I've been going to Time After Time for years replacement batteries. The past few I noticed they didn't last very long. I just went to Montgomeryville Mall to find the location was closed. On my way home I passed a very old clock/watch store, so I stopped. Not only did I learn the current battery was the wrong size, no wonder it didn't last long, but I paid $8.00 opposed to T&T's $15.00 they cleaned and waterproofed at no charge! read more

I stopped in to check out some new charms for my Pandora bracelet and she took the time to help me rearrange my bracelet (make it more symmetrical) and help me pick out some new spacers. At the Montgomery Mall, North Wales, PA Time After Time Store, my watch received a new battery, and then the clasp was destroyed by a "new" employee. If the store could not replace it with the name brand clasp, I was promised a refund for the cost of the watch. This was on March 3, 2020. I received my "repaired" watch on June 2, 2020. The clasp is after market. It does NOT fit the watch, it is cheap, and will not close. I am just heart broke. This is a virtually new watch that cost over $268.00. Waiting for this company to honor resolution has been a an absolute nightmare! read more

I had an awful experience at the Time After Time in the Plymouth Meeting mall. When I purchased my watch I was not made aware of their return policy which is that you can only exchange or get store credit. They DO NOT give refunds after you purchase an item. Unfortunately, this might be your only warning. There were no signs up on the mall side of the store, where I made my purchase. It wasn't until the bottom of the receipt after my credit card had been swiped that I was "made aware" of their return policy. Seems like a really shady business model if they are unwilling to give returns on expensive products. I was deceived as a customer and will never go back to one of these stores. read more

I stopped by here today just to browse, when the sales associate made me aware of the sale on some invicta watches, the associate could also see my interest in something in the case that is difficult to find where i live, after fantastic customer service I left with two watches that bring a smile to my face, for a good price too. This review is for the Time After Time location in the Plaza at King of Prussia Mall. I went in today after being turned away by the rude people upstairs at Fast Fix (which I would recommend avoiding at all costs). Boy was I glad that I found this place. Brian (the store manager) was super friendly and helpful; not only did he manage to find the watch replacement part that I needed, which he sold me at a fairly reasonable price, but he also offered to help me fix my watch band for free and did a great job. Thanks, Brian! I think I found my new go-to place for basic watch repair in the KOP area. read more

It was nice to find out that even though the Montgomery Mall is closed, Time After Time is still offering watch repair and battery services from their Richboro location (Almshouse Road), curbside. I verified they were there, I showed up with two watches, and had them done while I waited in about 10 or 15 minutes - Battery change, new seal and professional vacuum seal check. If you get on their email list, you can stay informed about their store operations and special deals / coupons. I have used them for years. DO NOT GET YOUR WATCH BAD RESIZED HERE! This is only a review for band resizing, not other repair work or purchase. It costs $25 to get a watch band resized here. You can go pretty much anywhere else and get it done for $10 or under. I made the mistake of not paying attention to what the store attendant was telling me when I dropped my watch off, assuming it's probably $10 as other places charge. Last year at Christmas, I purchased a necklace from pandora at time after time as a gift. The necklace was supposed to come with matching earrings, however I never received the earrings so I got completely ripped off. Plus they didn't even have a box to put the necklace in. This store is either terrible and purposefully stole from me or their employees are just complete schmucks. I couldn't return the necklace since they never gave me the matching earrings. The girl states it would take 15 minutes to remove the links, when it took 5 minutes. Not worth the $20. I can see why this place is always empty. Don't get anything fixed here. Don't go here! I bought a $63 watch/stopwatch here on a Saturday Evening. I worked with it that evening and found it had far too many bells and whistles for my needs. So I took it back about noon the next day - complete package - less than 24 hours. NO refund! Either get something else or take their gift card. They didn't have what I wanted and I could not use the gift card! When I said I would never buy there again, the wait person said, with a smile, "That's fine." - meaning we've got your money and got the product back, so who cares. I detest this kind of thing.
