I will relay the message and someone will call you back by the end of the day....so I wait and I wait. No call. Next business day I call again. inform the office I never received a call back once again the answering service..Im so sorry I will reach out to them they will call you by the end of the day. Sound familiar? Well this goes on for the next 3 days....I finally decide to drive there not to far from me even though I am in a lot of pain and mobility is difficult. I arrive at the office where I am greeted by a young hispanic women. I explain. She has no explanation as to why I did not receive a call back calling over 5 times. She asks for my insurance information and looks at my insurance card and says...we dont take Aetna medicare. So now I'm really angry....evidently she thinks something is amusing and giggles like something is humorous. My advice look elsewhere obviously no one here gives a crap about your pain not only that they dont even have the courtesy of returning phone calls.

I started going here because my original doctor retired. I was told Dr Goswami would take over my…read moretreatment plan. I saw him a few times. Each time he insisted that I consider having a procedure done. I've had several injections and therapy in the past and it doesn't help with my chronic pain among other spinal issues. I take a very small dose of pain medication and have been for many years now. I guess once he realized that I was not interested in having a procedure done, he told me to find another doctor. He said he was not a pill mill. The last time I went to see him, he was very rude and angry as to why I was there. He told me this was the last time he would be filling my prescription. Which was unprofessional. I'm a sick patient who's tried several different procedures throughout the years. You can't force a patient to get something done if they don't want too. I was offended when he said he wasn't a pill mill. The patients who abuse their pain medication make it hard for those patients who actually need it. I'm one of those who needs it. I don't appreciate that comment nor was it necessary. On top of that, the office told me that he was an in network doctor with my insurance when in fact he was not. I began to receive bills and emails for payment of services. I would think twice about going here. He's not about helping his patients.

I went to the session, after the session was over I was told it was out of network. I now have a bill for $1499 for 1 to 1 1/2 hr which is preposterous. They did not perform surgery it was physical therapy! They taped my feet, charged $212. Ten minutes after having my feet taped, the tape came off on its own. I feel that they waited until my session was over to tell me it was out of network then they were "trying to cut a deal".
