We've had a wonderful experience with this school. The level of care, attention, and education provided truly stands out. The teachers are warm, patient, and genuinely invested in the children's well-being. The transition in the beginning was emotional, but the staff handled it with so much compassion and reassurance, especially during drop-offs, which made a huge difference for our family. It's clear the children are cared for with intention and kindness. We also really value the communication and updates throughout the day, which bring a lot of comfort as parents. Today I brought my baby to this daycare center to have a look. We arrived fifteen minutes earlier. There was no one at the front desk. We waited outside the door. After a while, a woman came. I thought she would receive us. She fiddled with the computer, with a cold face. When she saw us, she turned and left. I think this is a very unfriendly daycare center. The attitude is not friendly. Tutor Time Alta Loma is the best! When we first moved to Rancho, we toured several daycares before we landed on Tutor Time for our oldest. As soon as I met Ms. Mona and Ms. Jessica, I was impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and down-to-earth friendly nature. We've been at Tutor Time now for over 3 years from the toddler room all the way to the preschool classes and enrolled our 2nd baby at 3 months and she's now moved to the toddler room. The teachers are all great. Most teachers have been there for several years and turnover rate is very low. I feel very safe leaving our toddler there and everyone has the children's best interest in mind which was always my focus when landing on daycare. They do have cameras that you can check throughout the day as well as an app with updates and photos. If you're looking for childcare from babies on up, definitely reach out for more information. They have part time and drop in as well for things like school closures, spring and winter break coverage for older kids. This is an honest and long review. I'll start by saying this is the most greatest daycare I have ever used for my 2 children. From their educational curriculum , to the cleanliness, to the teachers and directors my two girls are growing here ! I feel so supported as a parent and they never fail to communicate anything to me through the app or through a phone call. I have had 2 other childcare centers. The first one was for my oldest and my things would go missing. I had a "PINK" brand backpack that I never got back, and so many clothing items that went missing. The other center my baby was in when she was on the waitlist for tutor time constantly called me to pick her up sometimes for legit reasons like if she vomited but others I felt they were trying to meet their ratio and felt comfortable calling ME. So let's just say I used a lot of PTO. This other center also had the audacity to call me exactly at a time I mentioned of picking her up. Like if I said " I'll be here around 3pm" I would get a text or call at 3pm jokingly asking me where I was at. I'm not kidding lol Tutor time has never questioned me , called me, even tried to ask personal questions. They are so respectful and are there to do their job. The teachers are the sweetest and they make my morning knowing my kids are in good hands. I'm often greeted and they share randomly little things about my kids. They really do make me feel as if I'm a great mom. I'm thankful for being able to go to work and school with a peace of mind. You have access to cameras where you can see their kids and get updated with pictures and videos on the app of their daily activities. Thank you is an understatement. read more

Sadly our experience was not a positive one. Monas demeanor was of one being bothered. Of the bat she was not friendly and welcoming. Her facial expressions were withdrawn and annoyed. All the questions were answered in a way where it felt like the question was stupid, making it hard to feel like she wanted our service. Really unfortunate that this goes on because being a first time parent you do not know what to expect and asking the questions to make sure your child will be safe is important. The rest of the staff were smiley and seemed engaged with the children. This experience with Mona just drew us away from this location. Hope she could get retraining on customer service and work on her demeanor. Maybe not a representation of this business but being our first time inquiring information just really made this a bad experience. read more

I am a full time, "working mom." My first childcare experience was with a nanny and was a total nightmare. I was referred to Tutor Time by a friend and literally broke into tears during the tour because I felt I had possibly found a place where I could know my infant was cared for and safe. My infant is now a toddler and the staff at Tutor Time have exceeded my hopes. Each day when I have to drive off to work, I know my daughter is happy, learning, and safe. The teachers feel like family me. I love them because they love my daughter. The peace of mind I receive from Tutor Time is priceless. My son attended tutor time from when he was 4 months old. We did not stay long because we now have to move to Italy for my husband's job. If we weren't moving, we'd stay as long as we could! We love Tutor Time! Mona and Jessica run a tight ship without being uptight. I am a very friendly, out-going person and I just love how they'll take time (when possible) to chit chat and to shoot the breeze. The Infant Room teachers are AMAZING. They all love the children and do what is best for each child. My son always had a good time when at Tutor Time and we are so happy that he got to interact with other infants and non-family adults. We also appreciated the app Tutor Time uses to communicate with us. I knew when my son napped, when he ate, and when his diaper was changed. We always got photos and videos of our little guy doing art projects or playing with others. We are only gone for 3 years and we are hoping we will be able to return to Tutor Time so our son can continue having a great time learning and having fun there! read more

