Missed a prepaid appointment and received a text for cancellation fee because my card would not go through mind you I had a credit sufficient to cover the cancellation fee as well as an additional card on file. Which of course I brought to their attention. The only way to make appointments is online or thru their app which I am now mysteriously blocked.... The staff is unprofessional and responses slow to come if at all to text and email. Very unfortunate that this business operates this way. I paid a $250 yearly membership in January and should be able to access services thru December. I am requested a prorated refund since they have chosen to block me from services. The email response to my concerns was "you've gotten everything we've promised" a completely inappropriate response. Very disappointed, if Dr. Brown condones this behavior I'm very saddened. ADDENDUM- First and foremost were I drug-seeking would I have missed my appointment or asked for a refund. I received 28 phentermine pills on Sept. 08 and today Oct. 8 still has 10.5 pills remaining. I have an excess of the phentermine you prescribe because I DON'T take it daily!!! Would a pill seeker still have pills left over if they were merely concerned about taking DRUGS!!!! Furthermore making diagnostic allegations on an open forum is against HIPPA and is a fine incurring offence. It is unfortunate that you attempt to bully me by inappropriately describing the events that transpired. The bully is you and those condoning this behavior seen throughout threads where you attempt to demean long time patient's because you all have erred. You send me a text message stating I missed an appointment and my card didn't allow y'all to assess a $25 late fee when I have another card on file as well as a $40 credit. If you guys aren't a pill mill why are y'all letting patients pick up amphetamines without checking their vitals, COVID or not? The unprofessional text, emails, and responses are very unfortunate from a minority business I've utilized almost since the beginning. Care and integrity have declined. People can read through all the reviews and responses and see how inappropriate this business is with patients who have legitimate concerns. Please see the screenshots attached: $250 was paid in January for weight loss program membership and a fake so called annual exam that included no labs whatsoever. I can assure you once my complete experience is reported to the appropriate boards that monitor pill mills and diet clinics no matter how much money you all are making, things will change. Yes, I'm in the medical field and I can attest to the complete lack of professionalism dealing with problems created by the office, not the patient. Several reviewers have stated your business is unprofessional.... You claim your ratings are not relevant but being within the letter of the law isn't either I see. Using personal medical information see attached screenshots of patients who left you unsatisfactory experience reviews, to attack them is illegal. The Hippocratic oath and HIPPA have been violated. You all respond like thugs or the mafia. Good luck with this narcissistic method of handling issues. I am a longtime client who started going to the camp creek location in 2011. They have moved to this "we won't talk to anyone on the phone" approach in favor of client using the app only. But I had a question. I texted the number they gave as the only way to contact anyone and Hannah responded, but when I have her my name and number she ignored me. Over and over. I kept texting her and would not respond to me or my question. I texted from another number and she then responded to that text but not my original text. So it was clear she was ignoring me. It's very very very unprofessional. The approach to not have anyone talk to clients when scheduling anymore will drive this business into the ground. I am NEVER going back. My last visit was very unprofessional and why it is sometimes hard for me to patronize some of my fellow African American businesses. Soooooooooo I have been going to Precision Health on and off for over 10 years. My daughter actually introduced me to the business because I was wanting to lose weight with a boost. They give you you Lipo and B-12 injections amongst other things that you may want or need. About three weeks ago I went and when I got there I had to use the restroom. I was first told the restroom was not in working order. After saying ok where do you'll go to use the restroom I got a blank stare. So I said the reality is the restroom is not closed you'll are just not letting anyone use them other than you'll right? She then nodded her head in a yes motion. Now this is my thing. I know Covid is out here and everyone wants to be safe. Where I work at when Covid first hit we also had our restrooms closed for about 4 months. March - June. Now that we know more about the virus we have someone to clean our restrooms at all times so that our customers who SPEND THEIR MONEY with us can use them when need. Here it is 3 weeks later and I actually saw Dr. Kelvin Brown MD,MPH the man who owns the business. Now mind you, I have talked to Mr. Brown years ago when I first started and he was a very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-around pleasant type of guy. After I got my injections I approached him in a very calm way without an attitude. I said to him I was disappointed a few weeks back because I had to use the restroom really bad and was not allowed. I said to him I am a paying customer and felt that was not right. OH BOY !!!! What did I say that for!!!! He was not the Mr. Brown I expected ...... Right