I hate to even write because Im dedicated to supporting Black owned business despite if the service wasn't superb, I'll usually try them again, BUT I can't allow anyone else to become a victim to this place!! They do not answer the phone, respond to emails, text messages and I was pushed away when I tried to walk in to request an appointment. They gave me the "call center" phone number for help despite me telling them It's been several weeks and I still haven't received a response in any form of communication from anyone. So clearly maybe the "call center" is having technical difficulties and you would think they would be concern that loyal clients are unable to get a hold of anyone or their "call center" employees may not be responding to clients in a timely fashion. They just looked at me like oh well and told me to get on the app to request an appointment. The app will not let you make an appointment!!!! It gives you a error message. So let me explain this so called "call center" that Dr. Brown and Hannah actually operates and will not return your calls, texts, or emails but they're pretending like they actually have a call center with employees responding to clients when It's really just them!!! Just Bogus!! They're clearly understaffed and instead of just making that clear to the reason why maybe they're delayed on responding to people, they're blaming it on the "call center/help desk" which is controlled by them!!!! SO BLAME YOUR DAMN SELF!! Just tell me you saw me reaching out but you're behind! I would accept that over lies, wasted time and a delay on my weight lost goals that I PAID FOR!!! I totally understand some businesses are delayed due to Covid so I would have been satisfied with waiting a few days if that's what you needed but I honestly believe they blocked me because when I sent them a text from another phone number they responded and responded to my back up email quite quickly and here I am months later still no response to my real number but I did not respond back from the decoy number or email, I just wanted to see for myself if I would get a response so I believe I'm definitely blocked or you're avoiding me on purpose!!! Can u say UNPROFESSIONAL??? !!!!!! Y'all ghosting clients like Ex Boyfriends!!!! They don't have time respond to loyal clients trying to make appointments for services but will take the time to write unprofessional replies to google reviews that were made by other unsatisfied clients. Instead of just taking fault and apologizing you choose to argue and go into personal details about clients under their reviews, so basically you are displaying the rudeness that clients are accusing you of right on google for new potential clients to see!!! WOW!!! You called out a woman about her weight and spoke on how many times she comes to the office and what products she chooses to purchase!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! That's not a HIPAA violation???!!! People come to you in hopes to loose weight, feel healthy, and boost self esteem and you choose to belittle someone right under a review! I will never return, even if you decided to unblock me and I will be telling all of the people I referred not to come back as well and I referred many!!! BUT IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND you're looking for a new weight lost clinic that won't play games, answer emails, won't judge you on your weight journey, have great communication skills and will be throughly detailed with your plan of care look up my Health reassurance on Old National and they are ALSO BLACK OWNED!!!!They were the best and explained everything!!They did a REAL FULL physical with an EKG included!! I walked away with a very detailed weight lost package with goals and detailed follow up information, Free B12 shots too! Dr Brown never gave me anything but a bag of pills and charged me more if I gained weight since the last appointment after I explained the reason!! SMH! Dr Brown is also not certified by the better business bureau just FYI!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! Reviews so bad he had to write his own and it still didn't bring up the score! found some reviews from the employees and they're giving out expired injections

I love this clinic. The workers are very professional and caring. Even though I lost 45 pounds while going here, I will continue to order my products online and visit the office for my B-12 shots. Thanks

RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN from this company. How is it that every single tech is awesome but Dr. Brown and his front desk person "Keke" are nuts! Ive been seeing them since approximately September of 2016. OVERTIME I've gone I always had issue with Keke. She's very nice/nasty. I went in December of 2015 and took my 4 year old daughter with me. While there, my daughter had to use the restroom. I was told by "KeKe" that the restroom was out of order because there was no tissue in it. As my 4 year old is doing the "I have to use the restroom dance", she tells me that I had to go to American Signature Furniture. Needless to say, my child urinated on herself. How do you deem your restroom "out of order" because there is no tissue. I reached out to the "mysterious" Dr. Brown via his generic email address to let him know about my experience.......No response. So I posted a Facebook review, detailing my issue with "Keke" refusing my 4 year old the restroom. Lets fast forward to today, May 11, 2016. I was in the camp creek area and decided to stop by (without my daughter of course) to get a B12 shot and appetite suppressants. I signed in, went to the back and received my B12 shots. I came to the front to pay for the shots and get my appetite suppressants. It was at that time that I was advised by "KeKe" that they were refusing me service because I left a bad review of them on Facebook. SOOOOOOOOO instead of Dr. Brown addressing his employees and how that was awfully unsympathetic she was being for not allowing a 4 year old to use the restroom, he refuses me service. But wait, it doesn't end there...... How can you refuse me service AFTER you have given me service? Once they realize they had messed up, the whole office went into recovery mode. She would not take my payment because of course that would prove that they did actually service me. I asked her how much, she said $10, and when I tried to give her the card, she refused (in comes the mysterious Dr. Brown again) I told her Im not leaving until I paid for my services because that would be stealing. The police was called and they tried to say that I was trespassing. Dr. Brown lied and said that they were giving me a free service because I was a dissatisfied costumer. But I have the whole thing on video to the contrary. He flat out said that they would NOT treat me BECAUSE I complained about their customer service. I was issued a criminal trespass, for not leaving. But how could I leave, and I hadn't paid for me service. I expect better from black business, but this mysterious Dr. Brown is a liar and all about the money. I was shock to hear Dr. Brown lie flat out! I HAVE VIDEO. I was humiliated and my basic rights have been insulted. have hired an attorney, I will file a report with every social media venue, I will file with the better business borough etc. I will NOT stop until something is done. I hate that we are continue to put business in our communities only to treat each other with such disrespect. If YOU DR. BROWN HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY FACEBOOK REVIEW, THE MATURE THING TO DO WOULD HAVE BEEN TO REACH OUT TO ME TO DISCUSS HOW TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING THAT WAS UNTRUE ABOUT "KEKE".

