I CANNOT speak more highly of this location in particular! This is where you want to be! The staff is like no other and the owners are absolutely INCREDIBLE! Before becoming a mom myself, I worked closely with children for over a decade and spent time at a couple different My Gym locations throughout the years. I can say without a doubt that Rancho could be one of the best in the country. The owners (DenMari and Steve) are so hands on and you can tell this place is their pride and joy. They put so much effort into making this gym top notch. It's always immaculate and CLEAN head to toe and the equipment is also very nice and well taken care of. I've personally been taking my kids here for the last few years and never want to leave. It's such a welcoming environment and they make you feel like family. They always know every single child's name and there are TONS of children coming in and out daily.. they change up the equipment set up each week so it always feels new and exciting to the kids, they have awesome playlists that they make each week that even the parents love. You can really tell that there is a lot of love put into this location. Highly highly recommend. Extremely disappointed and upset! I hardly leave a bad review but since we are talking about my child I need to leave this here. I been taking my toddler for the past 2 months and I started to noticed this girl called (Manager'' DEN MARIE) she would never greed me or my baby but as soon as someone else's child came in after me she would greed them with a big smile even compliment them about their shoes or w e but not mine, plus I felt she wouldn't include my child whenever they had to do activities in groups, my baby is very serious and is hard to make him laugh. but come on the other girls were always amazing to my child & me, it was just her so yea I took it very personal because as a teacher of toddlers you need to make everyone feel included and special regardless! Not professional at All! As a mom I don't know how this women gets any type of good feedback at all!! plus she is very arrogant.! I had to drop out my toddler out of that class because of her. anyway now I'm taking my child to another place and let me tell you! way different environment and me and my baby love it, teachers are all nice and kind and they make sure we all feel included!! Love all the teachers & owner at this place! Took my kids here when they were younger. I didn't want to pull out my younger son who's still 4 but he started going to preschool and I had to go back to work in office. Otherwise I would have kept him in! Not sure why there would be any bad reviews on here, they've always been so kind and playful w/ the kids, ensuring they feel comfortable enough to join during playtime. Full of energy and the vibe is fun right when you walk through the door. Hosted a couple of birthdays here as well and they were really good hosts! Attended a party at this location and absolutely loved it! It's a huge location compared to the one we normally attend. It was clean and smelled nice. Ms. Rae was our party host and she was amazing. Can't say enough good things about My Gym and Mr Steve and Mrs DenMarie, they get to know their members and make every class a memorable one. My baby boy does not have concept of the days of the week yet exactly but he knows when it's going to be time to go to "the monkey" as he calls it, he will say the night before "mami, tomorrow monkey okay" and I know itsbecause of the people who make the class so fun and special every time. My daughter (3) has been attending My Gym for a few months now and she absolutely loves her class. Mr. Steve and Ms. DenMarie are wonderful and knowledgeable. It's a tough job to keep the attention of a bunch of 2-3 year olds, but they manage to keep the class moving while also keeping the attention of the kids. My daughters coordination and balance has shown major improvement already, but more than anything, she asks to go every day. We have also attended makeup classes with two other women instructors (I forgot their names ) and they did a great job as well. My recommendation would be to try their free class out first so your child can see how the class is ran and to observe the structure before throwing them in there. It took a few classes for my little one to get super comfortable, but now I can't go a day without her asking to go. Highly recommend! read more

