After using this place for my son for the last 2 years (my son's father has been going for 8+ years) we will NEVER be going back! Typically they do an okay job on both my son and his dad, never great, but their hair grows fast and it's usually quick and semi reasonably priced - we know what we are getting going there. On many occatiins if have watch them turn away customers at 4:15 pm and the sign on the door says 5 pm. My son's father took himself and our son to get their haircut yesterday. It was quick and easy, until I saw my son's haircut - he typically has it in a short mohawk - the whole thing was off center drastically and it stopped about half way down the back of his head. Not at the neckline and not at the top/back part of his head (it basically needed to have two inches taken off the top). So I decided to take him back in to get the problem fixed, and that's when I recieved the WORST customer experience in my life by one worker Amy S******. My son started having a tantrum as we were walking in the door (he's 6 and the size of most 9 year olds). As his mother, I started trying to correctly for my child handle the situation per my parenting style, apparently Amy didn't like my parenting style (loving, firm and consistent)so she decided to come try to parent my child over me, not backing off when I asked her to three different times), trying to bribe him by offering him suckers (which I had just thrown away and told him he could have another because I wasn't rewarding bad behavior), further adding to his bad behavior by giving him positive attention for throwing his tantrum, and telling him it was okay and she saw mommy was abusing him and and would call the police if he was scared. When I asked her to mind her own business and that I was trying to get my son out of there and we would go somewhere else, she starts to demand I leave, threatens to call the police on me to tell him I'm being abusive to my child, because I lightly swatted him on the butt for attempting to hit me and bite my pregnant belly (I am currently 8 months pregnant and am on lifting restrictions per my Dr and cannot currently life my 70+ lb child). As she demanding that we leave (i try to tell her I am unable to carry my son out because of my lifting restrictions and that I could drag him out and she was accusing me further of being abusive for suggesting this) because we have been nothing but trouble since we walked in (I was attempting to call my sons father who wasn't far away at another business in the shopping center to come help me as soon as my son started acting up and for about 5 minutes, he was unable to hear his phone when I called several times - as soon as he saw I called, he came to see what was going on). When my son's father walks in, the first thing he notices is Amy screaming at me how I'm a bad parent and abusive for disciplining my child and her child is ausitic too and she would never discipline her the way I was my son - I mention that our children are obviously much different as my son knew what he was doing and she was giving him the attention he was looking for adding to the problem putting me in a really bad position for how to handle the situation with my child. She told me her child's diagnosis and he child's sounds much lower functioning than my son and it seems her parenting style is to coddle, where mine is to teach my child accountability and consequence for his actions. During all of this I'm asking for the managers or owners phone number as I would like a refund for such a bad job and bad customer service. Amy tells me they don't give refunds or fix mistakes for free, that I could call back on Monday to speak to the manager Ann, but don't expect much because I was an abusive crazy person and to never come back. I asked her to show me where they post in their buisness that they don't refund or fix bad cut jobs and she said they didn't have anything posted it was just their rule. I will be calling Ann on Monday and see how she handles the situation, I'm leaving this review and will be contacting the BBB if I don't at least get a refund and an appology. read more

Today I went to Precision Cuts for my first haircut since the COVID 19 quarantine. I called two days ago to make sure they were open and made an appointment. My regular stylist is not in until late July or August, but I was willing to go to someone else. The person who who made the appointment was nice and took my name and phone number. But when I arrived today they told me that no one there could cut my style! The manager said she had two girls out and none of the others could cut my hair. ( I wear a bob cut stacked in the back). I was shocked and not happy. She put the blame on me saying I didn't tell them what style I wanted. They never asked me for that information in that phone conversation! I asked why they couldn't have called me to see what style I wanted if that was important information, or if short handed they should have called and cancelled the appointment. I travelled about 12 miles to the appointment. Needless to say, I was treated badly and will not return. No compensation iffered, and very little understanding except a couple of "sorrys". I liked this shop and have been a patron for over 2 years. read more

My son arrived at 4:30 needing a hair cut. The store hours are until 5:00pm. 4 stylists were standing there doing nothing but they wouldn't do a hair cut that usually takes 10-15 minutes! If they want to close at 4:30 then they need to change their hours! They have lost our entire family's business, it's ridiculous! read more

I would not recommend this place! My husband took my son in to get his hair cut (shaved) there were two girls working, not a customer in the place and they turned him away saying that they do not take any customers after 4:30. It was 4:33 when they walked in and a little boys haircut probably would take 10 minutes. Your hours say you close at 5:00pm and if you stop taking customers at a certain time that should also be listed. We will not be back. read more

This has nothing to do with the hair cuts or the workers. This is to do with the owners!! The hours of operation. Sign on door says closes at 5 P.M. I went there at 4:35. Was told we take our last hair cut at 4:30. Sorry! SORRY!! I left work early to get a hair cut. If you really close at 4:30 change your times on the door. It wont cost much. read more

I've been getting my hair cut there every month for about 10 years. I always leave with a cut that makes me look better than I really am. A clean, professional and pleasant atmosphere. Ann does a great job running the place. In all that time there's only been one scheduling mishap and it was my mistake. I've been getting my haircut here for nearly a decade and have never had a bad experience. This place offers a basic haircut for $13 (as of 07/11/16). Some of the stylists are better than others. If you find a stylist you like, you can make an appointment, but I just walk in and get a cut with whoever is available. They all do a decent job. It's almost always faster to go in the morning as they tend to get busier in the afternoon, and there can occasionally be a bit of a wait for walk-ins. Also they are very strict about closing at 5pm. Sometimes they start turning walk-ins away early, if there are lots of people already on the wait list. Just don't be one of those self-entitled people who shows up at the last minute expecting them to stay late and you'll be fine. Like I said, try going early if you can. My wife has been going here with me for the last few years and has been happy with her experience also. read more

My only other option was to come back to their store and let another stylist "TRY TO FIX HIS HAIR" Wow!! I would not recommend to anyone. read more

Very disappointed. Take a look at the reviews on Facebook. After the way they have treated customers they will never get my business or any of my family's for that matter. If you close at 5 you take customers until 5. You don't turn away customers at 4:35 because it's close to closing time. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Alice in Wonderland said they told her a manager would call back and no call back after a HORRIBLE cut on her child....on Facebook they told the guy there was no manager and rudely walked him to the door when he had been a loyal customer and had referred a lot of business to them. I have been a regular at Precision Hair for two years now. Jill cuts my hair and does an amazing job. I don't have to tell her anything... We can get right to the chatting. I will admit that I have had a bad haircut there, but that was before Jill and the person who did it is gone now. I feel confident recommending them. But make an appointment. read more
