I would not recommend this garage. I came in for Timing Chain replaced, I drove down to Ft Hood, had to put in 7 quarts of oil, same thing on the way back to Dallas. I took it to my regular mechanic who said whomever worked on your truck, needs to fix it right. There is oil leaking all over. Their mechanic put silicone to cover up their inability to put the gasket cover on properly. I told them to fix it right and the owner said to me he "was not sure" if that seal would hold. He did not bother telling me that after picking up my truck. When I called to inform the of the oil issue, the owner Wally, said they had problems putting it on and will have to glue it.. GLUE IT on. Who does that?!? I will never return my vehicles here and never recommend. They did not know what they were doing. I've had to take my car in to many places recently (it's very old.) Precision Auto is GREAT. His prices are about half of what you'll find at bigger chain places and he offers a shuttle service if you're within five miles of the store. And a BIG plus - the shop has a cat! :-) The cat's very friendly and you can pet him while you wait. :-) read more

My family was traveling back to Houston on our way from Oklahoma and our car broke down at a gas station in Palmer. I looked up auto repair shops on Yelp and Precision Auto Diagnostics came up and I'm so glad I decided to go with this place. The owner, Wally was very helpful by providing us phone numbers for tow trucks and even stayed at the shop and waited for our car to arrive. It was late in the afternoon so he couldn't work on it until first thing in the morning, but it was ready by noon. I highly recommend this place! Very honest and reasonable!! read more

Horrible business run by horrible people. They would rather take a situation to the furthest extent to profit as much as possible than admit they were wrong and fix the problem and keep a valued customer. My friend went here for a catalytic converter(800 dollars) and it ended up being the wrong part. Simple fix right? Wrong. Would not refund him the money or order the correct part, instead my buddy took them to court and they lied in court claiming it wasn't their part to begin with. DO NOT GO HERE! I signed up just to give this place a review because it's amazing. I am new to the area and needed a place to take my wife's Hyundai. After getting unrealistic quotes for brakes and other issues needed to be fixed from other places. I decided on Precision Auto Diagnostics. The owner was nice and service was quick. The final repair was $150.00 cheaper than what I expected. I now take all my cars to this place including my Buick Enclave and Nissan Cube. read more

Be very careful dealing with these people. While they may be able to repair a simple factory failure they are totally incapable of dealing with a custom application. They were given every opportunity to build a performance motor for my F150. This included complete financial support as well plenty of time to do the job. The motor originally had minor problems that could have been repaired for less than $1,500, but I had always want a performance vehicle and since the motor had to be pulled out to make the repairs, I took the opportunity to boost this engine's performance. I was lead to believe that Precision Auto had the skills required to do the job. Instead they just basically went to the parts catalog and ordered a bunch of good and expensive parts that other "experts" told them they needed. Sadly many of these parts were not designed to work together. The goal was not reached and although the truck did start when they finished it never ran correctly or displayed the performance that was promised. When I took the truck to a company that makes their living building performance motors I was told to get the performance I had told Precision Auto that wanted I would basically have to start over and add $10K to the $7K I had already spent at Precision Auto. When I informed the owner of my issues and what I had discovered my cost was going to be I was told "I'm sorry to hear you are have trouble with the truck" with no mention of any compensation for the cost I had already incurred. Don't let the owner's spiritual rhetoric fool you and as I have already stated Beware and Be Careful. I have never written a review for anything before, but I hope to save someone the expense and heartache I have endured with a project that was supposed to be fun and now is in question of whether or not I can afford to finish. read more
