On top of that chaos, causing us lost time, money and effort for days, he put in the inspection report that our property needed landscaping! I've bought and sold several properties, never seeing that finding- particularly when we do have landscaping already. I guess our plant types and placement weren't to this inspector's liking!? At least as sellers we didn't have to pay for his inspection. I'd never hire this inspector.

The inspector told us there was absolutely no insulation in the attic of the house. Two other people were in the attic after and said that there is insulation in the attic. after working around the outside of the house, I have found multiple spots where wood destroying organisms have been hard at work.