off the bat he had an attitude and through his mask I saw his eyes like he was furious at my concern or complaint. I hate to even write because Im dedicated to supporting Black owned business despite if the service wasn't superb, I'll usually try them again, BUT I can't allow anyone else to become a victim to this place!! They do not answer the phone, respond to emails, text messages and I was pushed away when I tried to walk in to request an appointment. Avoid at all cost! There are several other places to go to in Atlanta that offer the same product at a better cost. I've given them three tries and every experience has been horrible. Visit #1- Smoothie King $5 Monday!! My daughter and I walked in with smoothies. Before we could even get to the counter the receptionist yelled and said (in a ghetto voice) Uhh Hhh no food or drinks. No hello, hi, welcome, nothing. I was so shocked at the rudeness that I walked over and cancelled my appointment. I understand that there are rules, which I have no problem following, but it was my first time there and I couldn't even get two steps inside the door. I guess the office manager thought it was rude as well, because shortly after I left she called and apologized. The office manager calling was a good move, based on that I decided to give them another chance. Visit #2- Ghetto fabulous receptionist was nice nasty. She greeted me and instructed me to fill out paperwork. I obliged, as I was completing it she informed me that that the doctor wasn't present and all they would be able to do is check my blood pressure. Soooo, they made me wait 30 minutes just to say the doctor wasn't in?? Wow!!! Scheduled an appointment for two days later.... Visit #3- Greeted as I walked in, filled out some paperwork, and waited to be called back. Miss rudeness walked over and asked which plan I wanted to sign up for. I was looking at the sheet, nothing matched the prices I saw online. I asked about the price I was quoted ONLINE AND IN THE OFFICE on my previous visit, and was advised that those prices are for existing patients only. Why would they advertise the prices for existing patients to new patients?? Why?? I told the girl that I wasn't interested and left!! I went right down the street and paid $19 at DOCTORS DIET PROGRAM. $19 for the same thing they were trying to charge over $200 for!!! I will never ever ever patronage this place again. RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN from this company. How is it that every single tech is awesome but Dr. Brown and his front desk person "Keke" are nuts! Ive been seeing them since approximately September of 2016. OVERTIME I've gone I always had issue with Keke. She's very nice/nasty. I went in December of 2015 and took my 4 year old daughter with me. While there, my daughter had to use the restroom. I was told by "KeKe" that the restroom was out of order because there was no tissue in it. As my 4 year old is doing the "I have to use the restroom dance", she tells me that I had to go to American Signature Furniture. Needless to say, my child urinated on herself. How do you deem your restroom "out of order" because there is no tissue. I reached out to the "mysterious" Dr. Brown via his generic email address to let him know about my experience.......No response. So I posted a Facebook review, detailing my issue with "Keke" refusing my 4 year old the restroom. Lets fast forward to today, May 11, 2016. I was in the camp creek area and decided to stop by (without my daughter of course) to get a B12 shot and appetite suppressants. I signed in, went to the back and received my B12 shots. I came to the front to pay for the shots and get my appetite suppressants. It was at that time that I was advised by "KeKe" that they were refusing me service because I left a bad review of them on Facebook. SOOOOOOOOO instead of Dr. Brown addressing his employees and how that was awfully unsympathetic she was being for not allowing a 4 year old to use the restroom, he refuses me service. But wait, it doesn't end there...... How can you refuse me service AFTER you have given me service? Once they realize they had messed up, the whole office went into recovery mode. She would not take my payment because of course that would prove that they did actually service me. They have very limited office hours that are not convenient for working individuals. When you try to make monthly payments in advance, you are told you cannot. When you try to make appointments in advance, you are told you cannot unless you make a payment in advance. They cancel your appointments that you make so someone else can have them. Oh yeah, and if you miss a week you have already paid due to them giving your appointment another customer... you do not get a refund if you cannot find an appointment that is convenient for you. This place has absolutely the WORST service of any facility I've ever been to in the 14 years I've lived in Atlanta, GA. Almost every single time I've come to this place, there's been an issue with the staff and/or what I've paid to receive while here. Today when I came, I booked an appointment a week ago to get my medications onsite during my appointment. They've closed their other location that was in midtown so I drove the 49 minutes it takes to get here from my home to come down here to get my medication. I added on injections just because I was already coming here. I'd tried the Stonecrest location last month and it took me an extra hour to get there after sitting in traffic the whole way. I didn't like it there so opted to try this location again since it was the only other choice at this point. This place charges you