That may be partially because if you bring your own oil and filter they change your oil and charge you $20 for it. It may also be in part, because they are quick. It has never taken me more than 10 minutes to get the oil changed here, even when there are a couple other cars ahead of me. There is a small waiting room where you can stay out the elemets while the work on the car. Not sure of the emissions cost, as I haven;t needed those services yet. My one pet peeve and this has nothing to do with their staff is that Google Maps cannot find this place for nothing. The last two times I've gone, I've driven straight pass the building and the GPS is still telling me the place is a 1/2 mile on the right. WRONG! If you pass the Shell gas station on the left, you have gone to far. They sit right next to a Family Dollar, but their signage is blocked by trees, so if you don;t see the Family Dollar, you will drive straight pass the place.
