If you are having complex issues go to them. I've had multiple cars worked on by them through out many years and some of those cars could have sunk me financially. And yeah, I'm still having the same problem and I told them that when I brought it back and still didn't fix the problem.. then charge me 1600 for brakes and rotors one wheel bearing one tie rod, a lightbulb and two valve stands.... I was out of work for multiple days. I had to bring my car back., because they couldn't do their job properly the first time, and then charge me for the caliper that they couldn't do right. places is a joke if you want to get ripped off, go there! Very pleasant experiences with this business. I recently had…read morean exhaust system replaced on a commuter car I own, and have had wheel bearings replaced on a pleasure car which I own. Both experiences were very good. The exhaust system was for a Toyota Camry. The service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff at all levels. Very reasonable hourly rate, lower than most dealerships by far. The staff even dropped me off at home after I left the car with them and offered to pick me up when the work was completed, or even bring the car to me at home. Almost unheard of these days. The work was completed on time, and the cost was right in line with the estimate. I cannot think of a single negative aspect of this experience. The previous car with the wheel bearing replacement was a Mercedes CLK320 convertible. Despite the car being a little less familiar, the technicians had no problem finding the correct parts and materials to complete the work in a timely manner and correctly. I am having another vehicle looked at by them next week and I have great confidence they will be thorough, the work will be done correctly the first time and the cost will be reasonable. It's very nice to be able to build a relationship with a trusted locally owned repair and maintenance facility. I recommend this business with complete confidence.

We had a bad experience here. My daughter called me from college and told me that a man at this…read morebusiness verbally quoted her $1100 for an oil change and a 4 wheel disk brake job. This prompted me to drive 4.5 hours one way to see just 'what was what' at this shop... In their defense, one caliper did need to be replaced (as one wheel's brake was 'metal on metal'), the 4 rotors needed to be replaced (along with pads), and one stud/lug nut was cross-threaded. My daughter is a 20 year old who 'calls em like she sees em'. All I know for certain is that she didn't like this place. I told him 'not everyone in Clinton is rich' during a civil 'one on one' conversation outside. I asked him rhetorically, "With all due respect, $1100 for brakes??; What do you think the car is worth, $2000?" He replied, "Well, maybe a little more than that." He shrugged his shoulders and went back inside. It is a 12 year old very common sedan. I took the car elsewhere, on the outskirts of an east coast city... It turns out that the car also needed a new lower control arm (it had a cracked bushing), badly needed new spark plugs, and needed a new oil sender unit (which was leaking a lot). ALL of this additional work (plus all of the work quoted) was completed for $1000 elsewhere, (Parts and labor fully warranted, licensed mechanic, done within 24 hours) Do the math & good luck in selecting your repair shop.