an extra $20 if you choose to use a debit/credit card to pay for your medication, so after realizing I was $2 short in cash, I told the physician's girlfriend that I needed to go across the parking lot to the ATM to get cash. She told me that I wouldn't have time because they would be closed when I got back. At this point it is 5:51pm. It would've taken me no more than 7 or 8 minutes MAX to get cash and come back, but she said I'd have to reschedule or pay the $20 premium to use my card. I paid the extra money and was told that I needed to wait in the lobby to get my medication. A few minutes later she returned to tell me that Dr. Brown had left at 5:45p so I wouldn't be able to get my medications......the SOLE REASON I DROVE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE CAMP CREEK LOCATION IN THE FIRST PLACE. This appointment had been set for a week. She told me that because I checked in 7 minutes after my appointment time, he left. Of course this is AFTER I go through the process of getting injections that I ONLY got because I came to get the medication. So although they were still seeing other patients and still had to check them out, a few minutes to get cash while they were still doing all of that couldn't have been given to me as a courtesy which resulted in me being charged an extra $20. However, I was supposed to give them the courtesy of bowing out gracefully for basically having me drive all this way for absolutely nothing. They don't respect or treat their clients well, and they basically hit you with a 50% markup on the cost of the medications ($40 if you pay with cash, $60 if you use a card) and don't even get me started on the premium charged for hcg if you pay with a card. $320 vs $250 if paying with cash. NO credit card company charges $20 or $70 on fees to process a debit/credit card!!! I've tried giving them chance after chance. Even referred a few people to their practice and they still can't get it together. They made the day I referred the last person to this place a nightmare! I swore to never ever do it again. Besides being arrogant and condescending himself, Dr. Brown fosters that negativity throughout his practice. I thought I found a good place to call "home" as far as my weight management goes, but I just basically found another source of stress and angst when it comes to black businesses. Try as hard as I might, I can't seem to get away from BOBs that perpetuate the stigma that one should prepare themselves for subpar service and an overall bad experience when considering BOBs. I run 2 myself and work super hard to give MY clients the Toya opposite experience. You've made more than enough money off of me in the past few years so it would be stupid of me to continue patronizing a business that clearly doesn't respect mine. Not going to lie there products work however they are inconvenient if you live closer to the one in Lithonia. I've been going here for years. At first the one in Lithonia had the same hours as Camp Creek. For the past year there hours have changed to every Monday of the month and even then they may randomly be closed. Two stars only because the staff that administer the shots and take the vitals are very nice. There appears to be a lack of "true" customer service. The arrogance of the management overshadows the so call persona of "niceness". They hold themselves out to the public as though the weight loss is medically supervised. This was extremely important to me as I have several adult onset allergies. I saw the physician once only due to insisting....Subsequently a physician or any other medical personnel did not treat me. Not wanting to arrive after they close, I tried several times to call to let them know I was in route and that traffic was heavy to only get a voice message to say calls are listened to every 24 hours... I was fortunate to arrive below closing but very frustrated because the "nice" receptionist was just sitting there. So puzzled as to why she could not answer the phone....I preferred being told they can not wait and reschedule than to fight the ATL traffic and arrive to a locked door. But no one answers the phone... I decided to join which required monthly auto deductions. What was I thinking....The first month I received the service a few days prior to the actual withdrawal. I was most thankful and certified that since I wanted to stay on my current schedule the next month would be preapproved because the actual withdraw was a few days later than the scheduled visit. I was assured it was ok. I presented for the next scheduled visit to learn that the approval had been withdrawn and I would have to pay extra. I would have preferred an advanced call, informed such and given the option to changed my appointment time or pay. My frustration was fueled. So I at that moment I provided the thirty day notice to cancel. My scheduled withdrawal did not occur and the scheduled appointment email reminder was not sent. NOR DID I RECEIVE A CALL OF THIS DECISION TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO THE THIRTY DAY NOTICE. I went to the doctor for a check up and my doctor told me to ease up on the B12.. After reading reviews here on Yelp I almost didn't show up to this place, however I know that most people use Yelp as a forum for negative reviews about businesses. This was a service I really wanted to try so I went for it and I'm glad I did. I was greeted immediately with a smile and welcomed by everyone who approached the front counter. I was instructed step by step on the processes that would take place. Within minutes I was in and out without any issues. I even met and was greeted by The