This is the worst service I have experienced in the past 10 years. Brought my 2023 Camry SE this morning for a state inspection; came in around 7:30am for a 9am appointment I had scheduled on Friday. I was not attended to until around 11:45am. The receptionist behaved as if she wanted everyone to know that she held a position of authority. My car failed the inspection for a tiny little chip on the windshield (less than 0.4 cm) and the driver-side rear marker light. DO NOT BRING YOUR SERVICE HERE if you don't want to be bullied and pushed around in any kind of way. read more

As a woman who is a full-time college student, Precision Tune took advantage of me and my knowledge about auto repairs to overcharge me. I used to come here whenever my car had issues, but I am never coming back after my last visit. After initially agreeing over the phone to pay an extremely high price (well over 1k) for services since I didn't know any better, I did my research and found multiple other auto shops willing to do the same services for hundreds of dollars less. I also was given advice right off the bat from those other auto shops that would've saved me a ton of money that Precision Tune conveniently withheld from me. I spoke to an employee from Precision Tune THREE separate times to cancel the services to which she refused, and gave me a sorry excuse saying they already started and therefore couldn't stop services. My car was not completed until over two hours after my initial call. They still attempted to charge me the full amount, including services completed after my multiple attempts to cancel. Additionally, I found out I was charged for a service that I did not ask for and was completely unnecessary. This incident happened as soon as I came to the shop on my own without a male next to me for a major repair. It has always been a fear of mine to be overcharged at an auto shop simply because I am a young woman. It is discriminating and unethical. They took advantage of my naiveness and limited finances, and the owner Mr. Bobby Jackson went out of his way to spend money on a lawyer to threaten to sue me after I disputed the charge with my bank and won over two months ago. My husband and I brought our car here because we needed an inspection done. We arrived a little before 8AM, which was the suggested time to show up, and the woman at the desk was open with us that we may have to wait three hours since they had leftover projects from the day before. My husband and I discussed if we would get to our MVA appointment in time and decided to stay to wait. About an hour and a half or so in, we were told that they were getting us in early so we could make our appointment. That was so nice of them! After the inspection was done, the woman explained the inspection paperwork, what failed, and was ready with pricing in case we wanted to get the work done right away. We decided to wait and see what we could do on our own so we wouldn't spend such a big chunk doing everything at once, but will definitely be making this our new home for all of Daisy's car care needs. read more

Auto mobile owners beware. I went to this location 11/01/2021 for state inspection. My Escalade 2017 failed the inspection. They said the needed struts front and rear, front wheel bearings and the list goes on, in total I spend that day $4500. Then Escalade had 48,000 miles. I went back today 11/01/2023 to another state inspection because I want to drive Uber. The Escalade has on 58,000, in two years I only put on 10,000 miles because I hardly drove it. Now today 11/01/2023 this same Auto Shop is saying I needs front and rear struts, front wheel bearings, all the same parts they should have replaced 2 years ago 10,000 miles. How could that be. Stopped by on my way to the vet because my tire pressure light was still on after I filled my tires the week before. Thinking I bet it's another nail or that my four year old tires must be worn, the man who helped me told me to pull into the bay and that he'd check my tire pressure. He knew the recommended PSI, checked all four tires, and found I over filled them. He kindly fixed the problem while my dogs waiting the the car without hesitation and didn't expect to charge me! Love taking all my cars there because they do good work. They do not take appointments for any service, you just have to bring the car in as early as possible if you're staying with it. Otherwise, be prepared to leave it. They warranty their work and email it to you, along with your receipt, so you don't lose it. Very professional people here. read more

dropped my car off thinking the problem was bigger than it was. They were honest about telling me and I spent half the amount I thought I was going to. Everyone seemed friendly, easy to speak to over the phone, and turnarounds were decently quick. My car was there Thursday morning-Friday afternoon which was less time then I thought it might be. I have been coming here for about 5-6 years but yet never made a review!!! I love coming here, they always try their best to accommodate you, the prices are reasonable, and the place is clean. Yes their can be a wait sometimes, but thats what happens when they're so good that everyone comes here. They are also honest with how long you will likely be waiting before you even hand them the keys. I've have taken my vehicle here for the last two months due to a engine misfire issues . First time it was a cyclinder 2 misfire, ok they fixed it then about a month later the check engine light came on again and the issue appeared to be happening again . Next they advised it was a cylinder 4 misfire .. ok about a hour later they called said my car is ready .. get the car back it is putting a little like before but the engine light wasn't on . Ok I said to myself maybe the car is still adjusting to the repairs. The next day the car is running worse than when i brought it in. I dealt with the issue for a week due to my work schedule and trying to get it to a repair shop..because I said I'm not bringing it back here when i just paid $170 for the repair .. took it to a shop I was referred to and they fixed my car and it's runnig perfect, but they advised that the problem was cylinder 4 misfire that i just had repaired a week and a half ago by Precision. I thought to myself how can the issue that you just repaired go up so suddenly if you did all the checking and test driving to assure it worked .. now when i make a call to see about possible reimbursement because of another shop advising the issue they repaired was the same as what precision supposedly repaired I get the warranty speech.. I don't trust you repairing my car again so why would I Bring it back if you told me the issue the new shop just fixed was the one you had supposedly fixed a little more than a week ago.. never going back read more

this is a good company. I have dealt with them for over five years with three vehicles. They aren't dirt cheap, they don't do any diagnostics free:), they are not even the most social cheery folks I've ever met, but this is the thing: they are HONEST and they are competent. I feel secure taking the cars here, and I once divorced a man who had a shop and said to me' you can't make any money in the car repair business if you are honest', pretty bad huh! what he meant was, you can't make a killing if you are honest....on to the next husband:) so overlook the stoic personalities, and don't penny pinch and you will be safe at this precision tune. read more

Recently back twice and still so impressed. Chris, one of the mechanics, checked out my car the first time. An extremely trustworthy, caring mechanic. The second time, I needed heavier work done (I have a 1999 Jeep.. have been visiting the mechanic more often lately!). Once again Precision Tune was outstanding. Best price and trustworthy. Brian the mechanic did a fantastic job, and Tom, the manager was just excellent. I count on this place for all my vehicle needs and repairs, especially from these experiences. I wouldnt recomend this place to anyone their costomer service is terrible. On 8/25/15 I went to get my muffler replaced because the tail pipe broke, they replaced the mufler and as soon as I drove off there was a loud scratching noise comming from the underneath my truck. I took it back immediatly and the attempted to fix it but i was eventualy told they did not know where the sound was comming from. They then told me to drive around on it like that was going to make it go away. I took it back again the next day and they again told me nothing was wrong and they couldnt fix it. I took my veichile to another mechanic and they informed me my mufler was hitting against the axel causing the scrapping noise. i came to the conclusion that they didnt want to take tmie time to adjust the mufler . i wasted time and money at this place i hope this helps someone else before they waste there time. read more
