We used the service back in March for a major leakage . Jeremy came immediately the day I contacted him ! He tried to squeeze his lunch time and come to our house because he was in the area. Bullseye responded to my emergency pool leak repair sooner than the other guy that I called. The technician made me think that he can detect and repair the leak. He made me sign the agreement for the leak detection, However, all he was going to do was leak detection. He charged me quite a lot for less than 30 min work, and told me the leak was at the location that I told him in the beginning, Afterward he made all the excuses not to do any repair. I repeated begging the technician to schedule a repair. He finally agreed to schedule some time 5 days later. My pool water level was at sinking 6" a day, and he wanted me to wait for 5 more days. Fortunately, scuba pool repair came an hour later to the rescue, He stopped the leak right away. I had the water utility out doing an audit, just to see if I qualified for any rebates, could save water etc. I was surprised I had an outside leak approximating 200 gallons per day. Needless to say I was somewhat panicked and somehow found Bullseye while doing internet research. I had not even heard of leak detection before. Jeremy answered my call (no machine, a huge plus when you are looking for instant help) and was able to come to my home within a couple of hours. My review is long overdue. I called Jeremy to come to come due to a pool leak. I have a big 33,000 gallons in ground gunite pool. My leak was really difficult to locate so Jeremy spent hours to search for the leaks. He dived under the pool and pretty much searched all angles to find that there were leaks in my skimmers. After I fixed the leak by a different contractor, Jeremy came back to inspect the work to see if the leak has been properly fixed; he didn't charge extra for this service. For the reasonable price, Jeremy spent a lot of time to ensure that he resolve my leak issue. I was so satisfied with Jeremy that he referred him to my neighbor who had a leak in his irrigation system. My neighbor also became a satisfied customer. First the good: Jeremy went around the entire pool with his listening device and located the leak in my swimming pool. The entire process was 30 minutes or less. Unlike another leak detection company that I used before, Jeremy was able to find the leak without injecting air into the system. Jeremy sent another employee (Antonio?) to actually repair the leak. He quickly opened up the concrete and confirmed to me that the suspected leak location was indeed correct. The fix took about a days work. It was done nicely and the leak seems to be repaired. Now the bad: Jeremy is not very responsive. I had a hard time scheduling my repair. I understand people are busy, but phone calls, texts, and emails should be returned. An appointment for repair work should be made possible even if it is a week or two from today. I shouldn't have to keep checking back to see if someone is available to work on my problem. Overall, the work is good. If you just want leak detection service, I highly recommend Jeremy and Bullseye Leak Detection. If you need them to fix the leak too, you may have to be patient and may have to be persistent. read more

We had some large sprinkler leaks in our yard. Jeremy sent Jose out to take a look. We had also been considering a drip system so we asked Jose if he could install drip in addition to fixing the leaks. Jose installed the drip and fixed 2 of the 3 leaks. A new leak was created and one of the original leaks got worse. Jose recognized one of the leaks and fixed but it started leaking again 2 days later and was creating a safety hazard on our easement. 2 sprinklers he capped off were also leaking. When I called Jeremy to check-in about other questions he never called back, and I figured if Jose couldn't fix the leaks the first time it wouldn't be better the second time. Instead I called Dick's Sprinkler Service. Gerardo was able to come out quickly and said he would not leave the property without fixing the leaks. One of the leaks was very bad due to damage from Jose's work. Gerardo took his time and made sure the job was done well. His daughter also showed me how to add teflon tape to close off the capped off sprinklers. A simple fix that Jose skipped. I thought Jose was a nice guy and seemed knowledge but his irrigation work was poor. Many of our shrubs are dying now since he he installed the drip system. I appreciate the care from Dick's Sprinkler service and wish things had been done correctly by Bullseye. read more

We also had a skimmer leak. Jeremy came up from San Jose to Fremont to detect the leak. We had him and his workers repair the leak within just a day or two. The job involved going thru our flagstone deck, removing the old and broken skimmer/pipe, put in a modern skimmer and re-install the flagstone. Let me start with the bottom line, which most of you are interested in anyway. The long details follow. Jeremy of Bullseye Leak Detection did a great job for me. he was prompt, honest, professional, competent and instilled confidence. That's exactly what I look for when I need to hire someone to correct a problem. Bottom line: 1 - Did he do a good job = YES 2 - Would I hire him again? = YES 3 - Would I recommend him to friends? = YES the details: I had a water leak somewhere between the meter and my house. I live on a hillside which complicates finding a water pipe leak much more difficult. Not knowing where to start, I started digging around where i thought the leak was originating based on wetness and water patterns until I thought I found the leak location. I had several plumbers give an estimate based on where I suspected the leak was. One plumber gave a quick estimate, another immediately suggested I replace the whole line and one gave an estimate but strongly suggested I hire a leak detection service to verify the location. He recommended Jeremy at Bullseye Leak Detection. As it turned out, it was a good suggestion. Jeremy found the leak in a completely different location and it probably saved me a lot of time, frustration and money. .... more details (long and boring) .... I called Jeremy late Wed evening and he called me back promptly. Some digging confirmed the leak location. I think Jeremy went far beyond his initial and primary responsibilities. it was a hot day and the hillside was pretty messy with mud. Jeremy helped me dig till we finally located the leak. Jeremy also helped me fill in the many trenches we dug earlier. I would have paid more than double or triple his fee if I would have repaired my initial leak location. After the plumber returned and examined the location, he was confident Jeremy had located the leak. The plumber repaired the pipe and turned the water back on. It's now been a week and there are no more signs of any water leaking anywhere on the hillside. For what it's worth, I've read many reviews before selecting a contractor. I especially focus on the 1 star reviews. Many times, it seems that the 1 star reviews are the result of miscommunication and missed expectations of unrealisitic costs and time frames. read more
