Problem: Bedroom outlets all not working. Interaction: I have above average knowledge in electrical issues and circuit trouble shooting. I called the company number and spoke with an electrician (I was so excited by the outcome, I forgot his name). I explained to him my problem and everything I did to troubleshoot the issue. I'm not a professional, but even so, the electrician on the phone pointed me to the solution after I explained my troubleshooting methods. He spoke in technical terms which I could understand and followed his advice. Boom. My specific situation was resolved, at no cost by the way! Result: I was given free advice over-the-phone and I was not scammed or cheated money. The electrician could have easily charged me full rates for a quick fix. I was very impressed that he was willing to respond so quickly. When he arrived, it seemed that my job was not just a bad GFI plug, as I had thought. Dan did an excellent job tracing the entire circuit and located the problem that was shorting out inside the wall behind a cabinet. We recently moved to a home in Temecula and bought ceiling fans for two bedrooms. A neighbor recommended Dan, owner of Precision Electrical Services. One of the fans needed wiring into the attic. The temperature was expected to reacdh over 100 degrees that day, so Dan scheduled our project first thing in the morning. He couldn't have been more capable or more of a perfectionist. He used his own parts to balance each fan, so there is no noise whatsoever when they are running. His work was so excellent, that there was no need to touch up paint on the ceilings! While here, we asked Dan about a different project - a valuable nightstand lamp that I had dropped when moving, damaging a part. One of the two lights in the lamp did not work. He said he could fix it and would order the replacement part it needed, which he did and brought it back in a few days. We can't say enough good about Dan and his abilities! read more
