I had Doug at Precision come clean my carpets and tile when I was selling my house. The amount of dirt he got out was pretty amazing, as well as some stains that had been in there for a while. Carpet looked brand new! Tile looked great too. The price for the carpet cleaning was pretty competitive, but I thought the tile cleaning price was a little high, especially since we didn't have that much. Just the tile was almost more than the carpet cleaning itself. That would be my only con, but the house did look great and smelled fresh when he was done. I would hire them again. read more

The owner of Precision Carpet, Doug, really cares about customer satisfaction. If there are any issues, let Doug know, and Doug is very proactive in resolving the issue. It is also quite easy to schedule the appointment with this company. I've used their service twice, and both times I had my appt scheduled within 24 hours. They really helped me out with a pet accident on a light color carpet. I appreciated their effort and helpfulness, especially when I needed the clean up quickly the second time. Doug provides a quote over the phone, so for the most accurate quotation, give him as much details about the condition of the carpet and square footage as possible. Zach the carpet tech came out and gave me a fair estimate of my house, I agreed and then he proceeded to explain the carpet cleaning process and how he would clean my carpets. DOMENICK ALONGE (project manager) - Reviewed findings from Alfred, provided detailed indication of issues and resolution options with several quotes. Here's why our experience has been superior to previous companies: All three specialists were not only punctual, friendly, and courteous, but they took their time to evaluate our issues in CLEAR layman terms corroborated by photos, and showing us exactly where the problems were in person. We previously obtained a quote from a large corporate company and was left feeling dumbfounded and stressed as they described the nature of our problem in engineering, technical jargon that made absolutely no sense, including astronomical quotes without explanation of the work entailed. We continued experiencing intermittent issues with our AC and heater so we called Friends & Family based on their excellent reviews. This time around, with Friends & Family, we left feeling knowledgeable and reassured, with reasonable quotes including various discount eligibility. I normally clean all my carpets on my own, but have grown tired of doing this over the years. Searched online and found Precision on Yelp. They showed up on time, and were very courteous. We worked out a fair price and they were done in a reasonable amount of time.. I have to say that they did an awesome job on my carpets, much better than i could have done myself. I will continue to use them in the future as my back can no longer take cleaning the carpets in every room in my house. I would reccommend them read more

We have never used a professional cleaning service before so we chose by reading the Yelp customer reviews. We were not disappointed. Doug is an extremely customer orientated owner and this shows. We had two oriental rugs and the grout in our kitchen and utility rooms cleaned. All came up new.