infamous Dr. Brown. He was very pleasant and made me feel very welcomed at his establishment. I believe we should report the good as well as the bad. As consumers we must also be mindful of the reviews we read because everyone is not of equal grades. Some people just do not know how to conduct themselves in a professional environment. A lady that came in after me had the nerve to interrupt my checkout process to inquire as to why I was seen before her when she is pressed for time. Well I had an appointment. The receptionist handled it professionally. I'm not quite sure how she expected to be seen before me when she clearly entered after me. The clientele at times could be the problem but if you'd like to try the services offered here don't let the reviews discourage you. I had a totally positive experience. I have tried several places and programs to loose my last few extra pounds and I must say Dr. Brown and his staff are the best at what they do. I have been a patient of Dr. Brown since 2013. I have tried an array of his products and by far the HCG injections are the most effective. I also combined my injections with an appetite suppressant and I lost over 10 pounds within my first week. When I first started with Dr. Brown, he only had the first office in Camp Creek; which was near my office but he has since expanded his practice with three more offices around town. This review is specifically for the Ivy Walk location in Vinings. I have had several bad experiences at this location. Let me start by saying that I have not had a problem with the staff that have assisted me with my injections, they have always been very friendly and professional. I started going to this location in January 2015. At first it wasn't all that bad, the location was close and they didn't seem busy. As a mom/nanny with 2 under 2 and a husband that travels Monday-Friday, it was very difficult to get there during the week, and with this location only being open until 5pm(recently they switched to 6pm)I wasn't able to get there in time after work. First let me say, it is extremely hard to track down hours for this location on their website, as it was fairly new and their website wasn't updated. On the chance that my husband was home, which was usually a Monday, I wasn't able to go because they aren't open on Mondays, or weekends, which really limits when I could go. For a short time they decided to open on Saturdays, perfect, I was able to go in and get my injections and medication on a regular basis, and started seeing results. A few weeks later they decided to close on weekends... very inconvenient. They were pretty accommodating about walk-ins during the week, until one day that I went in at 2pm, and they were supposed to be open but they weren't. I knocked on the door and after a while the manager came to the door and signaled to me that they aren't open. It was like they decided exactly when they could take a lunch break because they weren't busy. Again, very inconvenient since I had to ask a neighbor to watch my daughter. After a while I decided that I would bring my 18 month old daughter with me, and that it might be easier. I also started a membership which entitled me to medication, a weeks worth of protein shakes and protein bars and 2 sets of Lipo shots and B12 shots per month. The first time I took my daughter with me, the front desk staff was really rude towards me, asking me to keep my daughter quiet and have her sit on my lap. I was the only person in the waiting room, and my daughter, was just walking around the waiting area, not getting into any trouble. I felt very embarrassed and couldn't wait to get out of there. When I started my membership I had to fill in a form with my auto draft information, and I could pick the date that it would draft the monthly membership fee from my account. I have a specific account for my bills and they draft at the same time. I picked the 6th of every month. 3 months in a row they drafted the money from my account on the 1st, and once on the 31st of the previous month, sending me into overdraft 3 times since I had not yet transferred money into that account for my bills. I had spoken to them about it several times and was told that they would make a note on my account. I finally had enough of all the problems at this location and I decided to cancel my membership on Tue September 8th. I was informed that I need to send in a notice through the mail 30 days prior to cancelling and therefor, because I was there 2 days after the 6th(which was the start of my paying month) I would be charged for Oct, but if I sent me letter in before Oct 6th then they wouldn't charge me for Nov. So I was prepared to be billed for Oct and made sure to have to money in my bill account. I was also happy because I would get another month supply of the goodies I usually receive. I sent in my letter on Oct 2nd. Since my appt on Sept 8th I wasn't able to make it back in to receive that month's appetite suppressants because I was out of the country for 3 weeks. I wanted to go in on October 5th to make sure that they received my letter and to get the medication because that would be the last day of my paying month. But because Oct 5th was a Monday I knew they weren't open, and decided I would go in first thing on Tuesday morning. My husband took off of work to stay with my daughter and I was there right after they opened at 11am. TO MY SURPRISE... they decided that now they were going to be open on MONDAYS instead of TUESDAYS!!!!! So now I am Shit Out of Luck because I would lose out on getting the medication that I have already paid for, as I would only be able to go in on Wed