The only thing I've noticed is that a piece was broken off my bed frame but had been placed back so it wasn't immediately noticeable until I went to make the bed. Also, make sure every item is properly secured. 3. Do not sign anything, at least until the load has arrived. 4. Tell the company before hiring you will refuse to sign any documents until the load is delivered. Then make sure everything has either arrived properly or that you have written confirmation you will be reimbursed a certain amount for any specific damage. If they don't agree, get someone else. 5. We always provide COLD water to our movers and they do appreciate it. They were friendly and the cost compared to other movers was very reasonable and lower overall. I would not hesitate to use them again (although we hope to never move again) if needed. Had very little damage and it was repaired ASAP to our satisfaction. After hours on a truck across the country it is wonderful the damage was so limited which shows how well they packed items. You will not be sorry if you hire them.

Dylan and Gordo arrived right on time and were super friendly, careful, and highly professional. My boyfriend and I had everything boxed up ready to go and even helped in the moving process. 5 star moving company showed up 3 hours late to our place. Sent over star guys but did not inform us there would be a charge per guy they sent over. I was told $129 per hour no matter what. Instead they charged 64.50 per guy they sent. They also charged an extra hour that was not correct because I timed them. Also the lead guy on the moving job was always texting on his phone getting no work down as my boyfriend and myself hustled to help move boxes down. (They also broke a few items) So after this day of moving stuff onto their truck to sit over night and to be delivered the next day because that's when we could move into our new place. 5 star moving was late again about 3 hours. This time they just had to move stuff off of their truck and into our garage that was it. Again I understand by Brian that it would be $25 drive fee plus $129 an hour. They got to our place more guys showed up to move things the truck lift broke down on their truck so my boyfriend tried to help fix it we also helped move items and still got charged 2 hours for a job that took 45 mins to an hour tops. I get a bill in the mail for over $600 when it really should have been for $437. I mean come on! I had no problem playing that but this company is untrue lies and breaks items and shows up late.
