Hands down the best gymnastics gym out there! My daughter 6years old came from a gym (team) that wasn't the best mentally for her. We moved to this gym and her Confidence and love for the sport has come back. The coaches and owners are about the kids safety and mental health! Regarding the safety on returning back to the gym after they where able to open- Hands down the #1 place out there that is doing everything by the book and beyond! They are cleaning and sanitizing everything all the time, they are making sure kids are keeping distance and that the kids are using sanitizer through practice, temp checks for everyone coming into the gym. I feel my child is safer there then at a grocery store, stores or really anywhere other then home. I'm so happy that we found them and the way they handled and are handling business is amazing! I called 6 weeks ago and the information I received was strait forward. Submit your financial information in order to have the child placed on the wait list. At the time, we were advised it would be a few short weeks (not months). Fast forward to a follow up call I made today, now we are #20 on the list. If we would have been told the wait list was already at 20, we would not have provided our financial information. Overall, we are dissatisfied with the process and the results, due to the lack of transparency and misinformation. read more

They are the most rudest and inflexible establishment I've ever come across. I feel like they forget that they deal with children and things happen. ability to make up a class is ridiculous. plus when you do request a makeup class you get an attitude from the staff. Charges for classes are are too high. Not all children take classes for competitive reasons. their rules seem to be antiquated with minimal flexibility. I used to love this place until now!!! The front receptionist are seriously useless! My card is on file and payment was ALWAYS automatically being taken out EVERY MONTH!! I have called to add my daughter on another waitlist BUT I still WANTED HER IN HER ORIGINAL CLASS UNTIL THERE WAS AVAILABILITY for the one I was waitlisted on!!! I have called 2/28/2022 to tell them she won't me going to class but can do a makeup for the next day! Well they dropped her from her class because the girl have removed her completely due to her being on a waitlist!!!! They wouldn't allow my mother in law to go in to her makeup class until she was there going back and forth with them!!! I even called and was informed she would be added on again to her original class and she still has not! I even requested a manager call back and I am yet to receive one!!!! We've been bringing our toddler for 16 months to Precision. We started him at 15 months in the twinkling stars class with Coach D. She has since left but he absolutely loves coach Gabby and has practically grown up coming here. He's 2 and a half now and we bring him twice a week. The classes do have long waitlists but they are well worth it and the price is so affordable! Love this gym and everyone in it! We can't wait until our new baby is walking and we can have him join as well! read more

