It was nice they took the time to look up my property when I called, so they knew the size of the septic tank and location....basically everything they needed to bid the job. Tank pumping is/was two weeks out, but since the county gives you about 3 months noticed to get it done, that wasn't an issue. Pumper arrived on time and got to work. I like to "participate" and don't get offended about what is going on (i.e. Doesn't gross me out). I asked him all sorts of questions and learned something in the process. I was really impressed about how thorough he was. Tank looked brand new inside! Definitely will use them again the next time it needs pumping.
