He explained things in detail and assisted as much as he could in obtaining approval from my insurance company in a timely manner. If it weren't for all the back-and-forth with the claims department of my insurance company, everything would have gone much more smoothly and comfortably, but this was no fault on Prestige and Kevin's part. The first repair totaled $19k and basically included replacing much of the left side of my Mercedes. After an unfortunate incident where we backed our less than 30 day old Tesla Model Y into our garage we decided we needed some quotes to fix the, albeit minor, but noticeable damage. We first obtained a quote from Tesla that came back at $2500+, we were shocked because it truly was purely cosmetic and on just the wing part of the liftgate. We decided to get a quote from Prestige as we have previous experience with their service. Much to our surprise, the quote was less than half of what Tesla quoted and it could be done in a day. We dropped it off first thing and sure enough, it was finished within the day. When we arrived to pick it up, Ken was there to greet us and he had the car detailed and looking brand new again. In addition, they were able to give us an even better price for the repair. When does the quote ever go down?? I'm truly impressed with the service we received and Ken and Prestige have earned all of our business going forward. I had a terrible experiance with this business. I brought my Raptor F150 a few months back. The tailgate was completly damaged and had them quate me to replace it for over $6,500. My insurance company no longer does business with them so I had to go against their recomndation and used them anyway. According to my insurance company Stae Farm, they would still cover it, however, because they no longer have them on their list as recommended location of a busniess to use, I would have to deal any problems that should arise instead of them. State farm also gave them a list of locations of where they can purchase the parts. When they purchased the tailgate at the location on this list, There were NO enternal parts in the tailgate. THey were trying to blamr state farm for it . They told me that state farm had delivered the used tailgate and that it was their fault for it not being a complete tailgate. ( Ive been with state farm for over 30 years and their not the ones that deliver the parts. They give the body shops the list of locations of where to buy parts from) These people were trying to have state farm to eaither buy the enternal parts for this tailgate, or to purchase another one to replace it. An other words, corrects their mistake. I gave this business $2,000. for what they had done thus far... which was absolutely nothing on their end. I was told by Eric who is the manager there that if I wanted to just take the tailgate with me as is, that I would have to give them an additional $1,000. a total of $3,000. for a non complete tailgate which they purchased. If I wanted to take it as is.... I have left both Eric and another employee (Jose) several messages to please contact me to see where I stand. I have not heard from them, NO return calls to me, and they kept the tailgate and the $2,000. Incidents like this is the reason State Farm told me that's why they no longer have them as a shop to use on their list.... read more

*** LOCKED IN WITJ THE INSURANCE COMPANY NOT HELPFUL TO ACTUAL CUSTOMERS***I went in to have my car repaired through my insurance, more concerned about internal damage than the bumper, this Shop was only concerned with bumper work, they wanted to charge $400 just to have the car checked out. They didn't fix my strut or oil pan bcs it had previous damage, even though it was the collision impact that caused the damage that caused my car to sound the way it does or oil leaking. All they did is fix my bumper, now I'm stuck with the remaining damage bcs both the insurance company and Prestige are not helping me. $1000 deductible and the most important damage to my car has not been resolved and I couldn't back out of it because I already had to pay $400 to just remove the bumper. I hope this tells the reader how they let me down. read more

I questioned it several times arranged for a rental car had my car towed to the facility. Completely taking advantage of my 80 year old aunt, whose car is in there for a MINOR repair and they are now holding her car hostage (2 weeks) and keep increasing the price. Back for a third time. Car got rear-ended and since I am still with Mercury, I knew this was going to be their first suggestion. I was able to get an appointment for an inspection/insurance estimate the day after the accident at a time that was convenient for me. Thanks to their scheduling department for making this happen. I was advised that my repair would be quick since they would not have to order any parts, just pull the bumper, repair, paint and assemble. The next opening was the following Tuesday (4 business days). I asked if they would be able to get it done by the end of that week and they said yes. When I dropped it off on Tuesday, I was told I would get an update on Weds/Thurs as it would most likely be 3-4 business days to get work completed. I got my rental car approved for four days and picked it up next door. No call was received by Thursday, so I called and was told that there were delays. I reminded them that I only had my rental until Friday and they said they would see what they could do. I got call on Friday that said the bumper just got out of the paint booth, but there was not going to be enough time to assemble it, but would get in on Monday. I returned the rental due to the holiday weekend and waited until Monday for a call. Didn't get it and when I called I was told that the bumper just got out of the paint booth but no time to assemble it (same story as Friday). On Tuesday, I was called with apologies and advised that car would be ready to be picked up today. When I advised of my lack of rental car, they quickly responded with the offer to have their driver pick me up. With the frustration of the delays, this was greatly appreciated since I was looking at a 3.5 mile walk in the rain. While this wasn't a 5 star service, under the circumstances, there are many positives to keep this place at 4 stars. They have been in business many years and are well connected with the insurance companies which eliminates most headaches. read more
