We went back and forth about price, then he told me he would match price if I show him the quote. Maybe he should have spoke up 2 days ago,and said that. He might have got the job. Not now!!! So you see the response, but what he's not telling you is,he had a job in Huntley yesterday, when he reached out telling me he could " fit me in ". That's when, if he wanted the business he should have said, hey I will match your current quote.. But instead he tried to justify his estimate," stating " that's a lot of house you got". He even showed up at my home, unannounced,to "look it over" That in itself bothers me. NO Notification, other than a general comment, " I could stop by and take a look". Then he dropped his quote down when I asked for a revised number. The majority of the house doesn't need power washing, it's only the North side that shows the need,and that isn't that bad. I'm done with this guy !!! He had 1 review , before me, now he has 2. That's not saying to much !!! Choice is yours,but I would look elsewhere,and get at least 3 if not 5 quotes. They were the only company that provided a detailed estimate to us. One roofing company gave us just a dollar amount and nothing in writing. Another roofing company provided an estimate but it had very little details as to what additional costs could be possibly incurred if there was any underlying roof damage. They weren't the lowest priced estimate but they were competitive with the lowest estimate received. We selected them because their online reviews were excellent and honestly those reviews are well deserved.

My experience with this company has been very good, starting with the initial visit and inspection through the installation of the gutters and downspouts. Of all the roofers I had out to give estimates, Blake and his team were the only ones to physically go up on the roof to do an inspection. All the others merely stood on the ground and did visual inspections. Blake also gave a very honest assessment of the roof's condition (i.e. that it could last another 2-3 years) whereas all the other roofers just said it needed to be replaced. This honesty was one of the reasons I gave Peerless the job. Their estimate was also very detailed, so as to make comparisons with other bids easy, whereas some of the "bids" were nothing more than a contract to sign with all the details done verbally. Once the job was started, the crew worked extremely hard, from 6:30 in the morning until after 6 at night. All landscaping was covered and the group did a conscientious clean-up when the job was complete. The gutters were done the next day and that crew also worked very fast and did a great job. All in all, Peerless did a very professional job from beginning to end. While not the cheapest company, I felt that the job they did was well worth the cost of the contract. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

My situation involved a leak that was coming down into my living room ceiling. I wasn't sure where it was coming from but assumed it was the fireplace. I contacted another company that had done work on my home previously. Long story short, they were super dishonest and wanted me to do way more work than needed, quoting a very high price. We contacted Patryk after seeing his truck in the neighborhood, and he communicated very nicely. He came over, popped up on the roof for an inspection, and saw that the siding needed replacing. He pointed out that the other stuff quoted by the previous company wasn't necessary. Honesty is what we got here with Always Quality Construction. As for the work, it was perfection.