My two year old has been with me me nobody else up until the day I went back to work. It took her about 2 weeks to transition, and she loves it! I love this place! It's a bit more expensive than other places but I have so much peace of mind throughout the day with app updates. Ms. Rachel with the two year old class is amazing, so kind hearted and good with them. She updates the app with every detail and the cutest pictures. My daughter started coming here at 5 months and while I was nervous to leave, I knew she was in great hands. My little man started Tutor Time at 3 months as I went back to work. He really enjoyed being in the infant room with his teachers and I saw that he was happy and comfortable. That was my biggest worry going back to work that he wouldn't be taken care of and he has been taken care of very well. Our little one has been coming here since she was around 9 months old. We've gotten to experience the Infants, Toddlers and Twos classes. It's hard to drop off your own kid but it has been reassuring to know she's at a place where everyone feels like family - and she gets to socialize with children her age and learn from all the teachers, while getting updates on how she's doing through the Brightwheel app. The place is well-maintained, food are healthy options, & overall a safe and transparent environment. She has learned so much at a young age (songs, alphabet, numbers, people skills) with the help of all the teachers here AND we can tell/have seen how loved she feels by all the teachers she's had. Thank you so much Tutor Time family! It breaks our heart that we are leaving. If we weren't moving, we would love for her to continue coming here!! read more

I am so happy with our experience we've had at Tutor Time. Our daughter has been attending this Tutor Time since she was 5 months old and has gone through all the different classes through the years. Now she is in her final year with her Pre K 2 class and her teacher Ms. Elisa is just the most loving and amazing teacher. I won't lie each time she had to move to the next class it was an adjustment with having a new teacher. Which involved lots of crying and not wanting me to leave. So of course her first day in Ms. Elisa's class was no different when I dropped her off. But to my surprise when I picked her up and I asked her how her day was she said mommy Ms. Elisa is so nice and I love her, she gave us a little present. She loves going everyday to class and is excited to learn. She can't wait to do her homework when we get home. I can already see such an improvement in our daughters writing and drawing. I know with Ms. Elisa's teaching, our daughter will be ready for kindergarten next year!! I appreciate all the teachers that my kids have had here. I have one child in the 2s and another in the infant room and they are well cared for with caring, compassionate, and patient teachers. Tutor Time to the rescue! I recently changed jobs and my new work schedule won't allow me to pick up my child, who's in elementary school, on early dismissal days. Needless to say we were in a rough spot and I was almost in the position of having to turn down my new job. After contacting the school about their after school program, which was full, I contacted Tutor Time and made an appointment to tour their location. After getting a tour and discussing our situation with Mona, she came up with an idea and plan that would help our family and get us through this dilemma. Ms. Belem has been amazing with my son. He is currently in PreK and she makes sure she spends time with him and his learning skills. My daughter has a little difficulty with learning and the time she assist is amazing. She makes sure my daughter is loved and happy within the classroom and among other students. My son went to this location for about a month before I decided to withdraw him. I made this decision for a few reasons: First he was bit and nobody told me. I understand kids will be kids but when there is no incident report and my son has a red and inflamed bite mark with broken skin it is very concerning. He could have been sitting there in pain for hours and nobody knew. I didn't discover it until his bath time that night. Second, I arrived to the school one day and when I got into my sons classroom he expressed discomfort coming from his diaper. His teacher Ms. Amy then advised me that he had a few "runny poops". I put my son on the changing table and when I opened his diaper I discovered left over poop from his last bowel movement- he had not been cleaned correctly. Not even close. He was covered in dried poop. Disgusting. Careless. LAZY!!!! Third, they practically starve the children! By the time I pick up my son he is grouchy because he is hungry. Fourth, when I signed my son up for this school I made it very clear that my son does NOT drink cows milk. I had to remind them numerous times and up to the very last day he was there they were giving him cows milk. 0/10 stars would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Extremely overpriced for poor child care. If I could give ZERO stars I would! The only advantage is the brightwheel app that they use, where they update diaper changes, meals etc. the only problem is they promise 2-3 photos a day yet some days I would receive no photos. And they do not reply to messages through the app. It could be a wonderful tool if they actually utilized it. read more

I absolutely love this school! My two granddaughters, age 3 1/2 and age 2 both attend the school. The two year old class is FANTASTIC! My granddaughter loves Miss Rachel! I can't believe how much more she is talking and now is identifying colors, shapes, etc. I also love the continuous updates I receive throughout the day! The whole staff is just great, it always takes me at least 15 minutes to leave because the girls are never in a hurry to go home! read more

I couldn't have more piece of mind then at Tutor Time. My Children are safe, happy, and love all the teachers here. My son started Tutor Time when he was 10 months old. Now he is 12. My daughter started Tutor Time at 3 and is now 9. Although now that they are SA children it is nice for me to have care for them in the summer time. They have an awesome summer program for the children. I especially love the brightwheel app where I am able to see my children activity daily. The Pictures of my children they send also make my day much brighter. Couldn't have my children at a better place. Administration and Staff are amazing. read more