Oct 7th. I figured its not the end of the world because I would be paying for Oct anyway since I had to send a letter in 30 days prior to cancelling, and I would get all my stuff for Oct. Now I am watching my account waiting for them to auto draft the monthly fee for the last time on Oct 6th... Nothing, for some reason they decided that they would cancel my membership and didn't take their 30 day notice policy into account with me. So I went in to ask if I could get my medication since they were closed on the 5th, they refused. What is a client supposed to do if they are closed on the last day of the paying month? I did the 23 day hcg diet here and paid $310 ($60 lipo injections included). The program worked well. It came with a 15 or 20min consultation with Dr Brown. I dropped almost 30lbs in 2mos. I gained some back because i did not continue the maintenance phase of the diet. So i decided to do a 2nd round. My secound visit was not so pleasant. They charge returning clients the same price as new clients which is not fair because you do not get nor need another dr's consultation. I asked to speak with the manager but she would not speak with me nor did she call back. I called back again the next day and was told the manager would call me back in 3 to 5mins. She did but from a private number which went straight to my voice mail. I called back 1 minute later and i was advised she was in a meeting. Already??? Yeah right!! A week prior to this I purchased the b12 and lipo injections for $120. Since i only used one of the injections, i asked if I could just pay the difference and get the hcg. Hello. I'm sitting outside of precision weight loss center camp creek Georgia after I drive here from Buckhead to be serviced and received no service!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The office is GHETTO!! The "Dr" is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. He basically wanted to do the entire consultation from behind the front counter glass leaving us to discuss any concerns I had about myself open for any and all to hear in the waiting area. He basically wanted his money first before he would even let you in the clinic. Not to mention he's very RUDE and ignorant with absolutely no respect of the clients. He basically told me he would have to "get to know me" for some of the treatments I inquired about. Then I told him i thought he was very unprofessional with the way he was "treating" me and he said ok and basically yelled "NEXT". I'm just trying to figure out when was the last time I heard of a "Dr" consulting with a potential patient from the front window of the clinic. Ahhh... NEVER!! And I also was asking him questions and concerns about some treatments and his reply was it's on the website. Excuse me sir but I'm here in person. I'm not on the website. What's the problem with you explaining it to me. I was referred by a good friend that went to a location that is now closed. Needless to say I wish I didn't even have to press one star. This is in regards to the Camp Creek location: I will find another place to spend my money. I would have continued to go to my usual place but it's in Columbus Ga, 2 hour drive for me. So I heard about Precision and I am like cool, it's closer with the same products, I'll try it. First experience was cool. Second appointment cool. Third appointment a little rushed but cool. Now to my 4th appointment which is renewal time for me. You would think they would be a little more accommodating. Nah! I arrived 10 mins before 6pm (closing time) she said the shut down 15 before, I'm like ok maybe the door should say you close at 5:45pm, not 6pm. I work so I have to come when I get off fighting Atlanta traffic, it is what it is. So I try Saturday. Arrive at 1:20pm. They close at 1:45p, in my mind I'm beating the 15 minute cutoff for shut down. Nah! She said they can't take me, too many people in front of me, I'm like I don't mind waiting, I just drove an hour to get here. Wasn't hearing it, now the excuse is the walkin 30 minutes before closing. I like to support my own people, but there are others that will take you 1 minute before closing. I had reservation about posting to this forum, as I try to be more positive and not focus on the negative things. However, the way that I was treated just would not sit well with me even after the fact. I have been patronizing the Campcreek location for about five years now. I never really had an issue with anyone there at all. I initially met Dr. Brown back in 2012 when I started a regimen seeking a healthier lifestyle. He was extremely kind, patient and informative AT THAT TIME. Well, I decided that the regimen did not work well for me, so I discontinued it and continued ONLY with B-12 injections. In retrospect, I feel that the way in which I was treated may have been a direct result of me not spending "enough" money at his business. I may be wrong but I am at a lost as to how he treated me. So, I went to the location on October 4, 2017 after making an appointment. Although I am consistent with going on Saturdays for the B-12 injection, I wanted to try something new. After arriving to the appointment on time, I started to notice that people were walking in without appointments and being called to the back. I was patient, so I waited approximately 40 minutes when a staff member (January) called me to the window. Now, I was supposed to consult with Dr. Brown about starting a new program and was told that the consultation was required. However, January proceeded to tell me that I could pay 260.00 in CASH and I would be given all of the supplies that I needed at once. She went on to say