I did take the original review down because the company reached out to me various times and I felt obligated and annoyed that they kept texting and calling after the experience I had . However I can't shake off . I will just leave the 1 star and state we did not have a good experience here. The workers need to be more aware of their facial expressions and non verbal communication when interacting with parents and small children. This happened months ago but It's not right for me to to not share my review. An apology from the company does not make it better and I hope I am not contacted/harassed again after this post. We have had such a wonderful experience here with our 2.5 year old son! We just love Ms. Sierra and Ms. Shaunie! They are amazing and energetic and patient with all the kids, and they really make us feel welcome and included each week. Our son has A LOT of energy and still struggles with sitting and listening during circle time, but everyone is so patient and helpful, we never have felt like his teachers were irritated with us. I absolutely love MyGym in Rancho. My sister in law suggested MyGym or Gymboree (read my review on Gymboree) for my son's 1st birthday party. I live in MoVal so the closest MyGym is in Redlands. Unfortunately, my visit to Redlands center was not impressive. That place looked dark and dirty so the next closest center is this place, Rancho Cucamonga. I spoke to Rob prior to visiting their center and I was right away impressed by our phone conversation. He sounded sincere and is very willing to work with my preferences. He informed me that this is OUR party and it should be how we want it. Nice! When I arrived to MyGym the next day, I was impressed again. The place was colorful, bright and clean. The play area looked safe and secure. Rob was not there but Samantha helped me signed up for my son's bday party. She was also well informed of my preferences. Rob apparently took notes and communicated with his staff - another PLUS! As I was discussing the party with Sam, I noticed a young man thoroughly cleaning equipments and apparently, he was preparing for OPEN Gym/Free play session. I had my son with me so I asked if we can join the session. I wanted to see if my son would like their equipments. Without hesistation, the staffs okayed for us to join. I offered to pay but they told me I can pay next time. Nice! My son's 1st birthday party was a blast! This center accommodated 25 active children and more than 25 adults easily! The party was very well organized. We had three wonderful teachers, Damon, Michelle and Alex. For 3 hours, they were all smiles, entertaining the children and was constantly communicating with me. I don't know how they did it but my son and all his guest (ages 10month old - 9 years old) ALL had an awesome time together. They had a lot of unique activities for all ages. No child was left out. The zipline and airplane ride was my son's favorite and the most popular. They decorated the place per our wishes and per our theme. We had lots of food and giveaways. We also had face painting. Friends and family were all impressed! Kids left the party excited and happy, albeit exhausted. Unfortunately, there are currently no classes for my son age group that fit my off work schedule. I love this place and I took my 14 month old in for a Waddlers class free trial. It was a great experience and I was prepared to sign up. Unfortunately after class when I was getting mine and my daughter's shoes back on, an older child waiting for the next class pinched my daughter and made her cry. I picked my daughter up to comfort her and sit her on my lap to get her shoes on. One of the employees continued to try and give me the marketing spiel while this same older girl kept coming up to my daughter pinching her. Finally she had my daughter in tears again and I finally had to push her hand away and stop her as she was digging her finger in my daughter's stomach (I had to unhook her finger myself). This was the only time that the employee stopped with the marketing spiel. Didn't check if my daughter was ok or ask if the other parent could please get her child. I was very upset, almost in tears as this bigger child was purposely trying to hurt my daughter. The employee was too concerned with trying to get me sign up and it was very disappointing that this was more important than my daughter. I really had high hopes but this really soured me moving to sign my daughter up. read more

This place is awesome for kids!! I bring my son hear about once a week, and he never complains about it. Every week he looks forward to his cardio sessions. There are different times designated for different age groups, so make sure and check the listings for your particular child before signing up. They have classes for babies as early as 6 WEEKS, up to as old as 10 years old. My son is in the "Cardio Kids" (7-10 year olds) and their classes usually consist of a little stretching in the beginning, fun exercising activities, then a couple of fast paced games at the end of class. They have monkey bars, rock climbing, zip lining, ball bounce, slides, basketball and a whole lot of other things the kids can play with. They don't all happen at once, but they rotate activities weekly. Call and make an appointment for a free class session! read more

I have been taking my son, Alessandro, to MyGym (Rancho Cucamonga) since he was 7 weeks old and he is now 19 months old. I love that the classes are tailored for each specific age. My son loves the swings, turtle time, and the wonderful puppet shows. They also do holiday parties, which my son loved the Halloween party and the Winter holiday party, as well. The staff are all super friendly. Ms. Amanda, Ms Jae, Ms. Rae, Ms. Shawnee, Ms. Marie, and Mr. Steve have all helped to nurture my son into the healthy and athletic little boy he is becoming. All the staff are always in a good mood and show the upmost care with all of the children. I especially love having such an affordable place to take my son. We took my son to the one in Rancho Cucamonga and he loved it. It had lots of equipment to play on and was very interactive and engaging. The only thing I didn't like about it was the class was WAY too structured for toddlers to sit through. My son was 16 months when we took him and he just wanted to explore and play and we had to keep forcing him to do the guided activities in the class which was somewhat stressful. I would love to take to him to free play times but the membership was too pricey. Wish it was cheaper we would totally become members just for the free play. read more