I have a 10 month old son who started here at this tutor time about a a month and a half ago. He has been doing phenomenally and his teachers are such amazingly sweet ladies. I was nervous at first to leave him at a facility, but they do such a wonderful job of making sure I know that he is okay which is such an ease on my mind and heart. My son has learned a lot through being at this facility, he's sharing, he's clapping, socially interactive, and all around such a happy camper. My daughter has been going to tutor time for almost a year now and her vocabulary has expanded tremendously, her attention to detail and ability to follow instructions have gotten better and better! The staff is very friendly, Ms. Belem in the Pre-k class is so sweet and nurturing, always teaching in creative and fun ways and my daughter has learned a lot with after transitioning from the preschool class. The director has always been receptive to our concerns and has acted quickly on what we've asked of her. I commute from Rialto to Rancho only to bring my daughter to this school and don't regret it one bit. Knowing my daughter is well taken care of has helped me transition from keeping my daughter with me while working from home to being apart all day. And they have an app now that updates parents on the kid's activities, meals and naps, etc real time! Definitely recommend this school. read more

When my husband and I moved our family to the Rancho Cucamonga area, we checked out several schools from Mira Loma/Corona to Alta Loma/Fontana and we found we only liked this Tutor Time location. Our daughter was 2.5 years old when she started there and we hated leaving her previous school. However, after a few weeks at this location, we were happy to have found it. Our daughter never had transitional issues thanks to her teacher at the time, Krista. The staff here is incredibly helpful and accommodating. In one instance, our daughter fell while running and fractured her arm. During the few days she was off, she received a get well card from her class, her teacher (Donna) and the director (Mona). When she returned, the entire staff kept a close eye on her comfort and movements to make sure she was careful of her arm. It ended up healing a week earlier than expected. A few days ago, a sweater of hers went missing and everyone was on the lookout for it. Teachers like Brenda and Kimberly took it upon themselves to look with us because they care. I e-mailed a picture to Mona the following morning and within three hours, it was found. I never heard of anything like that. It was just a sweater. I'm not taking anything away from the experiences other parents may have had at this location, but I have never found any issue like that. My daughter's teacher now, Jessica, couldn't be more informative and great. She always provides detailed information about what our daughter is working on and how she is growing. She was just as excited as we were when our daughter wrote her name for the very first time. She even fixes the girls' hairstyles into fun braids and pigtails when they ask her to. You can see the girls really enjoy it because it gives them something to share and talk about. The environment is clean and my daughter has not been sick very much at all. In comparison to my friends' children, she's not sick nearly as often as I hear about from other schools. All in all, I would express to parents that the school experience for your child is what you and they make it. For us, we couldn't have asked for a better place than this Tutor Time. read more

My first born was a premie and very underweight. I returned to work in the medical field when she was 8 months because she was atleast 8 lbs at that time but it still made me very nervous to leave her to a stranger. I began researching different daycares and found great word of mouth references from my colleagues who were taking their kids to this Tutor Time and had had great experiences with their children. I felt comfortable from the get go to see that the teachers were so nurturing and caring to my daughter who had no real problem transitioning into their care. She grew, thrived, and learned to socialize. In addition, they work with each kid when they appear to be interested and ready to potty train which was a great help for me and my husband. Our son went to Tutor Time at a much earlier time at about 3 months and had no problem adjusting to the new environment. Both have met all their developmental milestones earlier than normal and I attribute this to the great teachers and their genuine desire to stimulate and encourage them to thrive. To name few Ms. Dorothy, Ms Chastity, Ms. Donna, Ms Jeanne, Ms. Jessica and Ms. Eliza have made an incredible contribution to my children and to my well being. My children love the daycare and it always takes me a while to leave the location when I pick them up because they're always trying to show me a project they did or that they are working on, or want to sit and read a book before they leave. My daughter now goes to formal schooling and I'm sad to say has to go to the school's daycare due to my job. She is 4 years old and complains that they watch too much tv, which is a rare occurrence at Tutor Time. She tolerates her new daycare but I know it does not compare to Tutor Time, which is ironic since it is associated to the school. Every time she goes with me to pick up her brother she can't wait to give her old teachers and hug and play with some of her old friends. In addition to the great environment and teachers, the Director Mona and Assistant Director Margie, have always been very considerate, helpful and professional in dealing with us and some of our changes in schedules. They have accommodated our every need and are very easy to approach. All in all, I'm hoping that I can keep my kids in this day care as long as possible as the teachers and staff have encircled my children in a great educational and positive environment. After an ugly separation and forced back in to the work force in over 10 years, Tutor time was my dedicated choice for my two young girls, aged 3 and 5. The transition for my girls and I was extremely difficult and Ms. Mona was always understanding to my situation and helpful to meet my childcare needs. I interviewed several different daycare providers and I'm so glad I choose this location. Ms. Mona, Ms. Jessica and their staff are hands down amazing!!! They are all so caring, nurturing and attentive to each child's individual needs. Thus was particularly important to me, considering both my girls have food allergies and a mild health condition (asthma). Communication was golden, they always kept me informed and showed true concern for the well-being of my children. Not only we're they great childcare providers but I consider them my "Friends". The facility was always clean, neat and warm welcomed. The staff is friendly and has a personal touch of professionalism. If I still lived in the area my girls would still attend Tutor Time today. My girls absolutely loved their teachers and learned so much during the 2yrs they we're there. I highly recommend this facility and staff, and guarantee you and your family would love, appreciate and respect the work they all do on an regular day basis.