that it was 250.00 but because she could not fit them all in one container, I needed to pay an extra 10.00 for another container. I was so confused as to what was going on because for one, I do not carry cash and had NEVER paid them in cash but more importantly, how I was able to purchase something vital to my health without consulting with the doctor. Well there she stood with a blank stare on her face as she could not answer my questions. Then suddenly, Dr. Brown appeared. His demeanor was totally unwelcoming. I could sense that there was an issue because he would not really make eye contact with me. He proceeded to advise me (without even greeting me) that there had been "issues" with me in the past and he was only going to allow me to get the product if I paid cash. At that point, I was speechless. I had never had any issues and because he presented me with those accusations, I inquired as to what he meant. He then told me that he did not have time to discuss them because he has "lots" of clients and said that his phones were "ringing off the hook"! I asked him if I could speak with him in private because he was addressing me at the front window facing the lobby where other clients were sitting. He denied me the courtesy and SIMPLE RESPECT of coming to the back (although I had an appointment to consult with him). At that time, a young woman walked in and he interrupted me as I was speaking to ask me to move out of the way to let her sign in. I was totally perplexed. A short time later, Dr. Brown comes from the back, into the waiting area where I was sitting. He locked the front door to the business (although it was still operating) and sat down to converse with me (so unprofessional). He went on to basically reiterate the same thing and I asked him if he could clarify "issues" to me. He would not but did say that I once had a problem with waiting after I received a B-12 injection. I stated to him that I was concerned with the fact that I was being addressed in the waiting area and that I didn't not understand his unkind demeanor and animosity toward me. I also stated that a couple of weeks prior, after receiving a B-12 injection, I inquired with January about waiting in the smaller waiting room after the injection. I have to pay before my injection so I didn't understand why I had to wait around afterwards just so they can ask me if I want to make an appointment. That particular Saturday I had to pick my daughter up from practice and asked her if I could leave but it was not in a bad or disrespectful manner. I think she may have became agitated and apparently noted a bad remark under my profile. I can only assume this was the issue. Dr. Brown then says to me (while 2 women started to beat on the front door because it was locked) that he had changed his mind and would not provide the product to me. He stated that he could change his mind because it is HIS PRACTICE. Then he got up, opened the door for them and walked away. I mean the most unprofessional arrogance that I had ever experienced in my life from a doctor. I am still lost as to why he treated me that way. I try to support the businesses in my area and sometimes wish that I would have just gone to the "other side of town"! I guess that since his business in thriving now, certain customers just don't mean much anymore. I am saddened to have experienced that type of treatment! Where to start....RUDEST GROUP OF "PROFESSIONAL" PEOPLE EVER!! First let me start by saying I have NEVER been to a "So called" medical business and they ask for a tip!!! Really I have a tip for you go to MANNERISMS SCHOOL. Second showed up on 3 seperate visit only to told sorry CASH only....NO Intetnet service....here's a thought PAY YOUR BILL. The final nail in the coffin....to call at 1pm and ask if you can get there before 2pm can you still be seen (about 45 mins away) get there with 12 mins to spare only to be told SORRY we can't see you because we have to go to lunch. I get everyone deserves a break but don't tell someone one thing and do another. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And this So called Dr. Kelvin Brown is the BIGGEST joke of all. Saw this person 1 time in a year on a TV monitor and never followed up with blood work or anything. Trust me their is NO physical unless you call your basic blood pressure check that you can do yourself at home. So here's a thought go get a REAL degree. Been coming to a few of these locations for a few years now -Camp Creek, Ivy Walk, and even the Brookwood location a few times. Office appearance was wonderful. However the staff professionalism was a whole another story. Most of the receptionist there need some type of training. They have attitudes and are very rude. The restroom is never in working order and they smile while being sarcastic. Maybe they need more pay or maybe the Dr. needs to hire more qualified workers. Most of them are very young and this job seems as if it is their 1st employment. I have always wanted to complain because I never get a warm fuzzy, so I decided to do that while I am here today. Been in the waiting room for about 30 minutes and about 3 people went ahead of me. I am going to chalk it up to maybe they had an appointment or something. At any rate, I can't put my finger on it, but something is just not right with this group. Are they in a cult? He needs to hold a staff meeting and do some serious revamping of his employees. I will say that the employees at the Brookwood location are a bit nicer and definitely prettier. I did not get my pills today because my blood pressure was too high, but that doesn't bother me as much as the customer service.
