So when I came to pick up, the ac service was not fully recharged or filled because they "were out of time." And I still had to pay over 200 dollars of labor.

I wouldn't have bought the car without his help. And he let us sign the papers in the waiting room, even printed out some copies of paperwork from the out of state dealer to help us. Jeremy and Jennifer went out of their way to take care of our daughter, after she broke down on I35, an hour and a half from OKC on a Saturday night. Jeremy talked us through what the potential problem might have been from the description given. They waited up until the tow truck dropped off the car, and our daughter, at 1 am, checking in as the night went on until she got there. Jeremy began work on Sunday and kept in touch with phone calls, pictures and thorough descriptions. He even called our daughter to keep he aware of the car's progress too. I was astounded when the car was ready for pick up on Wednesday and at a fair cost - no price gouging. Jeremy does excellent work and not only knows what he's doing, he really enjoys it. In that time they've rebuilt the transmission multiple times, rebuilt the transfer case, replaced the driveshaft, and replaced the valve body, yet never replaced a connector on the transmission that clearly does not match the new neutral safety switch they installed. I've paid well over $5000 almost $10k with parts they've told me to throw at it as well and been given more than five different completion timelines, every one of them missed. When I've pushed for answers I've been met with insults and threats instead of a straight answer about my own truck. I would not recommend this shop to anyone considering transmission or any automotive work at all.
