Furthermore, a tire rotation could not be completed due to inoperable lifts or lifts occupied by nonfunctional vehicles. This reflects a broader lack of organization and professionalism. An hour later, I called him back and told him a towe truck was on its way but the shop he referred didn't know if they could fit me in. 5 minutes later, Wes showed up on the side of the highway to help me. He looked at the car and said he was going to go find the belt so he could fix it. He came back and said the belt needed was out of stock so it would be 2 hours before he could get it. Nonetheless, we took it to the shop he referred and 3 hours later we were back on the road. Wes going out of his way to help us, speaks volumes to his character. My wife and I were very thankful for his willingness to help. I wish he had a shop in KC, he would get all of my business!!
