This place is a dump and dirty. You see it from the moment you pull in and park in the dirty…read moreparking lot in the back. Then you see a neglected building needing repair and paint. Finally, you walk, or limp, inside and are greeted with unfinished boards laying on the ground behind the seats, to a cheesy plastic undecorated Christmas tree (in June!). Their exam tables are janky in need of repair and reupholstery. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. During "procedure day," Dr. Mehta runs a production line, yelling and screaming at the staff to hurry up so he can make a buck. The male nurse spends more time flirting with the staff than tending to the patients. I've been here several times because I have no choice. Never again! However, Dr. Kuo is great, knowledgeable, kind, and caring.

I just came today after a referral from my car accident. The office is pretty old and run down and…read morenormally I would ignore that if the service was good. But, the front office staff was really unprofessional and some older lady who worked up front said really loudly when I walked in, "Oh she must be here for workers comp! (Grunted) Tell her we don't do that here (which they do)." I felt that was somewhat inappropriate and discriminatory. They also were very confused and didn't have any appointments on record. There was one nice younger lady that tried to help me somewhat. And even though she lacked professionalism also, at least she tried to see if there was an appointment. All in all, I told them never mind and I'll ask for a different referral.l elsewhere. This review is not about the service because I never got to have it, but there needs to be training on professionalism for the front office staff. Especially for folks who are coming in with pain. Please do better.

From the moment you walk in, they make you sign ridiculous paperwork, including questions about felony history which is invasive, irrelevant, and feels like a violation of patient privacy. I went in for one simple thing: a cortisone shot. Instead of helping me, the NP (Chung) did not treat me unless I took a drug test. Then they sent me for X-rays, making it seem like I would finally get relief afterward. Spoiler: I didn't. After all that, I was given referrals I already had and told to go to urgent care for a cortisone shot something urgent care doesn't even provide. So what was the point of this visit? Billing my insurance. This place does not care about patients. They care about running tests, sending referrals, and charging insurance. If you actually want treatment, go anywhere else.

The office staff stated that I had to send the 2 MRI'S over to their office. I did on November 12th. I called to verify that they had received it. The lady couldn't find it. I indicated that I had sent it. Finally, she found it. I followed up in a week because I hadn't heard from them. She said that the doctor hadn't reviewed it. Ok, I called again in another week. She gave me the same response. I stated that I was in a lot of pain. She said that the doctor would be reviewing it soon. I made another call. The responses were always the same. This went on and on. I made 5 calls to the clinic. I dont know what the hell was going on, but as to date,I've never heard back from this pain clinic. Is this the way to treat people who are in pain? This is shameful. I'd never refer anyone to this clinic. I wonder if they will ever "wake up?"
