Scarce and next to impossible. Also, pricing keep going up for everything. Not at Precision Tune, and that's why I keep coming here. Look, I love my truck--but not enough to sell a kidney every time it needs an oil change. Precision Tune Auto Care is where I go when I want my truck to run and still afford groceries. The team here does real work at real-people prices. I once got a quote from a dealership that made me briefly consider just setting my truck on fire and starting over. Then Precision Tune fixed the same issue for about what the dealership wanted to charge me just to pop the hood. And the best part? While folks are across the street at Costco paying nearly double for the same oil, same filter, and same repair (probably sprinkled with unicorn dust?), I'm over here sipping vending machine coffee and still leaving with both arms and legs attached. They don't try to upsell me a spaceship. They don't speak in cryptic mechanic riddles. They just get it done--fast, fair, and without charging me for "labor hours" that clearly included someone's lunch break. Do they have marble floors and showroom lighting? No. Do I care? Also no. The work done to the car is fine. How it was returned to me was another story. I always cover my seats when visiting car service shops and that's to prevent my car from getting dirty but the young man who worked on my car, came to pick me up with my car and was covered in grease. that grease got all over my drivers seat and they actually removed the cover I put on the seat, why I can't say. now I have to pay to get my seats and the console cleaned. sorry but thats bad business. the cost of what they did to was very high so cleaning the car inside should be a no brainer. I expect a call, an apology, and an offer to clean the seat and console. read more

If I can give no stars, I would!!! The customer service there SUCKS!!!! And I mean that with all five letters uppercased. The guy at the front desk, Frank, is very sarcastic and seems a bit racist. Every time for the last three times, the price has gone up on the oil changes... hmmm. Makes you wonder. If you can find a place that changes oil for $40 or below. Go there. And if you want good customer service, DON'T come HERE! Update: your reply is exactly the reason per my review. I asked you for the price of my oil change each time I came their and at each visit you always seemed uncertain. That's not good and it definitely looks suspect. Horrible experience. Purchased 2 oil changes on Groupon. 1 month after oil change my battery needed changing and I'm glad they checked because my oil was critically low. They not only never changed both oils in my and my sons truck. We were charged extra for more oil and disposal. My engine would been destroyed. When I called and told them that they never changed or added oil, their response was we fired that guy. No I'm sorry, no remedy to an almost horrible situation. Absolutely no accountability. My brakes started to sound terrible and my car was shaking pretty bad when I would drive it so I needed to get it checked asap. Precision took my car in immediately and Frank gave me the price breakdown of the parts and what he'd charge me for labor for the few things wrong with my car which I can appreciate since I'm a girl who knows nothing about cars. My car was ready same day and they provided an estimate for a few other things that do need to replaced but aren't urgent. I never felt pressured to move forward with anything. This is hands down the best automotive shop in the state of Florida. Frank Corvino Sr. and Frank Corvino Jr. and their crew are Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair. They will not up sell or over charge you. They have your best interest in mind with keeping your cars running great all while not hurting your wallet. I Highly recommend them. They are tucked in the corner of Coral Springs passed the intersection of Wiles and Coral Ridge Drive. They have a menu of sorts for oil changes including different services depending on your age and mileage of your vehicle. I.e. Brake checks and tire rotation. Open early on Saturday and closed on Sunday with longer hours then most shops. Give them a shot, I guarantee you will never go anywhere else. They are the only shop I trust. read more

All the ones we have been to are let's say not trust worthy saying we need work when we didn't. But let me stop there. Frank Sr. and Frank Jr. are the best. I finally found my mechanic down here in south Florida. For the past 9 to 10 years we have been driving our cars up to Orlando to our Mechanic up there because the mechanics down here may not all suck but the ones we have run into have. Both my brother in laws have tried Percision out first since I live in Fort Lauderdale and they live over by the shop. Both loved it the easiness. Meaning that The Frank's are straight up with you. Prices are good too. I don't feel like they are trying to get one over you. For my situation I was told I need front and back breaks with rotors by where I get my tires done. So I was like ok I'll go to Percision and get them done. We Frank called me and said nope you just need front break pads. I was like ok. He also ran a diagnostic on my car cause my check engine light was on. And told me what else was wrong with my car. I asked is this something I can wait for. He gave me a straight up answer. Now my car is running like a kitten. And from what I know for a lot less than anyone down here would have do it. I see there are are couple people here talking about oil changes. I have to saying if you want a great oil change this is your place. Now if you want a 5 min oil change go somewhere else. I hope for you and you car sake they get it right and don't screw you. With not changing the filter and Or even oil. Or forget to tighten you oil pan nut. Which happen to me a few few people I know at one of those fast oil changing place. Now if you want a trusted place to do it right this is your place. Yes it might take awhile. But this is a full shop not a oil changing drive thru. Today we had an 11:00 am appointment to service our Hyundai Santa Fe for a 90k mile service. We dropped off the vehicle with Frank prior to 11am and it was supposed to take 3 hours. I showed up a few minutes early to discover they had not even begun to work on my car--it was still parked exactly where I left it! Frank's excuse was he was working on another vehicle with complications and hadn't gotten to the Hyundai yet. He had my phone number but never bothered to call and let me know there would be a delay... what kind of emergency can a vehicle have in a mechanic shop that would prevent working on a vehicle with an appointment? We will never go back to Precision Tune, but am looking for a reliable and honest shop to service my three vehicles. read more

My car wouldn't start this morning, so my friend personally called Frank to let him know the situation. I had my car towed to Precision Tune Auto Care to get fixed. They figured out what was wrong and fixed my car in under three hours. It was fixed before I even had the chance to pick up the rental car and make it to work. AND that's after I added on an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change. I will definitely be going to Frank's Precision Tune again. I was recommended to try this place out from a co-worker (also a female my same age) and I'm glad I decided to bring my car here. I feel like Frank was honest and I really appreciated him and his employees taking my car in with less than 24 hours notice. Went for a simple oil change. Picked the second option that said $20, and it turns out that is actually $27.87 I was not warned or told it did not include "shop parts" or waste fee... Then they also scratched off the cover I have for my steering wheel, it has 2 gashes now... I felt like I was more of a nuisance than a customer. I have been going here for years. I just brought Yokohama from another location, but I notice the tire were wearing down too fast. I went back to the place I purchased and told me the company I was using were NOT rotating my tires. I went back to Preision on Wiles like I have done many times. But this time I'm marked the rims to see if they were rotating the tires. Guess what? They weren't; I asked them and they said yes. When I told them I marked the rims. I brought my car in to have the ignition switch replaced. It came out with the Air Bag light on and the new ignition switch not working properly. I brought it back to have him make it right and the owner was unwilling to do so. You can bring your car here for an oil change but don't bring it for auto repair. You will get ripped off. read more
