It was incredible, then when I dropped off my car for them to get all of the parts ordered, painted and installed all within 3 days was incredible. The work and quality of the work was flawless. Let me start off by saying, nobody likes having to go to a body shop because it is usually a traumatic situation that calls for the need in the first place. My daughter was involved in a side impact on her 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. The driverside door was pushed in and as well as damage to the front fender it wasn't her fault so it was covered by the person that hit her insurance company. This all happened about a year ago and today we noticed the door wasn't closing properly. I called Gary and he said to bring it in, they took it right in and within an hour I was back on my way home. I had an excellent experience today at Precision with Asst. Manager Rafael Thayer. He acknowledged me the minute I walked in the door, which I appreciated. Someone had scraped my back bumper, confessed and offered to pay for the repair. As many of us know, this is a huge hassle as you need to get a quote, give it to the responsible party, schedule a repair, drop off the car, etc. Rafael offered to buff out the bumper while I waited - as well as buff out another scratch on the body of the car, all at no charge. I realize my repair wasn't big - but this was still an incredible convenience for me! I have been a customer of Precision in the past and this stellar customer service is the reason I will be back if (when!) I need auto body work. read more

I can no longer recommend Precision Auto Collision for any work needed on your vehicle. I was sitting at a red light and got rear ended by someone going approximately 45 MPH. My vehicle's frame, bumper, and other miscellaneous parts needed to be replaced. When I first checked in with Precision Auto Collision, they were incredibly helpful. Graham told me the frame was going to take approximately 6 weeks to arrive. Over the next 6 weeks, Graham checked in multiple times and told me they were still waiting. When the frame arrived, I dropped off my vehicle. I was told the fix could be as little as two weeks, but most likely three weeks. For three weeks, nobody from the shop ever called me to update me on the status of my vehicle. I finally called and asked. I was told it'd be ready by the end of the week. Fast forward two more weeks, I had still not heard from them. So I called again. The receptionist answered and told me they were hoping to get the vehicle done today but that Graham would call me in a few minutes to give me all the details. I waited 9 hours for a phone call from Graham until I finally decided to call. When I asked Graham what happened about getting the truck within that first estimated time period, he sighed and said time flies. When asked why the vehicle wasn't done today (like his receptionist hoped it would), he said that the vehicle lift was outside and the techs did not want to get wet due to it raining. So again I am told it will be another week. Fast forward a week and I am finally told my vehicle is ready. I arrive and pick it up. While driving home, the brakes felt different, as if it were a sponge. I had to press all the way on the brakes in order for the vehicle to stop. (A quick google search revealed this could indicate air is getting into the brake lines and could result in brake failure over time). Anyways, I got home and discovered the power steering fluid was leaking, a plastic cover piece was missing from my truck bed, and there were new scratches on my tailgate. I called Graham and explained the issues. Graham had me drive back down to Precision Auto Collision and provided me with a rental car, which was much appreciated. Regardless, these issues should have never happened. I am still incredibly frustrated with the lack of care for my vehicle and my safety. As someone who works full time as a first responder, I rely heavily on my vehicle to get to work throughout the week. Precision Auto Collision seems to truly not care. If they had just updated me periodically on all of the delays and stopped giving me false ETAs, I'd be a much happier customer. I understand that this job was going to be time consuming, but they were not professional at all. read more

Highly recommend Precision Auto Collision. While writing an estimate for our teen's dented Mazda, Mgr. Todd shared he also has 2 teen drivers at home. I was quoted $2500+ by two other body shops to repair the damage. Here is what floored me: Damage was only cosmetic and did not affect safety or performance. Precision Auto Collision was happy to do the repairs but with 2 new drivers they suggested we wait. I was impressed and appreciated their honesty. Something to value, especially in today's world, Glad we took their suggestion because 7 months later the Mazda was rear-ended and required extensive repair. (WooHoo - not our fault). I've had my car back for a little over a week now, seems that their people put a few miles on my car. I was sure to take a pic before leaving it there. Don't really understand why they need to use my car instead if theirs? I had almost a half tank of fuel when they got their hands on it and it was dead empty when I collected it. I overlooked that and the fact that there was no fuel in my car and the extra 124 miles but then I received my toll road bill. Gouged! We had a minor dent to the hood that needed fixing and made the mistake of going to Precision Auto Collision for an estimate. As you pull up to the lot, it looks like a junkyard. Filth and broken parts everywhere. That should have been my sign to turn around and leave, but I (regrettably) continued inside. After a reasonable wait, the technician reviewed our dent and proceeded to recommend $3,300 of unnecessary repairs including replacement of clips and a repaint to the front fenders. This estimate was almost DOUBLE the amount from the car dealership down the street! For a minor dent! And, to make matters worse, the technician reported the dent as "damage" on our CarFax report, which resulted in us losing almost $2,000 on trade-in. Kevin, our estimator, thought they could be taken care of quite easily, by an outside vendor, and they would have the service done at their site. We are really Happy to have been recommended to this auto body shop by their next door, well known competitor. Upon arrival, late in the day, we were greeted by Rafael, the assistant manager. After he inspected the damage on our Audi Q5 front right fender, he asked, "Do you want to make it perfect again or just make it better looking?" As this was our third auto body shop visit for estimate, and the quotes were quite high, with three days without car, we chose, "make it better looking". So then, Rafael guided us to see his detail man Gonzalo and said that Gonzalo will fix it right now, just give him a tip of $--.00. We were very happy and relieved that the repair would be taken care of right here and now. So, Gonzalo cleaned out the scratches, buffed them and did minor paint touch up. Now, the car looks like it never got damaged (unless one gets very close to the area and has been told about the damage). I give this shop ZERO stars because they are liars and do the WORST work. They had the simplest job to do, a small rear bumper damage and slight trunk alignment. Here is what they did. 1. First, they returned the car with a different bumper color, yellowish vs crystal white. 2. Visible trunk gaps were missed by their "precise" technicians, and when I showed it instantly to one of the managers he tried to bull shit me that its normal. lol They tried to convince me that the bumper color is normal, and I had to make them paint it again until they matched it. And guess what their stupid question was? What color do you want me to paint it? lol I was shocked when I was asked that, I almost told them, well the car is white so why not paint the bumper red! As for the trunk gaps, I thought they would replace the trunk hinges, but what they did was they swang the trunk left and right to try to adjust it. I got sick of them and just walked away, and since I'm leasing the car I've blamed the dealer for recommending these jokers to me and I'll return the car in few months. Please be smart about the work done to your car by any body shop and don't let them bullshit you with their lies. This shop has ZERO knowledge of what precision is, so stay the hell away from them. read more

My vehicle has been repaired here twice, almost 20k in repairs have been done through this shop. They are one of the worst facilities I have been too. There have been numerous issues with paint flaking, over spray on other parts of the vehicle, misalignment of fenders and doors... Rafael is the rep I have dealt with and by no means is he accommodating, he seems to always have reasons to not fix the issue or rebuttals to why the repair is not done right. one instance Rafael kept informing me that the door could not be aligned... After fighting tooth and nail a tech in the back over heard it, came over afterwards and fixed the issue within 15 min... They advertise lifetime warranty, but customers beware, they will not stand behind the work or repairs... It's been less than 8 months since my job was finished with issues unresolved. I have taken it to multiple mechanics and shops , all of which have found damages not fixed or shady work done. I have paid out of pocket to make it right and my insurance is now involved once again to get the situation handled. I along with 4 other customers have gone to this place over the years because it was recommended by insurance.... Do yourself a favor and drive another 15 min down the highway to the next shop.