I love, love, love this place. I was taking my kids to Gymboree but felt that they were not as simulating for my kids. When I took my older child (2yo at the time), it helped him get out of his shell but after that, I felt like he outgrew Gymboree. We stopped for a long time, took my younger one (16mos) to Gymboree... It had gotten worse. Not simulating at all for my second one. For a fifty min class, I felt like they had 15 mins of instructor time. Then I decided to try MyGym; both kids enjoy it so much more than Gymboree (5yo and 22mos now). They incorporate life lessons into physical fitness exercises so that the kids are engaged mentally and physically. There are always two instructors for each class so that they ensure each child is participating. They bring so much energy to each class. You will not regret enrolling your kids. I cannot stress how good they are with kids. read more

I waited a while to give My Gym a review. Only because I wanted my review to be accurate. My son has been attending My Gym since the beginning of June. He's loved this place since day one. Which is why after the trial class we decided to enroll him. He is in the Terrific Tots class. The owner and staff are amazing. My son is always so happy to see all of them and the staff is always just as excited to see each and every child. My Gym is not just about being active, it gives children the opportunity to socialize, they work on fine motor, and gross motors skills. I have noticed that my son has gotten better with following directions and his coordination. There is so much to experience here at My Gym. I don't ever want to not be a part of this place. A few other programs they offer are Zumba, Karate class, Cardio class, a junior karate class, Parents night out, camps, and amazing birthday parties. There may be more, but that is all I can think of for now. Update: Today we celebrated my son's 3rd birthday here. I must say, it was perfect. The girls on staff today handled everything so well and stayed on top of it all. I had more big kids that wanted to participate with the little ones, and the staff did not have a problem with it. They made it fun for all of them and the teenagers had a blast. I was able to enjoy myself and visit with other Mom's while the My Gym girls took care of serving pizza, cupcakes, and drinks. If you don't mind paying basically $80 a month then I would recommend it. I however do not even want to pay $20 a month for my gym membership. read more

My niece just turned the Big "01" and had her birthday party at this place. They have lots of equipment for small children to bounce around on, and enthusiastic staff to get them to shout, dance, and run around in a somewhat organized manner. I was more of a spectator at this event, and enjoyed watching the kids go semi-wild. For me, the best part was when staff started a free for all game of the kids throwing balls at each other, and i got to pelt a couple of the kids with balls that flew into the spectator area. :-) Good times! No worries, the balls are soft. Staff also herds the kids over to the eating area, administers hand sanitizer, serves the food, and cleans up. Then within a couple of hours, it's all over and everyone goes home happy, tired, and no mess for the hosting family to clean up! read more

Absolutely love this place. I have two kids, ages 4 and 2 and they started at My Gym when they each turned 6 months old. It has been the best experience for our kids. Each class is age appropriate and all of the kids learn to interact with children their age, share and they learn to take turns.My Gym has prepared my daughter for Kindergarten and has given her the skills to be a team player. Our daughter and son thrive in sports and I credit My Gym. My Gym Rancho Cucamonga teachers are the best, they truly enjoy what they do and care for each child. Even if you are not a member, you can have a birthday party here. Our daughter had her birthday party here and our son will have his in September there. The birthday parties are so much fun! All of the kids enjoyed it and had a blast. The parents are really nice. My Gym Rancho also has Parent Night Outs where the parents can go catch a movie, go to dinner and leave the kids at My Gym for a few hours. The kids love it since the Parent Night Outs are themed. :) I highly recommend My Gym Rancho and can't say enough great things about them! read more

I'm REALLY REALLY disappointed in this place and how they handle payments. My Gym itself is a genius idea and a great place for toddlers and my daughter loved every second she was there! HOWEVER I really can't stand how they charge you. First you have to pay a "one time membership fee" that is somewhat redic of a price. And what exactly do you get? Just free play during the week.. No thanks! I would either prefer to pay per class and maybe open to pay per month if it wasn't so pricey. I was told I have to link my credit card on file and I can't pay per class. To the franchise this is SUCH A JOKE! this is a child's gym not LA fitness. Even if they still wanted to charge 20-25$ per class that would be great for people like me who can attend a class when it fits in our budget and not be locked into a monthly contract. What about people who can't make every class each week? Now I have to call and re schedule? This place just isn't user friendly to me. A child's gym should be a fun place and somewhat hassle free in my opinion, it sounds like they are his money hungry. really sad because myself and my daughter really enjoyed the class :( read more