Very happy with this gym and their services! My daughter is happy and has so much fun attending her classes here! The coaches are very attentive and show their passion in helping the girls improve their skills. I love how clean the gym is, customer service has been A+. You are acknowledged and greeted walking in and I love how the coaches also acknowledge you on the way out and compliment the kids on the great job they did. I attended a gym prior and was not happy but I am impressed with precision gymnastics. They keep the place very clean and are consistently sanitizing their gym equipment after use. I love the fact that they have a small snack bar for members, I like the fact that they have bulletin boards for additional information. As any other parent looking to put their child in an after school activity, I searched for gymnastics classes on yelp and came across precision. Unfortunately due to living far from family and friends, finding good quality word of mouth referrals is difficult and I'm hoping this review finds anyone looking for a 100% honest review that can prevent them from this nightmare of a place. Started off a good experience- with their offer of a free trial class. Due to their late classes being full I took a mid day class and it was a good experience. One on one attention and patience, and made my child feel special with a new experience. With time I was finally off the waitlist and got a slot in the 630 class. Over time I noticed the teachers becoming more and more aggravated, irritated and short tempered with the children. These classes are so overfilled that these poor coaches are in over their heads with less help as time went by. They split up the large group between two coaches- in odd numbers mind you so when they pair up the children for different activities one is always left out, forgotten and discouraged- which in the end is a complete waste of time and money when one class a week goes sour. Their "billing cycles" are another confusing aspect of this facility. When we started it was every month you pay at the beginning of the month- then it changed to every 2 months- and if you even think of getting your kid to class on time to warm up- think again. They will hand your kid a note to hand to you immediately- disrupt warm up, to have you run to the front desk to pay or set up a promise to pay. I always took it upon myself to avoid that type of embarrassment or interruption, and paid a visit to alert the front desk of my payment plan every month prior to class. The reason I'm writing this review is to share the experience I had that ultimately convinced me to withdrawal my daughter from class. It was becoming increasingly harder to get to class on time after rushing there after work and traffic, and the quality of the class kept declining with time. It was causing more stress in our lives, and honestly was no longer FUN which is the only reason we joined- to make it fun, and they have completely lost interest in doing so. One Monday, my daughter got her 4 year old shots and a fever- and being the same day of her class I called the front office to let them know we wouldn't be attending. Next week we came in to class, and I explained to the girl at front desk that with my work schedule there would be no way for us to make up the missed class. I asked if they could possibly prorate us for the following month, and the girls response was that I need to bring in a doctors note explaining why my child couldn't attend. I explained #1. My own job doesn't request a doctors note for a call off. #2. I pay you, you don't pay me- so providing you with a note is out of the question. #3. HIPPA laws y'all. #4. Empathy- everyone at this facility needs a course on this topic and it clearly shows. I then proceeded to giggle and set up payment commitment for the following week, which would have then been the beginning of the month, and the girl assisting me turns around and asks a co-worker is that's something she can do for me to allow me to take my child to class that day- mind you this is 4/29 and they owe me a class, and the co-worker states "oh, she ALWAYS does this..." I'm sorry, we always do what PAY ON TIME?! This completely turned me off, and I started contemplating withdrawing her that minute. But wanting to sit on it and have a family discussion about the topic, we attended class only to be disappointed. Class was overfilled, teachers in a terrible mood, and my daughter was completely discouraged and wanted to leave early. Took the week to think, and that following Monday my mind was made up that we weren't going back, so I called to cancel.They explained the balance due, and that they could work with me to make up the missed class. I explained my experience, decision to cancel and that they owed me a class so technically I didn't owe them a dime but their explanation of their "policy" is that you have to cancel 24/hours in advance (which was a Sunday which they are closed). I explained I wouldn't be paying for services not rendered and they told me I would be receiving a call from the manager. Once the manager and I made contact, her response was "AFTER REVIEWING THE TAPES, WHICH ALSO HAVE SOUND, IT WAS A NEW EMPLOYEE THAT ASSISTED YOU AND SHE WAS JUST GETTING GUIDANCE FROM HER CO-WORKER". She completely missed the mark on trying to make things right. Clearly that mindset trickles all the way down to the entire staff, zero compassion, empathy, or plain and simple customer service. I told her I wouldn't be paying for services not rendered, now I'm receiving past due and final notices for $34.50 with threats of sending me to collections.You will be receiving a letter soon from me. read more

oh my gosh, i love precision, i've been going since i was 2 and it was probably one of the best choices i've ever made. The staff and coaches there treat me and my family like family. I've had coach Alyssa and coach Reagan da bom too, they are both so funny and really great coaches. I haven't been going lately because my mom isn't sure if I should go during quarantine but I will convince her to take me back because I love it there and I've been training at home as much as I can without doing anything without someone to spot me and all that stuff. Been wanting to enroll my child into gymnastics. I decided to check out precision for a trial class since I checked out a different facility and was disappointed. As soon as I arrived, I was a little early so one of the coaches at the front told me to come find her 5 minutes before class started. I was walked into the classroom for the toddlers and it was unbelievably clean. There coaches are amazing and really patient. I decided to enroll my child the following week. I only wish that there wasn't a waitlist for evening and Saturday so I can have my child do 2 classes a week. Attended a birthday party at Precision Gymnastics. I was expecting some basic tumbling and jumping. But this place puts on a great party. The front room gives the kids a chance to try out their basic gymnastic skills, which is fun. But there is a 2nd back room that gives the kids a taste of what it's like to be an American Ninja Warrior. Super cool. On top of all of this. The birthday team even enticed my grumpy 1 yr old daughter to let go and jump into the pit of foam cubes. They clearly know how to deal with kids of all ages. Plus there was pizza and cupcakes afterwards. So much fun. If we lived closer, I would totally sign up. I highly recommend this birthday party venue. read more