This place has absolutely the WORST service of any facility I've ever been to in the 14 years I've lived in Atlanta, GA. Almost every single time I've come to this place, there's been an issue with the staff and/or what I've paid to receive while here. Today when I came, I booked an appointment a week ago to get my medications onsite during my appointment. They've closed their other location that was in midtown so I drove the 49 minutes it takes to get here from my home to come down here to get my medication. I added on injections just because I was already coming here. I'd tried the Stonecrest location last month and it took me an extra hour to get there after sitting in traffic the whole way. I didn't like it there so opted to try this location again since it was the only other choice at this point. This place charges you an extra $20 if you choose to use a debit/credit card to pay for your medication, so after realizing I was $2 short in cash, I told the physician's girlfriend that I needed to go across the parking lot to the ATM to get cash. She told me that I wouldn't have time because they would be closed when I got back. At this point it is 5:51pm. It would've taken me no more than 7 or 8 minutes MAX to get cash and come back, but she said I'd have to reschedule or pay the $20 premium to use my card. I paid the extra money and was told that I needed to wait in the lobby to get my medication. A few minutes later she returned to tell me that Dr. Brown had left at 5:45p so I wouldn't be able to get my medications......the SOLE REASON I DROVE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE CAMP CREEK LOCATION IN THE FIRST PLACE. This appointment had been set for a week. She told me that because I checked in 7 minutes after my appointment time, he left. Of course this is AFTER I go through the process of getting injections that I ONLY got because I came to get the medication. So although they were still seeing other patients and still had to check them out, a few minutes to get cash while they were still doing all of that couldn't have been given to me as a courtesy which resulted in me being charged an extra $20. However, I was supposed to give them the courtesy of bowing out gracefully for basically having me drive all this way for absolutely nothing. They don't respect or treat their clients well, and they basically hit you with a 50% markup on the cost of the medications ($40 if you pay with cash, $60 if you use a card) and don't even get me started on the premium charged for hcg if you pay with a card. $320 vs $250 if paying with cash. NO credit card company charges $20 or $70 on fees to process a debit/credit card!!! I've tried giving them chance after chance. Even referred a few people to their practice and they still can't get it together. They made the day I referred the last person to this place a nightmare! I swore to never ever do it again. Besides being arrogant and condescending himself, Dr. Brown fosters that negativity throughout his practice. I thought I found a good place to call "home" as far as my weight management goes, but I just basically found another source of stress and angst when it comes to black businesses. Try as hard as I might, I can't seem to get away from BOBs that perpetuate the stigma that one should prepare themselves for subpar service and an overall bad experience when considering BOBs. I run 2 myself and work super hard to give MY clients the Toya opposite experience. You've made more than enough money off of me in the past few years so it would be stupid of me to continue patronizing a business that clearly doesn't respect mine. If you want a great weight loss facility with a pleasant staff, great products, operating policies and payment terms, you might want to seek Care elsewhere.

I called, no answer, jiggled both entrance handles, knocked, asked passersbys if they worked there. Started talking to someone else waiting then another person whose appointment is at 8:30am. The 2nd person lets me know that now the doors are open. Going in thereafter was no bueno. Attitude galore from curly q at the front desk. First you tell me I had to be in the back. The back of where exactly? The only place I saw to sit was steps away from the entrance by the elevator. My biggest pet peeve is when someone makes me feel as if I'm being dishonest when they're actually deflecting. 1) as someone who works in the medical field in customer service I would never ever not unlock the doors knowing what time people are supposed to arrive. 2) why didn't anyone answer the phone after 8am knowing there's an appointment scheduled? 3) Arguing with me and talking about me as I'm leaving is poor and abhorrent customer service behavior. 4) I don't lie unnecessarily so I told the girl to check the camera because are you really telling me I wasn't here since 7:55am when I've been waiting? 5) people tend to book early appointments to go to work after, so NO it's not ok. So now I have to wait longer than I should have to be seen and be around unfriendly staff while I wait, no thank you. I would give 0 stars if I could just based on this experience. I even filled out my online documents so I wasn't waiting unnecessarily long and for nothing. I'll find another, better managed practice to give my money to but this is not that.

It's safe to say she was exhausted. I completely understand, however, I had an appointment that was scheduled two weeks ago. The young lady at the front was very apologetic and attempted to call me before my arrival. I didn't get the call because I was already in route. There was no need to express my frustration with her because she's the messenger. This is a matter that management/ owners of the establishment should deal with. What took place this morning was beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate, and simple poor business practice. The hydration therapy service that is provided here is definitely something this area needs because of the benefits it offers. However, I could easily venture out to other area that offers the same services with a more convenient schedule and reliability, but I choose to give this location a try after being referred here for other services that I have been very pleased with. Would I recommend or refer others here? Absolutely for any other service other than the hydration therapy treatment. Those that work here that I have encountered has been professional, courteous, and has shown a genuine concern as it relate to the nature of my visit. It is unfortunate that I will be going elsewhere for this particular services. I truly hope that this review is taken constructively with an attempt to assess and make necessary changes.