No, I don't have children due to destructive chemical exposure to my ovaries. Instead, I ended up here to get directions. But while I was waiting for one of the employees to print them off the computer in the back, I had an excellent opportunity to watch a young 20-ish woman and a 30-something man work with four children of various ages with what looked like a large, wide, low-slung skateboard. What impressed me immensely was how she incorporated all four of various abilities to enjoy this game that worked on balance and coordination without any of them feeling left out, less skilled, or pegged as a failure. I am an ardent crusader against bullies and bullying, and early indoctrination in the concept that bullying is bad is very important. Also, working as a team with participants of varying skill levels is another important concept that we as parents and adults need to encourage and support. (Not everyone rates 5 stars in any activity, nor should we humiliate those who don't meet those standards.) I was so impressed by this fitness center's aim in not only making physical activity fun, but working with critical skills and coordination matters in a fun and uplifting way. We need more of these folks. Parents - take note of this! We are the first contact for behavior development, and most of the time, we fail to realize that we are reinforcing the wrong behaviors, attitudes, and philosophies for our children. And yes, I did get excellent directions to where I needed to go, including a wonderful Google step-by-step printout. If this body would had allowed me to have kids, I wouldn't hesitate to travel the 24 miles round-trip twice a week to your location! I would think my children would just love their time there! Today was Elijah's first visit here! Elijah had visited the Redlands location BUT I much prefer this location. I LOVEEEE how attentive and friendly the staff was and especially Steve, the owner, was with my three year old! Elijah also love Mandy (girl with dreads lol)! She was extremely friendly and so up to beat with all the kids!! I would not ever put a price on my child's fitness and well-being. So despite any fees or the cost, the membership price does not bother me or will it affect my decision on bringing my son! So we decided to sign Elijah up!! He loved every bit of the class and didn't want to leave at all. They also keep the place super clean for the kids which is another plus. I have to say, I am glad I decided to come try this place out for our daughter. (Waddlers class) My husband and I are full time working parents, so during the week it's hard for us to take our daughter to activities after work sometimes. So we decided to look into classes that have activities within her age group and that works with our working schedules. Well thank goodness for YELP, cause we finally found a place to take our daughter to and she loves it. I tried the free guess pass for the day just to check it out, cause at first I wasn't sure what this place was going to be about. Well, everything was great and my daughter sure loved it. The staff are super friendly with the children and interact with the children very well. They have so much energy, which I love cause it gets the little ones going. I love how the parents also participate with their children through it all and are not just on the side waiting for the class to be over with. Just seeing our daughter having a blast, was a great feeling and to know that we can take her once we are off work or on our days off, made it even better. So now we are members, and it is worth signing up for. Took my almost-1-year-old son here for a birthday party and I really enjoyed exposing him to such a fun environment! It can hold plenty of kids (and grownups) without feeling cramped. The staff was super involved, organized and grabbed the kids' attention well for activities (which were endless and varied and awesome!) It felt relatively clean. You're allowed to bring your own food which is stored in a separate room - it's highly suggested (and common sense) to provide finger food that's easy to eat because there isn't much room to lay a lot out (pizza, veggie sticks, juice boxes, bottled water, napkins, are best). Only downside is that there's just 1 bathroom for everyone, but it's nicely stocked with baby supplies. I was kinda sad that the party was over after 2 hours, but definitely looking forward to planning my son's birthday at a closer location in a few years! read more

My son has been coming to MyGym since he was 10 months old. He was crawling and standing up when we first began classes. He had (still has) so much energy and this was perfect for him. I love MyGym and their wonderful staff! I've been with him to classes with Mr. Steve, Ms. DenMari and Ms. Rai. I love that every week they change up the layout. Somethings always remain consistent, and the children get to play, explore and interact with each other. They also hold parties around the current holiday. We went to cookies with Santa this past weekend and all the kids had so much fun! The time slots are set for specific age ranges. You can sign up for your first class free. This is a great place for your kids! They have a wonderful program for kids of all ages that teaches them fitness while having fun. My boy loves to sing and run around all the apparatuses they have. We have also had his birthday party there. It is an easy, no hassle way to celebrate. They served fruit juice, pizza, and cake. Best yet, I didn't have to clean anything up! I have been taking my 3 kids to this My Gym for the last 6 years. The entire staff is always so full of energy and excited to greet each child upon arrival. Each class is a new adventure with a new gym set up and new ways to make the kids think, grow and imagine. My oldest is now 7 and she still begs to go to open gym and parents night out.