I would give a higher rating for coaches and classes, but the customer service can be apprehensible at times. I was a victim of account fraud (my bank account was hacked and I had to get new accounts, bank card, login, and username). I called to notify the gym after I noticed that the autopay did not go through, they were not even the slightest bit sympathetic to the situation and told me I should've notified them before. Before the person hacked into my account like I knew that would happen. I'm pretty sure I can't tell the future to predict when someone will hack into my online bank account to notify gymnastics. You could at least have some sympathy for the situation and offer to check with management if there are exceptions for fraud. If my daughter didn't love her coach I'd cancel the service asap. This isn't the first instance of difficulty, but the one that pushed me far enough to write this post. read more

I'm so sorry to say what a terrible experience I had with them today. Vela was the coach who was supposed to give the class to my daughter and with only one other student in her class at this time, she rejected to take my daughter in the class until she was done with the warm up to check her tablet. she absolutely discriminated my daughter, because when another parent came with their child, she stopped the class to receive that child without reservations. I have a three year old daughter, who loves gymnastics, she ran to class because she's so excited and when she leaves, she's even happier. because of this experience, she refused to take the class. I asked her why and she said the lady was "mean." a three year old knows when she's welcome. She knows when somebody wants to be around her. She refused to take the class because she was unwelcome unlike other children who were welcome with a big smile. the receptionist said they will check the cameras and they will take care of it on their end; behind the desk. If you absolutely need to take your child here, speak up and advocate for your child if you see this discriminatory behavior do the staff get better train and be better professionals. read more

I signed up my daughter who was 1 year 4 months at the time of sign up. First 2 weeks were great the coaches were really patient. 3rd week I missed because they dont allow siblings and I didnt have a sitter (during the 1st 2 weeks I saw other siblings there not just 1. To be fair if they were spoken to I was not privy to those conversations) week 4 I left there feeling unsure. My little one doesn't follow directions shes only 1.4yrs old I felt like maybe they were slightly perturbed. I cant say that it was for a fact because she didnt follow the instructuons but I left feeling unsettled the following class I forced her to do the "warm up" and she just cried the whole time it wasnt fun for me or her. Today I called in because I had a last minute issue and didnt have a babysitter for my 7 year old, I explained to the lady I had to bring my son today bc I didnt have a sitter I asked about putting in the class paying for the day. Since there was an age cutoff He couldn't join the class. So I ended up asking to put him in a different day so now I would have both children in gymnastics. When I arrived the coach asked if I had anyone in the car to watch my son, I said no but I called to let them know I didnt have a choice today. And it was a one off, after her displeasure she let me in. Then a man come to speak with me. The first thing he said was who did you speak with that said it was ok for you to bring your son..... I explained I called and just let them know... i wasnt given permission. I explained i have seen several kids here before and this was a one off. I wouldn't bring him again. He proceeded to explain why the other child was there. I explained to him again this was a one off it wouldn't happen again. He had to finish as to why another kid was there at that time. What he didnt know was I wasnt actually referring to this kid, I had seen several kids previously. It didnt really matter he was going to make sure I knew it was frowned upon. Needless to say it wasnt a good session for us, I felt like I couldn't allow my 1.4 yr old to do anything other that what the rules were... she cried most of the session. As soon as I got to my car I just cried. I'm still crying. I am a mom who has a husband working from home trying to keep it together. Isolated with young kids who are forced to be quiet all day. I'm trying to give them some sort of routine. We're all doing the best we can in these circumstances. It was as if he was trying to browbeat me. In these uncertain times you would think businesses would be more understanding since they need the money to keep open. Theres no need to treat me like a child you're scolding. read more

