I loved that from the start because I've gotten so many "quotes" from other contractors written on the back of a business card, or had to beg them to come and give me a quote. I was also pleasantly surprised by his reasonable rates, and friendly demeanor. I called him back a month later when I was ready to start and he came out the same day, completing the work he had originally quoted, as well as some other misc. items that I needed done; he switched out canned lighting in my kitchen, fixed my doorbell (for free - so nice!), added an outlet in my garage and installed a ceiling fan box in my loft. I was so happy with his professional, timely, reasonable service that I plan to have him do some more work for me in the near future, which will include a whole house fan and wiring for a spa. Called Daniel because i needed a 220v outlet for my electric dryer. He explained everything that was going to happen, made sure i was ok with the placement of the outlet and where the conduit was going to run along the outside of my house. He's hard working. Dan modified his schedule for the following day on a Saturday so that he could attend to my electrical problem. He arrived on time. I was concerned that underground work would be required. He quickly determined the cause of the problem and was able to fix it without performing underground work or other extensive measures. He spent about 2 hours on the project. Not only was he smart about the issue, it was a pleasure to interact with him. At the end, I was expecting a large bill. That was not the case. The bill was very reasonable. Just like a dentist, an electrician is not a profession that you want to see again. We had outlets and light switches that weren't working on a particular part of the house. The previous electricians couldn't figure out the issue. Daniel and his assistant called me within the hour and came to my resident within 10 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue by asking questions- do you use a space heater? Yes my daughter does and he found out one of the outlets was fried which also tripped up the other power outlets to the other section of the house. While he was working on that his assistant fixed another separate issue under the kitchen sink. Even after I had already paid Daniel which his price was very reasonable, asked if there were other issues? I remember the porch light was also not working. I called recently because my dryer wouldn't work. We didn't know if it was electrical or the dryer. Dan called within 2 hours. He walked my son through the steps over the phone to determine if it was electrical or not. When we knew it was electrical he came on out.
