I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but the amazing service given to us makes me want to leave a review on several sites. After an accident in July of 2020, our insurance company referred us to Precision Hail and Collision in Lewisville. They were great and the car was repaired and that was that. I always parked my vehicle in the garage, however when my husband got his new vehicle mine was put out into the driveway. With all the rain in May and June we found out there was a leak somewhere in my car. Full circle to June 2021 , we reached out to Precision telling them our situation. They were great and asked us to bring it in where they would check it out free if charge. Not only did they test it and repair it (the windshield company hadn't sealed the bottom correctly they believe), but they took all the water and mold that had accumulated out and washed it so well. Embarrassingly enough, I didn't have time to put gas in it before I dropped it off and they even put gas in it! We are beyond appreciative of the service both times from Precision Hail and Collision and would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much! read more

I was going to sell my car to a nice young man the morning after the hail storm. My car was totaled, but the insurance company offered me another settlement if I just wanted to keep the car and sell it. The young man still wanted the car (Nissan 350Z) but wanted me to meet him to see how much it would cost to repair and I would adjust the price, but not lose money on what the insurance company would pay me. I agreed and told my insurance company I would decide by Monday. This idiot at Precision was horribly, terribly rude, even though a young man and his mom set up an appointment. These people came all the way from Garland. Precision kept wanting to see my insurance estimate and I told them it had nothing to do with me, and the young man was paying cash for the repair. The guy at Precision then abruptly said $7000. He did not even put it in the bay under the lights. He looked at the car for 2 minutes. read more

K & W has repaired both my car ('02 Focus) and my daughter's car ('94 Civic) several times over the past seven years. I have NO complaints about them and HIGHLY recommend them. Not only are they honest, informative and provide quality work, but they were really good to break down what was necessary and what was recommended. They also went to bat for me with the insurance carrier in order to ensure that my car was fixed RIGHT (without after market parts) instead of the more "cost effective" way for the insurance company. When I take my car for anything, I prefer to take it to people who have integrity and do quality work. I have not experienced any negative issues with either car and neither has anyone I have sent their way. read more