AMAZING little gym. My daughter started in the parent and me class and is now in the older class doing it on her own. She was a "Covid baby" and had a hard time breaking out of her shell around other kids and adults. The patience and skills these coaches have is unmatched. in the 3 years my daughter has been in classes she has flourished. She particular loves Coach Candace & Coach Avery. They keep the kids focused and moving all while having fun. These classes are well structured with their rotations and they keep the classes small. I believe the maximum to a class is 6 kids which is perfect. The customer service from the front desk has always been pleasant from day 1. We are always greeted by smiling faces and they always make it a point to say goodbye to us on our way out. I've emailed them a few times when my daughter was sick and they respond so quick. The manager even responded to me on a weekend when I emailed regarding my upcoming payment. We received a card sent to our house last year when they heard of a loss in our family....the sweetest gesture! They go above and beyond. This place is more than a gym, they treat you like family. This is a great gym! My 7 year old has been enrolled in Elementary Tumbling classes twice a week. She started out a total beginner- couldn't even do a proper front roll- today she's preparing to master her back walkovers to move up to the advanced class. Coach D is amazing in all ways. His classes are fun, lively and engaging, and his students absolutely adore him. On Friday evenings Coach Maddie teaches half the class and she's just fantastic; always patient and so helpful. The gym is quite large with many different rooms and apparatuses. From what I've seen so far, it's quite clean and well ventilated. It's definitely a busy gym. There's always classes ongoing and little bodies and parents shuffling about, but it's also quite orderly and organized without commotion or chaos. read more

I get RACISTS vibes from the owners! Guess I should've known that when I saw a Blue Lives Matter flag posted on their entrance doors. Rating them a undeserved 1 star simply because I cannot rate them a 0. JILL (one of the owners) is unbelievably rude, a snob and unprofessional. She questioned my 3 year old about a missed payment as if a 3 year old child can explain why a payment wasn't received. They're payment dates always change and instead of addressing me, an adult, the child's parent she made a rude insensitive comment towards my Child asking my Child "What's up? What's going on?" in front of everyone and my Child was just as confused as I was. So JILL goes on to say "Guess your Mom has to answer for you" Um, DUH she's 3! I then asked JILL did she need to speak to me about something and then she decides to tell me that the monthly payment wasn't received and my Child has been dropped from the gymnastics class. Instead of JILL politely greeting me and my Child and asking to speak to me privately to address the payment not being received this is the way she chose to handle it. VERY rude, bold and unprofessional. My Daughter cried in the car the whole way to the bank to get the payment. We were very offended. And even after that, I still took my Daughter back that same evening and paid the balance so that she could continue on with her session as she deserved to but I promise that was my LAST time spending my hard earned money with these people and that was the LAST session my Child will ever attend at Precision Gym. And can you believe when I called to file a complaint with Renee (the office manager) Renee says "knowing JILL she was probably just joking" Seriously? Questioning Children about adult matters is a joke to you? I can't even take this place serious. My Daughter and I both felt unwelcome and uncomfortable after that experience with JILL. I much rather enroll my Child in a gym who's owner and staff is much more welcoming, kind and professional and treats their guests and students equally and with respect. read more

Highly recommend!!! We love Precision! They call themselves a family and it truly does feel that way. My daughter was in the hospital for an illness and they sent a beautiful get well card for her. The coaches are professional and safety focused and make a huge effort to learn all of the kids' names. Open Gym on Wednesdays and Thursdays is so fun and well worth the $5 fee (where else can you get a full on gymnastics/exercise session for 5 bucks??). The facility is well maintained and the lessons incorporate fun as well as form and technique. They also have tons of extra activities for the kids: Camp, Kid's Night Out, Lunch Club, etc. read more

