, 2024, I noticed that the doors were bubbling. I sent an email with photos, but did not receive a response. I called the company, and they sent someone to "repair" the doors. However, the person who came only had a can of spray paint and said he couldn't fix it, but Mr. Hamlet could. When I called to request Mr. Hamlet's service, I was told that he had a long waiting list. I asked to be put on the list, but they couldn't provide a specific date for when he could come. I called back every week to check on Mr. Hamlet's wait list, sometimes calling twice a week. After several attempts, they finally said they would send someone out. Unfortunately, they sent the same technician who couldn't fix it the first time. After speaking to Martha, she said she would inform her boss Hike, and they would arrange for Mr. Hamlet to come and fix it, but still no date was provided. I continued to call every week for updates and encountered more delays throughout July. It's now August, nearly 4 months since I first noticed the problem, and I called on a Friday to express my frustration to Chloe. I suggested that they bring new doors and take mine to their warehouse for repair instead of making me wait any longer. Chloe assured me that someone would come to repair the doors on Monday. However, on Monday, to my disbelief, the same technician who couldn't fix it the first or second time showed up. I am extremely angry and frustrated.
