Manny the owner was a decent guy but very unorganized and unprofessional. It started off by him ordering the wrong jerseys then having to wait for new ones to arrive , which by the way takes a long time .Then I gave him another chance thinking it was a fluke and ordered another set of jerseys and took them home and noticed 1 of the jerseys was completely ruined with silkscreen paint. I called him up and he said he knew but forgot to tell me and he would have it replaced , he did about a month later then I went in to pick it up and he used the wrong font on it and doesn't match any of the other baseball jerseys . By the way I ordered the jerseys in October and it's Jan 30 today and I still don't have the jersey replaced . last but not least I ordered a set of hats which he did a nice job on and was happy with until I went in and ordered more and he made the embroidery smaller on the new hats and said he didn't think it was a big deal which if it was close in size it wouldn't have been but it was a huge difference .TO SUM IT UP IT WAS THE WORST $ 2000.00 I EVER SPENT AND WARN ANYONE GOING THERE.

Had my son with me and the whole process from picking to drilling to playing took only 45 minutes including self debate time of which ball was best for me. Sure I could have went with a fancy pre-owned ball but eventually I went with a new stock 13lb Brunswick Twist which is working out great. I wanted something light but had great visual reference as it went down the lane. I know nothing and own no equipment other than a ball I picked up that day, an old kids ball and the bag that came with it. However, it feels great to hold and throw game after game with little fatigue. Don't even know if it is drilled pin up or pin down and it works for me fine. Doesn't pull too hard right but definitely will hook hard at the end. Am I a better bowler now, heck no, but the ball is predictable and my scores have gone up over the last four games on different lanes. Matt did a wonderful job taking care of the science of it all and I couldn't be happier about the results.

Well I ended up taking his advice, paid $150 for a paddle that I could have purchased from the manufacturer for $120... played with it once, hate it! He talked it up like it was the best and newest technology in paddles... turns out it was two year old technology, probably the last paddle he had in stock and wanted to get rid of it.