I love this place and I always bring my daughter every summer. She started coming here when she turned 1. Although, she was young we wanted her to interact with other kids and help her to follow instructions. She got better she loves doing forwards rolls, jumping in the pit, and going on the trampoline. My daughter has so much energy and we were also hoping coming here would calm her down, but no she always just wanted to run. The teachers for her class coach kailey and her team mate are so great, they pay attention to each kid, they teach them in a style to make it fun, and most of all they build a good relation with the kids. Precision Gymnastics is not the gym I thought they were. I attend their open gym for toddlers and I was just informed that I am not allowed to carry my baby in my ergo while watching or monitoring my preschooler. They informed me that it is a liability if something happens to my baby, but what is the difference if I carry my baby? I asked to sign a waiver like the rest of the students, however, they told me I couldn't. Now I cannot bring my daughter because I won't be able to carry my baby and help her at the same time. I would give a zero star if I could especially for not allowing nursing moms to nurse in this establishment. And to top it off when friends of a local mom who was told she was disgusting for nursing without a cover commented to the owner about this the owner then lied about the situation. This establishment is not professional and does not seem to support moms period! read more

Precision gymnastics is the best place for a competitive gymnast to start and continue their gymnastics training. My daughter has been at precision now for 3 years. We found this gym after she quickly outgrew the local gyms in our area. We needed a more competitive program, as she was developing very quickly. After being referred to Precision by a prior Level 10 scholarship recipient, doing all our research and evaluating and 3 other gyms, we decided to make Precision our home. We drive to Precision now 4 times a week and 120 miles each day. It's well worth the commitment. My daughter started in the kinder stars program. She quickly moved to advanced kinder, then aerials. After 6 months she was placed on the Level 2 team. She is currently training Level 4. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much her technique had improved and how much focus was given on making sure each skill was correct before moving on to harder skills. My daughter adores her gym family and we adore all the coaches and staff. My daughter has done extremely well at precision in competition. The coaches are very positive, honest, and focus all of their attention on each and every girl. All the girls have improved and learned so much. You can see their growth and improvement on a regular basis. She has a lot of fun at the gym! They have Zumba fun with coach Jill and team slumber parties and events as well! Her technique and her skill level continues to progress and the training she has received here is something she will be able to utilize all of her life. At 7 years old, she is focused, dedicated and has learned some very important lessons in life by continuing with this gym. I cannot say enough good things about Precision gymnastics and our experience here. read more

So far so good! My daughter has been attending for about 2 months now and we love it. The coaches are patient and fun. The class sizes are decent. When it is a big group they split the class up so everyone gets a turn to do the exercises. It can be a bit hard to find on your first trip out, especially at night. So give yourself extra time to find it or take a trip during the day so you know exactly where you are going. read more

