We dropped the car off Sunday night, left the key in a secure lock box. No fuss no muss. The lady called before 8.30 the next day to tell us what needed doing and the price. It was so reasonable. Have them the okay to proceed with the work and it was all finished by 10.30! So efficient were they that we missed their call and didn't actually pick the car up until the next day!
