I called around many places, all were too busy, Walton's said their alignment machine was tied up rest of the day, but to come by and they'd do a quick ride with me and help diagnose my issue. I really thought it was an alignment issue, but they said their best guess was a bad tire and referred me to discount tire, down the street. Sure enough, about a quarter of my front left tire's belt had heat separated. It was such a big section you could only see it when it was spinning. After getting everything situated with the other parties insurance I dropped off my car. The parts were ordered and the repairs done within 9 days. The shop is run by Eric and his wife Valerie. You'll be dealing with them only throughout the entire process. If they don't answer wait a few and give a call back. They have to step out from time to time. You can also send an email. After completing the work my car was washed, tires shined and inside vacuumed. Erik even buffed my headlight that wasn't damaged so it would look a little similar to the new one. The service was good but if I didn't have any automotive knowledge I would of payed for 2 extra hours of labor, To change couple oil gaskets. We got here at 8:00am and got out by 6:10pm I'm grateful for them helping me same day to get me back on the road, even if it did take 10 hours and I almost got overcharged.