Today was my first time here at open gym for pre-schoolers. My review is simply based on the "coach" Maddy that was there today 9/19 @12. Has she ever worked with kids before? She was abrupt and quite rude to some of them specifically my son. He has never been here before so he was excited and did not know the routine of open gym. She even tried to put him in a time out for not waiting in line (he's 2.5.. good luck getting any toddler to stand and wait). She barely smiled and showed barely any kindness to the kids. She had no patience and barely interacted. I most likely won't return, based on this alone. There are many other places to take kids where there are teachers or instructors who enjoy kids. My youngest daughter has been enrolled here since she was 18 months.. and she is almost 2 1/2 now.. They offer parent and toddler classes which my daughter and I enjoy doing together. (which is why she was enrolled at this gym) I love how they offer classes everyday & open early, they give you 6-8 weeks to make up any missed classes!!! The place gives her structure and the coaches are great. The staff is very professional and well presented. The coaches are very pleasant with the children & make the little ones feel comfortable. The facility has new rock wall/pitt for the toddlers, newer equipment, it is well lit inside, and it's a large facility, but most importantly the facility is clean.. I had my children enrolled in two different locations but I am transferring my older one to this facility now that a spot opened up for the day we need.. I can't wait for her to start here! I meant to write the last week, but I was a little busy admiring my new purchases. So last week I dropped my kids off at Precision for their Kids Night Out. Usually, my husband and I use the opportunity to enjoy a meal and adult conversation without having to take a child to the bathroom. This past week, the hubs was on a camping trip and I dropped my kids off for 4 blissful hours of SHOPPING! While the kids were being fed and worn out, I was dancing through aisles of clothing like a reenactment of the Sound of Music. I actually got to try on clothes and make multiple trips to the fitting room without hearing a whinny voice cry "can we leave yet?" "I have to go to the bathroom" or "don't you already have a black top?" I don't know all they do during their time at Kids Night Out, but I always pick up two happy kids who promptly pass out when I get home while I raise my glass to the amazing couches at Precision. We're never coming back! My daughter attended this facility when she was a toddler and she was take out after coach Evan left because she did not feel comfortable with any other coach. She chose to go back after COVID and she was dropped out of her class and put into waitlist due to non payment because there was no card in file after I said I could pay cash (she had woken up early and gotten ready for her class which she was very excited about). I re enrolled her and left the form for automatic payment and she was once again waitlisted because "there was nothing they could do". She was dropped this morning again for the same reason! She wakes up early for the long ride to the academy and they just kicked her out. The staff called me and said that the only option is to move her classes or waitlist her again. I think this is BS and she has also noticed that other girls that "look like her" have been dropped to add other girls. As soon as she got in the car after she was unable to take the class she mentioned "they know me, but they always do this to me. Do they not like me? And I was about to level up too!" This is so sad and disgusting. I do need an explanation, and if the calls are being recorded please go through them because when I was called that my daughter was going to be able to start the 9a.m. class I'm sure their staff said that the payment was going to be charged to the card. My daughter started at 16 months old and although she is easily distracted she has gradually come along. Through repetition she walks the balance beam with confidence and enjoys hanging on the bars. She has learned how to climb the ladder although she hasn't quite mastered it yet. Coach Rose is our coach and she has the patience required to deal with toddlers. She is very nice and the kids really enjoy her great personality. My daughters favorite activities are the trampoline and the foam trampoline pit. Regardless of what you get out of this program, it is 45 minutes of parent/child time. Yes, you will have to participate and you will get a little tired if you don't work out. Besides Coach Rose, the other coaches and the front Staff are all very friendly. I highly recommend! read more

My wife convinced me to start taking our 2 year old daughter to gymnastic classes. I'm glad she did. My daughter LOVES it! She loves it so much she was thrilled when I told her we would be having her birthday party there. We've had birthday celebrations at other places and it was fine but the staff here goes above and beyond! I already knew the staff was super friendly but they definitely go above and beyond when it comes to a birthday celebration. The staff was very attentive and all the kids were well taken care of. Coaches (Jade, Alysa, Kendra, Kelle, and Rose) thank you very much for making my daughters 3rd birthday celebration a success! We love the coaches this has nothing to do with them. They are amazing! However, the front office is missing professionalism, empathy and compassion towards their patrons. On several occasions we have experienced less than cordial attention from the front office personnel. Yes, they are busy - yes, Precision has a lot of people enrolled - nevertheless that truly is no excuse to be curt to the persons helping them retain their positions. After seeing other reviews that have given less than 5 stars and their complaints, the responses from management were snide instead of understanding. It would appear Precision staff is fine to lose business as well as lose out on some long standing customers. For such a prominent business to have terrible front office business manners is misguided. We always wondered why the ladies were so cold, yet after reading their owners responses to the negative reviews it makes sense. We only hope that this review will shed some light and help bring compassion to Precisions first faces you meet when joining and continuing to stay on their team. read more

My grand daughter first started attending and came in to a class that was almost over. What I love is how the instructors will help her and make her feel good about trying. I would highly recommend this place as the instructors are kind and so helpful!!! read more
