He looks out for his customers and makes them happy. My van had to be towed a month or two ago. Unfortunately the towing company (not Advanced Auto Repair) did an awful job towing and actually damaged my van. I came to Advanced Auto Repair to get it fixed. The van was making an awful noise that made it uncomfortable to drive. Even worse, I had plans to move across the country to Oregon for a new job in just two weeks. Troy made a spot available for me on short notice and he was able to fix my van in a short time frame. He went out of his way for me as a customer and it really showed. I recommend this place for anyone with car troubles. You will be treated well and the prices are fair. They will not try to take extra money from you.

My initial review:…read more Hello. I've had my previous two oil changes done at your shop. The last time, estimating May-unsure exactly, there was a leak following the oil change. I brought it back and a "new, bigger," plug was placed in order to stop the leak. It continued to drip intermittently. Yesterday, I took my van to the local Honda dealer here in Rapid City. When the techs went to remove the plug, the threads broke off. They were not able to get the plug back in, without leaking. I had to leave my car there, since it won't hold oil. Now I have to get a new oil pan installed, to the tune of $900. This is not okay. How will you remedy this? Thank you.
